Performance testing
The applicant performed performance tests on the processing techniques of the seamless paper tubes provided in the above examples 1 to 7, the performance tests are as follows:
and (3) testing the deviation of the outer diameter, the inner diameter, the wall thickness and the full length: using the processing techniques provided in examples 1-9, 35 seamless paper tubes (required outer diameter of the paper tube is 172.4mm, wall thickness is 10mm, and overall length is 1000mm) were prepared, respectively, and deviation tests were performed on the outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, and overall length of the paper tubes. The test method is GB/T22906.4-2008. Measuring the number of paper tubes with the outer diameter of 172.4 +/-0.3 mm to be 34 or more, wherein the number is represented by O, and the number is X if not; the number of paper tubes with the wall thickness of 9.8-10.5mm is measured to be 34 or more, and is represented by O, otherwise, X; the number of the paper tubes with the total length within the range of 999-1002mm is measured to be 34 or more, and is represented by O.
And (3) testing the compressive strength: by applying the processing techniques provided in examples 1 to 9, 35 seamless paper tubes (the required outer diameter of the paper tube is 172.4mm, the wall thickness is 10mm, and the overall length is 1000mm) were prepared, respectively, and the paper tubes were tested for compressive strength according to the test standard GB/T22906.9-2008. The number of the paper tubes with the compressive strength of more than or equal to 1000N/100mm is 34 or more, which is represented by A, otherwise, B.
And (3) appearance observation: by applying the processing techniques provided in examples 1 to 9, 35 seamless paper tubes (the required outer diameter of the paper tube is 172.4mm, the wall thickness is 10mm, and the overall length is 1000mm) were prepared, and by observing the appearance of the paper tubes, the number of paper tube surfaces that are smooth, free of chipping, gouging, cracking, salient points, and bending deformation was 34 or more, which is represented by a, or B.

step two: the method comprises the following steps of (1) winding raw paper into a pipe, namely putting a surface paper tape into a beveling machine to bevel two sides of the paper tape, sequentially staggering, superposing and regularly arranging a plurality of layers of main body paper tapes and the beveled surface paper tape layer by layer from top to bottom, putting the main body paper tapes and the beveled surface paper tape into a paper tape gluing machine in parallel, uniformly coating a layer of special paper pipe glue on the upper surfaces of the main body paper tape and the surface paper tape, and winding the glued paper tape into a pipe on an automatic pipe winding machine;
step three: extruding the paper tube, and rotationally extruding the reeled paper tube on a reeling roller;
step four: drying, namely placing the paper tube coated with the glue into a drying room for drying and dehydrating, and then cooling;
step five: polishing and waxing, namely polishing and waxing the paper tube by using a polishing and waxing integrated machine;
step six: cutting the paper tube, namely cutting the paper tube by using a finishing cutter;
step seven: and (4) trimming the notch, and polishing and flattening the two sections of the paper tube by using a grinding head machine.
2. The process for manufacturing a seamless paper tube according to claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the base paper in the first step is 5-15%.
3. The processing technology of the seamless paper tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bevel angle of the surface paper tape subjected to bevel treatment in the second step is 20-70 degrees, and the bevel width is 3-6 mm.
4. The processing technology of the seamless paper tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue special for the paper tube in the second step is white latex or starch glue.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein the winding speed of the base paper in the second step is 10m/min to 20 m/min.
6. The process for manufacturing a seamless paper tube according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the drying room in the fourth step is 30-60 ℃.
7. The process for manufacturing a seamless paper tube according to claim 6, wherein the drying time in step four is 15-20 hours.
8. The processing technology of the seamless paper tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the paper tube dried in the fourth step is 5-9%.
9. The process of claim 1, wherein in step five the wax is a liquid polishing wax.
10. The process of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the polishing in step seven is 2-5 mm.
