setting an initial weight value of each channel in the user channel set according to the marketing service event to be distributed and the user level in the user list;
acquiring the delivery times of historical events, and calculating the delivery rate of each channel in the user channel set according to the delivery times of the historical events;
calculating the priority of the channels according to the initial weight value, the delivery rate and the channel operation cost of each channel:

6. The intelligent distribution method of marketing service events according to claim 1, wherein the specific operation of obtaining the event transmission channel of the user for each user is as follows:
(1) arranging all channels in the user channel set according to a descending order based on the channel priority to obtain a channel ordering result;
(2) sequentially selecting channels in the user channel set according to the channel sorting result;
(3) aiming at each selected channel, comparing the channel activity of the user in the channel with a preset activity threshold, and when the channel activity is greater than the activity threshold, taking the channel as an event sending channel of the user, otherwise, judging whether a next channel exists according to a channel sorting result;
(4) and (5) when a next channel exists, repeating the step (3), otherwise, selecting the channel with the highest channel priority as an event sending channel of the user.
7. The intelligent distribution method of marketing services events according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
searching a plurality of marketing service events to be distributed of the same user within a preset time interval according to a user list corresponding to the marketing service events to be distributed, integrating the marketing service events to be distributed into a multi-element marketing service event, and transmitting the multi-element marketing service event by using an event transmitting channel of the user.
8. An intelligent distribution system of marketing service events, comprising:
the user input module is used for inputting user information, and the user information comprises a user name, a user grade and a user contact way;
the event configuration module is used for generating one or more marketing service events and generating a user list according to the user information and the marketing service events which are input by the user input module;
the channel management module is used for acquiring a user channel set according to the marketing service event and the user list and calculating the channel priority and the channel activity;
the channel judging module is used for judging channels according to the channel priority and the channel activeness to obtain an event sending channel of each user in the user list;
the distribution execution module is used for sending the marketing service events by using the event sending channels obtained by the channel judgment module;
and the event duplicate removal module is used for removing the duplicate of the user lists of the marketing service events and integrating the marketing service events of the same user into a multi-element marketing service event.
9. The intelligent distribution system of marketing service events according to claim 8, wherein the channel priority in the channel management module is calculated by the initial weight value of the channel, the delivery rate and the channel operation cost; and the channel liveness in the channel management module is calculated through the access times and the access duration of the user access channel.
10. Computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
