Background
When a stator of the turbonator runs on site, the problem of loosening of the end part of the stator coil often occurs. In most cases, the end part of the stator coil is loosened into an involute area and a slot outlet area which are large-area loosened, but only the nose end position of the stator coil is loosened when the stator end part is individual.
When the end part of the stator coil is loosened, the repair scheme adopted in the industry basically detaches all the stator coils, then assembles the stator coils once again, and in the process of reassembling the stator coils, the conformal materials of the nose ends of all the end parts are dipped in the glue, matched and solidified again, so that the end part of the stator is fixed into a whole again, and the problem of loosening of the end part of the stator is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a turbine generator stator end nose end loosening treatment process method. When the stator end nose is loosened in the running process of the steam turbine generator with the insulating cone ring structure, the structure for fixing the stator coil at the stator end nose is subjected to a local treatment process, and the method specifically comprises the following steps;
1) checking and judging that all parts for fixing the stator coil in the notch area and the involute area of the end part of the stator are not loosened, including between the stator coil and an insulating cone ring, between the stator coil and between the stator coil and an insulating fixing ring;
2) checking and judging that the conformal material for fixing the stator coil at the nose end of the stator end is loosened, wherein the looseness comprises the nose end position between the stator coil and the insulating cone ring and the nose end position between the stator coil and the insulating fixing ring;

Technical effects
1) The structure of the stator end of the turbonator is special, each part is used for fixing a stator coil and comprises an insulating conical ring, an insulating fixing ring and the like of the stator end, glue-dipped insulating materials are filled between the fixing parts and the coil and between the fixing parts and the coil, the filled materials are soft during assembly and are in a state with very good strength and hardness after being solidified, and therefore the stator end of the turbonator can meet the operation requirement;
2) in the running process of the turbonator, sometimes, the stator end part is loosened due to abnormal vibration and other reasons, abrasion is caused between each fixed part and the stator coil of the originally solidified integrated stator end part and between each fixed part due to loosening, serious accidents of grounding of the stator coil can be caused seriously, and the problem of loosening of the stator end part must be handled in time;
3) when the problem of loosening of the end part of the stator is serious, the stator coil is generally required to be completely disassembled and reassembled, and the end part of the stator is fixed into a whole again in the assembling process;
4) the invention develops a new process method, and reasonably and practically solves the problem of looseness of the nose end of the end part of the stator of the insulating conical ring structure;
5) according to the condition that the nose end of the end part of the stator is seriously loosened locally, but the notch outlet area and the involute area are not loosened basically, aiming at the characteristics of the structure that the nose end position of the end part of the stator is loosened and the insulating fixing ring at the nose end position and the insulating conical ring are clamped inside and outside, the problem of the looseness of the nose end of the end part of the stator of a certain unit with an insulating conical ring structure is solved in a targeted manner by adopting a local treatment process;
