the lifting component (2) comprises: a bearing seat (21) mounted on the bottom plate (12); the support plate (22) is rotatably arranged on the bearing seat (21); the first sliding plates (23) are arranged on the supporting plate (22) in two; the two first fixing frames (24) are arranged on the first sliding plate (23) in a sliding manner; a motor (25) mounted between the two first slide plates (23); the screw rod (26) is arranged on an output shaft of the motor (25); the nut (27) is arranged on the screw rod (26), and the first fixing frames (24) are connected with the nut (27); the right-angle frames (28) are arranged on the first fixing frame (24) in two; a first connecting rod (29) mounted on the right angle frame (28);
the buckle subassembly (3) is including: the clamping plates (31), at least two clamping plates (31) are rotatably arranged on the right-angle frame (28); the first gears (32), at least two first gears (32) are installed on the clamping plate (31); the two sliding blocks (33) are arranged on the right-angle frame (28) in a sliding manner; the two second connecting rods (34) are arranged on the sliding square block (33), and the first gears (32) are meshed with the second connecting rods (34); the two second fixing plates (35) are arranged on the right-angle frame (28); at least two first springs (36) are arranged between the second fixed plate (35) and the sliding square block (33); the two third fixing plates (37) are arranged on the right-angle frame (28); the at least two third connecting rods (39) are slidably arranged on the third fixing plate (37); the first wedge blocks (38), at least two first wedge blocks (38) are arranged on the third connecting rod (39), and the first wedge blocks (38) are matched with the sliding square blocks (33); at least two second springs (310), each of which is installed between the third connecting rod (39) and the third fixing plate (37); and two second wedge-shaped blocks (311) are arranged between the two third connecting rods (39).

The municipal well lid moving device according to claim 1, further comprising a placement component (4), wherein the placement component (4) comprises: the two discharging plates (41) are arranged on the bottom plate (12) in a sliding mode; a fourth connecting rod (43) rotatably installed between the two discharging plates (41); the two supporting legs (42) are arranged on the fourth connecting rod (43); a second handle (44) mounted on the fourth connecting rod (43).

A municipal manhole cover moving device according to claim 2, further comprising a self-propelled assembly (5), wherein the self-propelled assembly (5) comprises: the two third springs (51) are arranged between the discharging plate (41) and the bottom plate (12), and the third springs (51) are in a stretching state; the four fixing plates (52) are arranged on the bottom plate (12) in two; the two fifth connecting rods (54) are arranged on the fourth fixed plate (52) in a sliding mode; the two third wedge-shaped blocks (53) are arranged on the fifth connecting rod (54), and the third wedge-shaped blocks (53) are matched with the discharging plate (41); the four springs (55) are arranged between the fifth connecting rod (54) and the fourth fixing plate (52); a second slide plate (56) mounted on the base plate (12); a fifth fixed plate (57) slidably mounted on the second slide plate (56); at least two fifth springs (58) are arranged between the fifth fixing plate (57) and the second sliding plate (56); a fourth wedge (59) slidably mounted on the fifth fixing plate (57), the fourth wedge (59) being engaged with the first connecting rod (29); a sixth connecting rod (510) mounted on the fourth wedge (59); a sixth spring (511) installed between the fourth wedge block (59) and the fifth fixing plate (57); a seventh connecting rod (512) slidably mounted on the second slide plate (56), the fifth connecting rods (54) being connected to the seventh connecting rod (512); and a fifth wedge block (513) mounted on the seventh connecting rod (512), the fifth wedge block (513) being engaged with the sixth connecting rod (510).

A municipal manhole cover moving device according to claim 3, further comprising a rotating assembly (6), wherein the rotating assembly (6) comprises: a second gear (61) mounted on the support plate (22); and a rack (62) which is arranged on the discharging plate (41), wherein the rack (62) is matched with the second gear (61).

The municipal manhole cover moving device according to claim 4, further comprising an automatic closing assembly (7), wherein the automatic closing assembly (7) comprises: an eighth connecting rod (71) installed between the two discharging plates (41); the limiting rods (72) are arranged on the eighth connecting rod (71), and the limiting rods (72) are matched with the second wedge-shaped blocks (311).
