Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the fast keyless unlocking system of the invention comprises a door handle switch 1, a vehicle body controller 2, a low-frequency antenna 3, an intelligent key 4, an intelligent key signal receiver 5, a door module 6 and a vehicle door lock 7; the intelligent key 4 is communicated with the intelligent key signal receiver 5 through a high-frequency wireless signal; the key signal receiver 5 is connected with the vehicle body controller 2 through a wire harness; the vehicle body controller 2 is connected with the low-frequency antenna 3 through a wire harness; the low-frequency antenna 3 is in low-frequency wireless signal communication with the intelligent key 4; the door handle switch 1 is wirelessly connected with the vehicle body controller 2; the vehicle body controller 2 is in control connection with a controller of the door module 6; the controller of the door module 6 is in control connection with the door lock 7.
The vehicle body controller 2 can drive the low-frequency antenna 3 to position the intelligent key 4, and the time required for positioning the intelligent key 4 once by driving one antenna by the vehicle body controller 2 is about 100 ms.
The low-frequency antenna 3 is used for positioning the intelligent key 4 and is arranged on a left front door panel, the horizontal position of the low-frequency antenna is close to the B column, and the vertical position of the low-frequency antenna is 5cm away from a glass boundary, so that a keyless unlocking area can be covered by the single antenna, namely, only the antenna is driven when the key is positioned, and the time for positioning the intelligent key 4 by all the multiple antennas is saved.
When the door handle switch 1 is triggered, the vehicle body controller 2 drives the low-frequency antenna 3 to send out a low-frequency signal (such as 125K), after the intelligent key 4 receives the legal signal, information (including an identity ID, a field intensity value, a secret key and battery power) is fed back to the intelligent key signal receiver 5 through a high-frequency signal (such as 433.92MHz), the intelligent key signal receiver 5 transmits the signal back to the vehicle body controller 2, after the vehicle body controller 2 judges that the key is legal, an unlocking command is sent to a controller of the door module 6, and the controller of the door module 6 drives the door lock 7 to unlock.
Example 2
A quick keyless unlocking method comprises the following steps:
1. triggering a door handle switch 1, processing signals of the door handle switch 1, and sending the signals to a vehicle body controller 2, wherein the processing time is 30 ms;
2. the vehicle body controller 2 drives the low-frequency antenna 3 to send out a low-frequency signal (such as 125K), the intelligent key 4 is positioned through the low-frequency antenna 3, and the time is controlled within 370 ms;
3. after receiving the legal signal, the intelligent key 4 feeds back information (including identity ID, field intensity value, secret key and battery capacity) to the intelligent key signal receiver 5 through a high-frequency signal (such as 433.92MHz), the intelligent key signal receiver 5 transmits the signal back to the vehicle body controller 2 for CAN signal processing, the processing time is 30ms, and after the vehicle body controller 2 judges that the signal is the legal key, an unlocking command is sent to the controller of the door module 6;
4. the door module 6 drives the door lock 7 to unlock, and the unlocking time is 170 ms.
A vehicle conventionally matches 2 the key fob 4 into consideration, and 2 keys are named key a and key B. Thus, the process of the vehicle body controller 2 determining that the key is valid is as follows: whether the key a or the key B is used is memorized by the vehicle body controller 2 every time the user gets out of the vehicle to lock the vehicle. If the key A is used, the vehicle body controller 2 drives the low-frequency antenna 3 to preferentially find the key A (repeatedly find for 2 times at most) when the user uses the keyless unlocking function next time, and searches the key B once if the key A cannot be found, so that the antenna is driven to find the legal key once with high probability because the situation that the user frequently changes the key is not many. This can reduce the time required for finding the key. (most work conditions can be found by finding the intelligent key 4 once, and few work conditions need to be found three times)
The invention provides the requirement of the arrangement position of the low-frequency antenna for quick keyless unlocking, and the position of the intelligent key 4 can be positioned by only using 1 antenna; a method for positioning a legal intelligent key is provided, and a key used by a user last time is preferentially found, so that the time consumed for positioning the intelligent key 4 can be reduced; according to the method, the antenna arrangement position and the key positioning strategy are determined only in the early stage of design, extra hardware is not needed, the response speed of keyless unlocking can be increased, and therefore the satisfaction degree of a user on the keyless unlocking function is improved. The user carries the intelligent key, and the door handle switch 1 is directly triggered without pressing an unlocking button on the remote control key, so that the vehicle can be unlocked.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
