Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of projectors, and particularly relates to a method and a device for automatically remedying a picture when a part of light sources of a projector fail.
[ background of the invention ]
With the development of electronic technology, projectors are used in more and more fields, and are widely used in occasions such as conferences and teaching.
In the case of a projector using a dual light source, when a part of the light sources fails, there is a problem that color shift of the screen color occurs in addition to the decrease in screen brightness. If the projector cannot be maintained in time, the color cast of the picture brings bad impression to audiences, so the inventor develops a method for automatically correcting the color cast of the picture in response to the situation.
[ summary of the invention ]
One of the technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide an automatic repairing method for a picture when a part of light sources of a projector fail, so as to automatically correct the color cast of the picture.
The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an automatic picture repairing device for automatically correcting the color cast of a picture when part of the light sources of a projector fail.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a picture automatic remedy method when partial light source of the projector fails, the projector has double light sources, including the following steps:
step 1: acquiring current laser driving state and illumination data;
step 2: determine if Err current is present? If yes, go to step 3, if not, go to step 1;
and step 3: judging the Err current position;
and 4, step 4: not warned and not set offset? If yes, turning to the step 5, and if not, turning to the step 1;
and 5: prompting corresponding warning according to the Err current;
step 6: calculating offset data by combining the Err current position and the illumination data;
and 7: and setting offset data and marking a flag, and turning to the step 1.
An automatic picture-repairing device for a projector having dual light sources when part of the light sources of the projector fail, comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the current laser driving state and illumination data;
the Err current judging module is used for judging whether the Err current appears or not;
the Err current position judging module is used for judging the Err current position;
the warning and offset judging module is used for judging whether the warning is not given and the offset is not set;
setting a warning module for prompting a corresponding warning according to the Err current;
the offset data calculating module is used for calculating offset data by combining the Err current position and the illumination data;
and the offset data setting module is used for setting offset data and marking a flag.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention only utilizes the original hardware part of the projector system, combines with the corresponding program in the embedded software, does not need any external equipment, and can automatically execute remedial action when the problem is found in the normal circulation of the system. Only the illumination sensor originally configured inside is adopted, and the offset value for remediation is obtained through calculation through error position judgment, so that temporary remediation can be realized in a short time.
[ description of the drawings ]
The invention will be further described with reference to the following examples with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the working principle of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of the process of the present invention.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
In the projector of the dual light source system, when a part of the light sources fails, a situation that an illuminance value obtained by an illuminance sensor in the projector is rapidly decreased occurs, and a corresponding feedback signal cannot be received by current setting feedback for directly controlling the light sources, as shown in fig. 1.
The invention judges the effective condition of the light source of the projector by the internal program of the projector, determines the failure position and reason of the light source of the projector by an algorithm by combining the value of an illumination sensor and current feedback, generates a corresponding warning mark, prompts the warning content on the LED indicator lamp of the projector, and simultaneously automatically corrects the color cast of the executed picture by the internal program of the projector according to the warning mark. The projector internal program combines the current illumination sensor value according to the type of the generated warning mark, automatically calculates the current picture color offset degree by using an algorithm, sets a remedial color offset value, and gives the remedial offset value to a liquid crystal panel driving chip to realize the automatic correction of the picture color offset. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: acquiring current laser driving state and illumination data;
step 2: determine if Err current is present? If yes, go to step 3, if not, go to step 1;
and step 3: judging the Err current position;
and 4, step 4: not warned and not set offset? If yes, turning to the step 5, and if not, turning to the step 1;
and 5: prompting corresponding warning according to the Err current;
step 6: calculating offset data by combining the Err current position and the illumination data; for example: when the laser group of the light source 2 for the yellow light is abnormally extinguished, the luminance sensed by the illuminance sensor is reduced by 30%, the abnormal laser group is determined to be used for the yellow light according to the Err current, so that the picture is determined to be bluish at the moment, and the blue light offset data is calculated to be 20 points according to the luminance reduction value and the picture color offset mode;
and 7: the offset data is set and flag is marked (i.e. the blue light setting value is reduced by 20 points), and the process proceeds to step 1.
As another example: an automatic picture-repairing device for a projector having dual light sources when part of the light sources of the projector fail, comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the current laser driving state and illumination data;
the Err current judging module is used for judging whether the Err current appears or not;
the Err current position judging module is used for judging the Err current position;
the warning and offset judging module is used for judging whether the warning is not given and the offset is not set;
setting a warning module for prompting a corresponding warning according to the Err current;
the offset data calculating module is used for calculating offset data by combining the Err current position and the illumination data;
and the offset data setting module is used for setting offset data and marking a flag.
The invention only utilizes the original hardware part of the projector system, combines with the corresponding program in the embedded software, does not need any external equipment, and can automatically execute remedial action when the problem is found in the normal circulation of the system. Only the illumination sensor originally configured inside is adopted, and the offset value for remediation is obtained through calculation through error position judgment, so that temporary remediation can be realized in a short time.
The above description is only an example of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
