When the temperature in the electric equipment is overhigh, firstly, the servo motor 101 is used for controlling the circuit, cold air is conveyed into the electric equipment through the conveying pipe 103 and the spray head 107, the heat dissipation operation is realized, meanwhile, the servo motor 101 is started through a control switch, the servo motor 101 drives the screw rod 106 to rotate, and the screw rod 106 is connected with the nut seat 104 through the ball nut pair, so that the nut seat 104 can circularly move left and right along the space between the two U-shaped fixing plates 2 due to the rotation of the screw rod 106, and further the conveying pipe 103 and the spray head 107 can move left and right, therefore, the cold air can be circularly sprayed left and right in the electric equipment, the cold air spraying area is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency of workers is improved.
