Referring to fig. 2, the discharging assembly 3 includes a driving wheel 301 and a driver for driving the driving wheel 301 to rotate, the driver in this embodiment adopts a stepping motor, the driver can be connected to an external rack, since the improvement content of the present invention is not involved, the structural schematic diagram of the external integral rack is not shown in the drawings of the specification, the driving wheel 301 is connected to an output shaft of the driver, the driving wheel 301 abuts against the side surface of the bottommost box body 9 of the plurality of box bodies 9, the goods outlet 103 for facilitating goods discharging is opened on the L-shaped transverse edges of both the first storage part 101 and the second storage part 102 and towards one end of the discharging assembly 3, and the driving wheel 301 rotates to drive the box body 9 abutting against the driving wheel 301 to move out of the goods.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, a limiting rod 7 is slidably connected to both the first storage part 101 and the second storage part 102 along the length direction, the limiting rod 7 is partially located at the goods outlet 103, the distance between the end of the limiting rod 7 and the driving wheel 301 is adjusted by moving the limiting rod 7, so that the size of the goods outlet 103 can be adjusted, one end of each limiting rod 7, which is far away from the goods outlet 103, is connected with a first self-adjusting part 701 and a second self-adjusting part 702, the first self-adjusting part 701 and the second self-adjusting part 702 connected to the limiting rod 7 of the first storage part 101 and the second self-adjusting part 702 connected to the limiting rod 7 of the second storage part 102 are mirror-arranged, the two second self-adjusting parts 702 are respectively abutted against the first storage part 101 or the second storage part 102, the first self-adjusting part 701 is fixedly connected to the limiting rod 7, the second self-adjusting part 702 is slidably connected to the limiting rod 7, the first guide rod 703 is fixedly connected to the second self-adjusting part 702, the first guide rod 703 plays a role in guiding, the first guide rod is positioned between the first self-adjusting part 701 and the second self-adjusting part 702 and can be used for clamping a box body 9 to serve as a sample box body 9, the sample box body 9 is clamped between the first self-adjusting part 701 and the second self-adjusting part 702 by the two groups of first self-adjusting parts 701 and the second self-adjusting part 702, the distance between the first self-adjusting part 701 and the second self-adjusting part 702 is adjusted through different samples of the box body 9, and therefore the distance between the limiting rod 7 and the driving wheel 301 towards one end of the discharging assembly 3 is changed, and therefore when the driving wheel 301 rotates to drive the box body 9 positioned in the storage assembly 1 to move out, the box body 9 is moved out singly at each time, the sample box body 9 clamped between the first self-adjusting part 701 and the second self-adjusting part 702 is identical to the box body 9 positioned.
Referring to fig. 8, the storage assembly 1 is connected with a guide assembly 8, the guide assembly 8 includes a fixing base 801 screwed with the first storage part 101 through a screw, a second guide rod 802 fixedly connected to the fixing base 801, and a sliding base 803 screwed with the second storage part 102 through a screw, the second guide rod 802 is slidably connected in the sliding base 803, and the length direction of the second guide rod 802 is perpendicular to the length direction of the storage assembly 1.

Claims (10)

1. A storage and discharge device suitable for boxes with different sizes is characterized by comprising a storage assembly (1) used for storing a plurality of box bodies (9), a width changing assembly (2) capable of driving the width of the storage assembly (1) to change and a discharge assembly (3) used for discharging, wherein the storage assembly (1) comprises a first storage part (101) and a second storage part (102), the first storage part (101) and the second storage part (102) are simultaneously erected on two sides of the plurality of box bodies (9), the width changing assembly (2) comprises a first support rod (201), a second support rod (202), a first pivoting head (203), a second pivoting head (204) and a third pivoting head (205), one ends of the first support rod (201) and the second support rod (202) are simultaneously pivoted with the second pivoting head (204), one end of the first support rod (201) far away from the second pivoting head (204) is pivoted with the first pivoting head (203), one end of the second support rod (202) far away from the second pivoting head (204) is pivoted with the third pivoting head (205), the first pivoting head (203) is fixedly connected with the first storage part (101), the second pivoting head (204) can be in sliding connection along the length direction of the second storage part (102), the third pivoting head (205) can be in sliding connection along the length direction of the first storage part (101), the third pivoting head (205) is driven to move towards or away from the first pivoting head (203), the angles of the first supporting rod (201) and the second supporting rod (202) can be driven to change, the lengths of the first supporting rod (201) and the second supporting rod (202) are unchanged, so that the distance between the first storage part (101) and the second storage part (102) is changed, the discharging component (3) is positioned at one end of the storage component (1), the storage component (1) is provided with a goods outlet (103) for moving a box body (9) out of the storage component (1), the storage component (1) is connected with a limiting rod (7) in sliding connection along the length direction of the storage component (1), and part of the limiting rod (7) is positioned at the goods outlet (103), the distance from the end part of the limiting rod (7) to the discharging component (3) is adjusted by moving the limiting rod (7).

The storage and discharge device suitable for boxes of different sizes according to claim 1, wherein the width-changing component (2) is connected with a pull rod (4), the pull rod (4) is slidably connected with the first pivoting head (203), and the pull rod (4) is fixedly connected with the third pivoting head (205).
3. The storage and discharge device suitable for boxes with different sizes as claimed in claim 2, wherein the storage component (1) is provided with a plurality of width-changing components (2) along the length direction, and the width-changing components (2) are connected with the pull rod (4).

The storage and discharge device suitable for boxes with different sizes as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pull rod (4) is connected with the abutting blocks (404), the abutting blocks (404) are respectively located on two sides of the pivoting head III (205), the abutting blocks (404) limit the pivoting head III (205) to move along the axial direction of the pull rod (4), and the pull rod (4) and the pivoting head III (205) can rotate circumferentially.
