Description

Electromagnetic speed reducer for train
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high-speed rail trains, in particular to an electromagnetic speed reducer for a train.
Background
The improvement of the running efficiency of high-speed rail is always the key point of attention, taking jinghu high-speed rail as an example, the initial designed traffic is running 180 pairs of high-speed trains with the speed of 350-380 kilometers every day, and the passengers are transported for 1.6 hundred million people in two ways in one year. After the speed is reduced, only 90 pairs of trains are driven each day, wherein more than 20 pairs of trains are trains with the speed of 250 kilometers per hour. Although 3 years achieved profitability, the effect was not as expected. After the speed is increased, the transport capacity is improved in the aspect of railways, the people flow and logistics in the area along the railway are accelerated, and the great driving effect is played to the economic development of China. Along with the recovery of the high-speed rail, the numerical value of X in the X hour economic circle manufactured by the high-speed rail in various places is smaller and smaller, the construction of the urban circle and the economic circle can be promoted, and the method plays an important role in improving the same urbanization level and reasonably allocating resources. In addition, after the speed of the high-speed rail is increased, the energy consumption and the service cost of the railway are increased, but compared with the increase of the passenger flow, the benefit is obviously improved, and the method is greatly beneficial to the self development of the railway.
However, the speed of the high-speed train is increased to improve the running efficiency of the train at the top today, but the reduction of the station-entering time of the high-speed train to improve the running efficiency of the train is the current need and the certain development trend. Since this method consumes kinetic energy converted into electric energy, the amount of kinetic energy consumed for stopping the vehicle is reduced as the vehicle speed decreases, and thus the braking efficiency is to be improved. It is assumed that if the train starts braking 30 minutes before arriving at the station, compared with the braking time shortened to 15 minutes or even shorter, the operation efficiency of the Chinese railway network will be greatly increased, which is greatly beneficial to the national transportation business. Therefore, a device which consumes stable kinetic energy of the train and has high efficiency is urgently needed to solve the problem.
Aiming at the situation, the invention provides the train electromagnetic speed reducer after mechanical calculation and finite element simulation analysis. The invention better accords with energy and mechanical characteristics, greatly improves and improves the braking work of the train, and can completely modify the existing train for use, thereby realizing the low-cost modification of the train and realizing the function of the device.

As shown in fig. 4, the invention relates to an electromagnetic deceleration device for a train, which is used for decelerating and stopping when a high-speed rail enters a station, and the deceleration device comprises: a brake undercarriage for rigid attachment to the bottom of a train, as shown in figure 2, and an electromagnetic guide rail 10 for generating a magnetic field force with the brake spider.
The first type of electromagnetic train deceleration device is used for the inbound braking of high-speed trains, and consists of two major parts, namely a braking landing gear rigidly connected to the bottom of the train, as shown in fig. 2, and an electromagnetic guide rail 10 laid in the middle of the rail.
Firstly, the landing gear is braked: is divided into an upper bracket 1 and a lower bracket 3. The upper support 1 is directly and rigidly connected to the bottom of the train, and as shown in fig. 1, the lower support 3 is provided with an armature 4 at the lower end. When a train enters the station, a hydraulic rod 7 in the brake landing gear unfolds the front and rear folding frameworks 5 and 6 so as to push out the lower support 3, and the lower armature 4 of the lower support 3 penetrates into the electromagnetic guide rail 10.
As shown in fig. 3: the train brake is realized by adopting the electromagnetic reverse thrust generated by the electromagnetic action principle. Because the electromagnetic driving force is in direct proportion to the square of the current, strong current I can be input into the electromagnetic guide rail in the station, and enough thrust can be generated in the electromagnetic guide rail, so that the train entering the station obtains high braking force, and the high-speed train is ensured to be quickly braked. The basic principle is shown in the figure. When the switch S is switched on, the power supply G forms a current loop through the guide rail, the armature and the guide rail; the current I generates a magnetic field B which generates a force F on the charge flowing in the magnetic field. Because the guide rail is fixed on the foundation and belongs to a rigid body, the guide rail cannot move, and the armature is a movable body, the armature can generate corresponding braking force in the anti-running direction in the electromagnetic guide rail.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the two walls of the electromagnetic guide rail 10, i.e. the first and second guide rail walls 12 and 13, have a certain height h from the ground, and the bottom of the electromagnetic guide rail has a triangular guide rail bottom end protrusion 11, so that it is ensured that some broken stone blocks will be automatically discharged to the outside of the guide rail after entering the electromagnetic guide rail under the action of the height h from the ground and the triangular protrusion, and will not be accumulated.
Therefore, the braking force can be regulated according to the magnitude of the current supplied in the station, the use of the current has national standard, and no corresponding standard exists at present, so that the purpose of providing forced power to achieve rapid braking compared with the conventional train braking can be achieved.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
