In one embodiment, if the page sub-benefit from any other page to the current page is positive and the correlation between the other page and the adjusted current page is greater than the correlation threshold, the page sub-benefit confirmation result is confirmed to be positive.
In another embodiment, if the page sub-benefit from any other page to the current page is a negative benefit and the correlation between the other page and the adjusted current page is greater than the correlation threshold, the page sub-benefit confirmation result is confirmed to be a negative benefit.
E. And under the condition that the correlation is smaller than or equal to a correlation threshold, determining that page sub-benefits from the other pages generated by the current page adjustment to the current page are non-benefits.
In one embodiment, if the page sub-benefit from any other page to the current page is positive and the correlation between the other page and the adjusted current page is less than or equal to the correlation threshold, it is determined that the page sub-benefit determination result is wrong and no benefit should be obtained.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a page adjustment benefit determining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be suitable for determining a benefit generated by page adjustment. The device of the embodiment can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and can be integrated on any electronic equipment with computing capability.
As shown in fig. 3, the determining device 30 for page adjustment benefits disclosed in this embodiment may include a click volume obtaining module 31 and a page total benefit determining module 32, where:
the click rate obtaining module 31 obtains a first type click rate from other pages to the current page before the current page is adjusted and a second type click rate from other pages to the current page after the current page is adjusted;
the page total profit determining module 32 determines the page total profit generated by the current page adjustment according to the first type click rate and the second type click rate; wherein the total page benefit is positive benefit, negative benefit or no benefit.
Optionally, the page total profit determining module 32 is specifically configured to:
determining click quantity difference values from other pages to the current page according to the first type click quantity and the second type click quantity;
And determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the click quantity difference value.
Optionally, the page total profit determining module 32 is specifically further configured to:
determining page sub-benefits of the other pages to the current page, which are generated by current page adjustment, according to the click quantity difference value of the other pages to the current page and the click quantity difference value threshold of the other pages to the current page; the page sub-benefits are positive benefits, negative benefits or no benefits;
and determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the page sub-benefits.
Optionally, the device further includes a click volume difference threshold determining module, specifically configured to:
grouping the obtained target number of users, and establishing an experiment comparison group according to the grouping result; wherein each experimental control group comprises two user groups;
according to the historical click quantity from the same other page to the current page before adjustment of grouping users in each experimental comparison group, determining a historical click quantity difference value from the other page to the current page before adjustment corresponding to each experimental comparison group;
and sorting the historical click rate difference values, and determining the click rate difference value threshold according to the sorting result.
Optionally, the click volume difference value threshold determining module is specifically further configured to:
sorting the historical click difference values from small to large, taking the historical click quantity corresponding to the first quantile as the upper limit of a click quantity difference value threshold according to the sorting result, and taking the historical click quantity corresponding to the second quantile as the lower limit of the click quantity difference value threshold; wherein the first quantile is greater than the second quantile.
Optionally, the page total profit determining module 32 is specifically further configured to:

taking the ratio between the first auxiliary value and the second auxiliary value as the correlation degree between the other pages and the adjusted current page;
determining that the page sub-benefits from the other pages generated by the current page adjustment to the current page are positive benefits or negative benefits under the condition that the relevance is greater than a relevance threshold;
and under the condition that the correlation is smaller than or equal to a correlation threshold, determining that page sub-benefits from the other pages generated by the current page adjustment to the current page are non-benefits.
The page adjustment benefit determining device 30 disclosed in the embodiment of the present disclosure may execute the page adjustment benefit determining method disclosed in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the executing method. Reference is made to the description of any method embodiment of the disclosure for details not explicitly described in this embodiment.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a readable storage medium and a computer program product.
Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 400 that may be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular telephones, smartphones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 400 includes a computing unit 401 that can perform various suitable actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 402 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403. In RAM 403, various programs and data required for the operation of device 400 may also be stored. The computing unit 401, ROM 402, and RAM 403 are connected to each other by a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
Various components in device 400 are connected to I/O interface 405, including: an input unit 406 such as a keyboard, a mouse, etc.; an output unit 407 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 408, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, etc.; and a communication unit 409 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 409 allows the device 400 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network, such as the internet, and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 401 may be a variety of general purpose and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of computing unit 401 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, etc. The computing unit 401 performs the respective methods and processes described above, for example, a page adjustment benefit determination method. For example, in some embodiments, the page adjustment benefit determination method may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, such as the storage unit 408. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device 400 via the ROM 402 and/or the communication unit 409. When the computer program is loaded into RAM 403 and executed by computing unit 401, one or more steps of the page adjustment benefit determination method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 401 may be configured to perform the page adjustment benefit determination method in any other suitable way (e.g., by means of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuit systems, field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems On Chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs, the one or more computer programs may be executed and/or interpreted on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be a special purpose or general-purpose programmable processor, that may receive data and instructions from, and transmit data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for carrying out methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program code may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus such that the program code, when executed by the processor or controller, causes the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be implemented. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. The machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and pointing device (e.g., a mouse or trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user may be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic input, speech input, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a background component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such background, middleware, or front-end components. The computer system may include a client and a server. The client and server are typically remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical hosts and VPS service are overcome.
It should be appreciated that various forms of the flows shown above may be used to reorder, add, or delete steps. For example, the steps recited in the present disclosure may be performed in parallel or sequentially or in a different order, provided that the desired results of the technical solutions of the present disclosure are achieved, and are not limited herein.

Claims (12)

1. A method for determining page adjustment benefits comprises the following steps:
acquiring first-type click quantity from other pages before current page adjustment to the current page and second-type click quantity from other pages after current page adjustment to the current page;
determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the first type click quantity and the second type click quantity; the total page benefit is positive benefit, negative benefit or no benefit; wherein the positive benefit indicates that the current page adjustment has a positive effect, the user prefers to browse the adjusted current page, the negative benefit indicates that the current page adjustment has a negative effect, the user does not prefer to browse the adjusted current page, and the no benefit indicates that the current page adjustment has no effect;
The step of determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the first type click rate and the second type click rate comprises the following steps:
determining click quantity difference values from other pages to the current page according to the first type click quantity and the second type click quantity;
and determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the click quantity difference value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein evaluating the total page revenue generated by the current page adjustment based on the click-through difference value comprises:
determining page sub-benefits of the other pages to the current page, which are generated by current page adjustment, according to the click quantity difference value of the other pages to the current page and the click quantity difference value threshold of the other pages to the current page; the page sub-benefits are positive benefits, negative benefits or no benefits;
and determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the page sub-benefits.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising determining a click difference threshold for the other pages to the current page by:
grouping the obtained target number of users, and establishing an experiment comparison group according to the grouping result; wherein each experimental control group comprises two user groups;
According to the historical click quantity from the same other page to the current page before adjustment of grouping users in each experimental comparison group, determining a historical click quantity difference value from the other page to the current page before adjustment corresponding to each experimental comparison group;
and sorting the historical click rate difference values, and determining the click rate difference value threshold according to the sorting result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein ranking the historical click volume differences and determining the click volume difference threshold from the ranking result comprises:
sorting the historical click difference values from small to large, taking the historical click quantity corresponding to the first quantile as the upper limit of a click quantity difference value threshold according to the sorting result, and taking the historical click quantity corresponding to the second quantile as the lower limit of the click quantity difference value threshold; wherein the first quantile is greater than the second quantile.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining page sub-revenue for each of the other pages to the current page resulting from current page adjustment based on the difference in click-through amounts of each of the other pages to the current page and the difference in click-through values of each of the other pages to the current page threshold comprises:
And determining the page sub-benefits of the other pages to the current page, which are generated by the current page adjustment, according to the click quantity difference value of any other page to the current page and the size relation between the click quantity difference value upper limit and the click quantity difference value lower limit.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the page sub-revenue of the other page to the current page resulting from the current page adjustment further comprises:
and under the condition that the page sub-benefits are positive benefits or negative benefits, checking the page sub-benefits according to the adjusted total click quantity of the current page, the adjusted total click quantity of all pages, the adjusted total click quantity of other pages and the adjusted click quantity of the other pages to the current page.

The method of claim 6, wherein verifying the page sub-revenue based on the adjusted total click-through amount of the current page, the total click-through amount of all pages, the total click-through amount of the other pages, and the click-through amount of the other pages to the adjusted current page comprises:
determining a first auxiliary value according to the adjusted total click quantity of the current page and the total click quantity of all pages;
Determining a second auxiliary value according to the total click quantity of the other pages and the click quantity of the other pages to the adjusted current page;
taking the ratio between the first auxiliary value and the second auxiliary value as the correlation degree between the other pages and the adjusted current page;
determining that the page sub-benefits from the other pages generated by the current page adjustment to the current page are positive benefits or negative benefits under the condition that the relevance is greater than a relevance threshold;
and under the condition that the correlation is smaller than or equal to a correlation threshold, determining that page sub-benefits from the other pages generated by the current page adjustment to the current page are non-benefits.
8. A page adjustment benefit determining apparatus, comprising:
the click rate acquisition module is used for acquiring first type click rates from other pages to the current page before the current page is adjusted and second type click rates from other pages to the current page after the current page is adjusted;
the page total profit determining module is used for determining the page total profit generated by current page adjustment according to the first type click quantity and the second type click quantity; the total page benefit is positive benefit, negative benefit or no benefit; wherein the positive benefit indicates that the current page adjustment has a positive effect, the user prefers to browse the adjusted current page, the negative benefit indicates that the current page adjustment has a negative effect, the user does not prefer to browse the adjusted current page, and the no benefit indicates that the current page adjustment has no effect;

and determining the total page benefit generated by current page adjustment according to the page sub-benefits.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a click volume difference threshold determination module, in particular for:
