Claims (10)

1. A web wrapping apparatus for wrapping a web (700) over a web (600), comprising:
the workbench (100) is sequentially provided with a loading position (110), a film coating position (120) and a discharging position (130) along a first horizontal direction;
the film drawing mechanism (200) is movably arranged on the workbench (100) and is used for drawing the film material (700) to the film wrapping position (120) along a second horizontal direction, and the second horizontal direction is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction; and
the glue outlets of the two glue mechanisms (300) are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the workbench (100) in the first horizontal direction and are configured to glue the upper surface of the film material (700) in the process that the film material (700) is pulled by the film pulling mechanism (200);
drag mechanism (400), at least part is located workstation (100) top, and be used for driving coiled material (600) are followed first horizontal direction by it rolls in proper order to go up material level (110) to envelope position (120) with down material level (130).
2. The web encapsulation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism (400) includes a first frame (410), a traveling carriage (420), and two pawl assemblies (430);
the walking frame (420) is installed on the first frame (410) and can move on the first frame (410) along the first horizontal direction;
the two insertion claw assemblies (430) are mounted on the walking frame (420) and can move on the walking frame (420) along the second horizontal direction, and the insertion claw assemblies (430) can be inserted into the central hole (610) of the coiled material (600).
3. The web encapsulation apparatus of claim 2, wherein the latch assembly (430) includes a latch arm (431) and a latch head (432);
the upper end of the claw arm (431) is connected with the walking frame (420), and one side of the lower end is provided with a connecting shaft;
the claw head (432) is rotatably mounted on the connecting shaft and can be inserted into a center hole (610) of the coil (600).
4. The film wrapping apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a bearing is fitted over said connecting shaft, and said claw head (432) is fitted over said bearing.
5. The web wrapping apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the outer profile of the claw head (432) is tapered or truncated cone shaped, the radial dimension of the outer profile of the claw head (432) decreasing in a direction away from the claw arm (431).
6. The web encapsulation apparatus of claim 2, wherein the drive mechanism (400) further includes a lift assembly (470); the lifting assembly (470) is installed on the walking frame (420) and connected with the claw assembly (430) to drive the claw assembly (430) to lift.

The web wrapping apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a receiving groove (140) is provided in said table (100), a length direction of said receiving groove (140) coincides with said second horizontal direction, and said film drawing mechanism (200) is movably installed in said receiving groove (140).
8. The web encapsulation apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the film pulling mechanism (200) includes a moving frame (210) and a clamping assembly (220) mounted on the moving frame (210), the moving frame (210) being movable in the second horizontal direction, the clamping assembly (220) being configured to clamp the film (700).
9. A packaging plant, characterized by comprising a web feeding device (500) and a web wrapping device according to any one of claims 1-8; the film material supply device (500) is used for supplying a film material (700) to the workbench (100).
10. The packaging apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the film material supply device (500) includes a second frame (510), a film material loading mechanism (520), a tension mechanism (530), and a cutting mechanism (540);
the film material loading mechanism (520) is arranged on one side, away from the workbench (100), of the second rack (510) and is used for driving the film material roll (800) on the second rack to rotate;
the tensioning mechanism (530) and the cutting mechanism (540) are arranged on one side of the second frame (510) close to the workbench (100), and the cutting mechanism (540) is positioned between the tensioning mechanism (530) and the workbench (100); wherein, the tensioning mechanism (530) is used for clamping the membrane material (700) output by the membrane material roll (800), and the cutting mechanism (540) is used for cutting the membrane material (700).
