When the anchor rod drill carriage is used for anchoring and protecting, the drill frame is lifted to the highest position and needs to contact with the coal wall. The lifting device comprises a rack, a plurality of connecting columns and a connecting seat, wherein the rack comprises a base, two side plates and a top plate, the two side plates are arranged on the base, the top plate is respectively connected with the two side plates, a plurality of first mounting sleeves are arranged on the top plate, a plurality of second mounting sleeves are arranged on the base and correspond to the first mounting sleeves one by one, the connecting columns are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the rack, one ends of the connecting columns are located in the first mounting sleeves, the other ends of the connecting columns are located in the second mounting sleeves, and the connecting seat is sleeved on the connecting columns and can move along the length direction of the connecting columns.
According to the lifting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the base moves on the connecting column, so that the lifting is more convenient and quicker, and the lifting device has the characteristics of compact structure, convenience in installation, simplicity in operation and high operation efficiency.

The lifting device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 1, a plurality of connection posts 2, and a connection socket 3.
The rack 1 comprises a base 11, two side plates 12 and a top plate 13, wherein the two side plates 12 are arranged on the base 11, the top plate 13 is respectively connected with the two side plates 12, a plurality of first installation sleeves 14 are arranged on the top plate 13, a plurality of second installation sleeves 15 are arranged on the base 11, and the second installation sleeves 15 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first installation sleeves 14.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the lower portion of the frame 1 is a base 11, two side plates 12 are disposed on the base 11 and are opposite to each other from left to right, tops of the two side plates 12 are connected to a top plate 13, the top plate 13 is provided with a plurality of first mounting sleeves 14 arranged along the left-right direction, the base 11 is provided with a plurality of second mounting sleeves 15, and each second mounting sleeve 15 corresponds to one first mounting sleeve 14.
The connecting columns 2 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the rack 1, one ends of the connecting columns 2 are located in the first mounting sleeve 14, and the other ends of the connecting columns 2 are located in the second mounting sleeve 15.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a connecting column 2 is disposed between the first mounting sleeve 14 and the second mounting sleeve 15, the connecting columns 2 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and two ends of each connecting column are respectively inserted into the first mounting sleeve 14 and the second mounting sleeve 15.
The connecting seat 3 is sleeved on the connecting column 2 and can move along the length direction of the connecting column 2.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a connecting seat 3 is inserted through the connecting post 2, the connecting seat 3 can move up and down, and the height of the connecting seat 3 in the up-down direction is 0-1000 mm.
According to the lifting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the base 11 moves on the connecting column 2, so that the lifting is more convenient and quicker, and the lifting device has the characteristics of compact structure, convenience in installation, simplicity in operation and high operation efficiency.
In some embodiments, the base 11 is provided with a plurality of cylinder lugs 111, and the cylinder lugs 111 are provided with driving members for driving the slide rails of the jumbolter to move along the length direction of the connecting column 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a plurality of oil cylinder ear seats 111 are disposed on the base 11 at positions outside the two side plates 12, the oil cylinder ear seats 111 are connected to a driving member, the driving member is connected to a slide rail of the jumbolter, the slide rail of the jumbolter can move in an up-and-down direction by the driving of the driving member, and the driving member can be a driving oil cylinder.
In some embodiments, the connecting base 3 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 31, the connecting holes 31 correspond to the connecting posts 2 one by one, and the connecting posts 2 pass through the connecting holes 31.
As shown in fig. 4, the connecting base 3 is provided with connecting holes 31 for the connecting posts 2 to pass through, the number of the connecting holes 31 is the same as that of the connecting posts 2, and the positions of the connecting holes 31 correspond to those of the connecting posts 2 one by one.
In some embodiments, a bushing 311 is disposed in the connection hole 31, and the bushing 311 is made of a wear-resistant material.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to prevent the connection post 2 and the connection hole 31 from being worn, a bushing 311 is disposed in the connection hole 31, and the bushing 311 is made of wear-resistant material such as brass, which can improve the service life of the connection seat 3.
In some embodiments, the connecting base 3 is provided with an oil cup 312, and the oil cup 312 is used for injecting lubricating oil into the connecting hole 31.
As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of oil cups 312 are disposed on the front side surface of the connecting base 3, the oil cups 312 are communicated with the connecting holes 31, and the lubricating oil stored in the oil cups 312 can be injected into the connecting holes 31, so as to reduce friction between the connecting posts 2 and the connecting holes 31 and prolong the service life of the connecting base 3.
In some embodiments, the lifting device further comprises a first connecting plate 4, and the first connecting plate 4 is disposed on the connecting seat 3 and detachably connected to the slide rail.
As shown in fig. 4, a first connecting plate 4 is arranged on the rear side surface of the connecting seat 3, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the first connecting plate 4, connecting pieces are arranged in the connecting holes, the first connecting plate 4 is connected with the sliding rail through the connecting pieces, and the connecting mode is a bolt connection mode or other detachable connecting modes.
In some embodiments, the lifting device further includes a second connecting plate 5, the second connecting plate 5 is disposed on the base 11, the second connecting plate 5 is provided with a plurality of through holes 51, and the through holes 51 penetrate through the second connecting plate 5 along a thickness direction of the second connecting plate 5.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the base 11 is further provided with a second connecting plate 5, the front side surface of the second connecting plate 5 is provided with a plurality of through holes 51, the plurality of through holes 51 penetrate through the second connecting plate 5 in the front-back direction, and the connecting member passes through the through holes 51 to detachably connect the base 11 and the jumbolter together, wherein the connecting manner includes, but is not limited to, bolt connection.
In some embodiments, the lifting device further comprises a gland 6, the gland 6 being provided on the top plate 13 for preventing the connecting column 2 from moving along the length of the connecting column 2.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a plurality of pressing covers 6 are further disposed on the upper surface of the top portion 13, the pressing covers 6 are connected with the top plate 13, the plurality of pressing covers 6 correspond to the plurality of first mounting sleeves 14 one to one, and the pressing covers 6 block the first mounting sleeves 14 to prevent the connecting column 2 from being pulled out upwards to cause accidents.
In some embodiments, the lifting device further includes a limiting block 7, and the limiting block 7 is sleeved outside the first mounting sleeve 14 and extends for a certain length along the length direction of the connecting column 2.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the first mounting sleeve 14 is further sleeved with a limiting block 7, the limiting block 7 extends upwards for a certain length from the upper surface of the base 11, so that the base 11 is prevented from being damaged when the connecting seat 3 moves downwards.
