本发明涉及隔离技术领域,且公开了一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,包括砂浆找平层,所述砂浆找平层的一侧设置有卡和安装件;所述砂浆找平层的另一侧设置有保温层;所述保温层上设置有抗裂防护层;所述抗裂防护层的一侧铺设有腻子层,所述腻子层上铺设有防潮层,所述防潮层的一侧铺设有隔音缓冲层,所述隔音缓冲层的一侧铺设有涂料层;所述保温层上设置有塑料膨胀螺栓。本发明提出一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,本发明通过设有卡和安装件,利于安装;通过设有抗裂防护层,用于抗裂;通过设有防潮层,减少因湿气造成的发霉腐蚀的现象,进而增加使用寿命;通过设有隔音缓冲层,提高使用时的意外撞击缓冲和隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔离领域,尤其涉及一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构。
背景技术
隔热板的主要作用是在室内装修当中将外部的气温与室内的气温起到一个隔离的作用,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对室内装修的要求也就越来越高,因此人们对环保隔热板的要求也就越来越高。
隔热板在安装在室内,用于隔绝室内热量的传导,而现有的隔热板在使用时还有待完善。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构。
发明内容
(一)发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,本发明通过设有卡和安装件,利于安装;通过设有抗裂防护层,用于抗裂;通过设有防潮层,减少因湿气造成的发霉腐蚀的现象,进而增加使用寿命;通过设有隔音缓冲层,提高使用时的意外撞击缓冲和隔音效果。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,包括砂浆找平层,所述砂浆找平层的一侧设置有卡和安装件;
所述砂浆找平层的另一侧设置有保温层;
所述保温层上设置有抗裂防护层;
所述抗裂防护层的一侧铺设有腻子层,所述腻子层上铺设有防潮层,所述防潮层的一侧铺设有隔音缓冲层,所述隔音缓冲层的一侧铺设有涂料层;
所述保温层上设置有塑料膨胀螺栓。
优选的,所述卡和安装件由卡框和卡条组成,所述卡条与卡框卡接,所述卡条的一侧与砂浆找平层固定连接。
优选的,所述保温层由粘接层和膨胀聚苯板组成,所述膨胀聚苯板通过粘接层与砂浆找平层连接。
优选的,所述抗裂防护层由第一抗裂胶浆、耐碱玻纤网格布和第二抗裂胶浆组成,所述耐碱玻纤网格布通过第一抗裂胶浆粘接在膨胀聚苯板上,所述第二抗裂胶浆铺设在耐碱玻纤网格布上,所述腻子层铺设在第二抗裂胶浆上。
优选的,所述隔音缓冲层选用隔音棉制成。
优选的,所述涂料层与隔音缓冲层上均涂覆有防水层。
优选的,所述塑料膨胀螺栓安装在第一抗裂胶浆和膨胀聚苯板上。
本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
通过设有卡和安装件,利于进行安装和拆卸;通过设有抗裂防护层,用于抗裂;通过设有防潮层,减少因湿气造成的发霉腐蚀的现象,进而增加使用寿命;通过设有隔音缓冲层,提高使用时的意外撞击缓冲和隔音效果。

如图1-2所示,本发明提出的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,包括砂浆找平层1,砂浆找平层1的一侧设置有卡和安装件2;
砂浆找平层1的另一侧设置有保温层3;
保温层3上设置有抗裂防护层4;
抗裂防护层4的一侧铺设有腻子层5,腻子层5上铺设有防潮层6,防潮层6的一侧铺设有隔音缓冲层7,隔音缓冲层7的一侧铺设有涂料层8;
保温层3上设置有塑料膨胀螺栓9。
在一个可选的实施例中,卡和安装件2由卡框21和卡条22组成,卡条22与卡框21卡接,卡条22的一侧与砂浆找平层1固定连接,通过卡框21与卡条22的卡接,利于对两者进行连接或拆卸,以提高安装效率和拆卸效率。
在一个可选的实施例中,保温层3由粘接层31和膨胀聚苯板32组成,膨胀聚苯板32通过粘接层31与砂浆找平层1连接。
在一个可选的实施例中,抗裂防护层4由第一抗裂胶浆41、耐碱玻纤网格布42和第二抗裂胶浆43组成,耐碱玻纤网格布42通过第一抗裂胶浆41粘接在膨胀聚苯板32上,第二抗裂胶浆43铺设在耐碱玻纤网格布42上,腻子层5铺设在第二抗裂胶浆43上。
在一个可选的实施例中,隔音缓冲层7选用隔音棉制成。
在一个可选的实施例中,涂料层8与隔音缓冲层7上均涂覆有防水层,用于对涂料层8和隔音缓冲层7进行防水。
在一个可选的实施例中,塑料膨胀螺栓9安装在第一抗裂胶浆41和膨胀聚苯板32上。
本发明中,通过设有卡和安装件2,利于进行安装和拆卸;通过设有抗裂防护层4,用于抗裂;通过设有防潮层6,减少因湿气造成的发霉腐蚀的现象,进而增加使用寿命;通过设有隔音缓冲层7,提高使用时的意外撞击缓冲和隔音效果。

1.一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,包括砂浆找平层(1),其特征在于:所述砂浆找平层(1)的一侧设置有卡和安装件(2);
所述砂浆找平层(1)的另一侧设置有保温层(3);
所述保温层(3)上设置有抗裂防护层(4);
所述抗裂防护层(4)的一侧铺设有腻子层(5),所述腻子层(5)上铺设有防潮层(6),所述防潮层(6)的一侧铺设有隔音缓冲层(7),所述隔音缓冲层(7)的一侧铺设有涂料层(8);
所述保温层(3)上设置有塑料膨胀螺栓(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,其特征在于,所述卡和安装件(2)由卡框(21)和卡条(22)组成,所述卡条(22)与卡框(21)卡接,所述卡条(22)的一侧与砂浆找平层(1)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,其特征在于,所述保温层(3)由粘接层(31)和膨胀聚苯板(32)组成,所述膨胀聚苯板(32)通过粘接层(31)与砂浆找平层(1)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,其特征在于,所述抗裂防护层(4)由第一抗裂胶浆(41)、耐碱玻纤网格布(42)和第二抗裂胶浆(43)组成,所述耐碱玻纤网格布(42)通过第一抗裂胶浆(41)粘接在膨胀聚苯板(32)上,所述第二抗裂胶浆(43)铺设在耐碱玻纤网格布(42)上,所述腻子层(5)铺设在第二抗裂胶浆(43)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,其特征在于,所述隔音缓冲层(7)选用隔音棉制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,其特征在于,所述涂料层(8)与隔音缓冲层(7)上均涂覆有防水层。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻隔室内热量传导的隔离结构,其特征在于,所述塑料膨胀螺栓(9)安装在第一抗裂胶浆(41)和膨胀聚苯板(32)上。
