Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a turn-up bladder, which comprises the following steps of manufacturing a bladder body by adhering a rubber sheet and a cord fabric, wherein a part of the outermost rubber sheet is cut in advance before adhering, and the cut part corresponds to the part of the bladder body, which is contacted with a tire seam allowance part; adhering an adhesive film to the cut part, and adhering an anti-sticking layer to the adhesive film, wherein the anti-sticking layer is a PET elastic band with a rough surface coated with glue; adhering the glued grid iron sheet to the position on the surface of the capsule body, which is corresponding to the position in contact with the tire side; and vulcanizing the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet after the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet are attached, and trimming the adhesive edge after the vulcanization is finished, so that the reverse-wrapped capsule is manufactured. The anti-wrapping capsule prepared by the invention adopts the PET elastic band in the preparation process, wherein the PET elastic band is contacted with the bead of the tire, the smooth surface of the PET elastic band is utilized to solve the problem of adhesion resistance, the tire is convenient to unload, and the phenomenon of adhering the bead of the tire is prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tires, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of a turn-up bladder.
Background
At present, when an all-steel radial tire is produced, a mechanical forming drum and a capsule forming drum are divided into a machine drum and a capsule forming drum which are used on a one-step forming machine, wherein the main difference is that the mode of turning up the tire forming sidewall is different, and the capsule forming drum enables the circumferential stretching of the sidewall to be uniform and the appearance to be flat due to the uniform expansion of capsules, so that the quality of the tire is favored by tire manufacturers; the turn-up bladder used on the bladder forming drum is uniformly expanded under a certain air pressure to realize turn-up of the tire body cord fabric and turn-up of the tire side, and the phenomenon of delamination and no bubble at the seam part of the tire is realized through extrusion.
The anti-sticking layer of the reverse-wrapping capsule mainly comprises two forms of single-side glue-coated cord fabric and high-elasticity fabric, wherein the two representative forms have defects, wherein the single-side glue-coated cord fabric has the characteristics of poor anti-sticking effect, fast peeling, aging and breaking of cord threads, low use frequency, poor strength of the high-elasticity fabric, low stripping force with a capsule body, low use frequency and the like.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a manufacturing process of a turn-up capsule so as to overcome the technical problems.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a process for preparing the turn-up capsule includes such steps as preparing the capsule,

adhering a prefabricated adhesive film to the cut part, adhering an anti-sticking layer to the adhesive film, and uniformly rolling under certain pressure, wherein the anti-sticking layer is a PET elastic band coated with glue on a rough surface, and the raw material components of the adhesive film comprise 1-3% of resorcinol formaldehyde resin based on 100% of rubber by weight;
adhering the glued grid iron sheet to the position on the surface of the capsule body, which corresponds to the position in contact with the tire side wall, and rolling;
after the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet are rolled, the outer layer of the capsule body is wound and fixed by using nylon laying cloth, wherein the position of the PET elastic band is wound and fixed by using cord fabric;
and vulcanizing after winding and fixing are finished, removing the cord fabric, the nylon laying cloth and the grid iron sheet after vulcanization is finished, and trimming the rubber edges to finish the manufacture of the turn-up bladder.
Furthermore, the film is a 1.2mm thick film with a low-modulus tear-resistant formula, and the cord fabric is a 1.0mm thick 1260D/2 cord.
Further, the adhesive cement used for coating the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet is prepared from a sizing material, resorcinol formaldehyde resin and gasoline in a mass ratio of 1: 0.1: 3.3-4, and mixing and preparing.
Further, the rubber material is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of rubber, 2-6 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of anti-aging agent, 5-10 parts by weight of naphthenic oil, 1-3 parts by weight of sulfur and 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of accelerator.
Further, the PET elastic band is made of polyester resin.
Further, the vulcanization process is as follows: the vulcanization temperature is 142-148 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 0.4-0.5 Mpa, and the vulcanization time is 55-65 min.
Has the advantages that:
(1) the anti-wrapping capsule prepared by the invention adopts the PET elastic band in the preparation process, wherein the PET elastic band is in contact with the bead of the tire, and the smooth surface of the PET elastic band is utilized to solve the problem of adhesion resistance, thereby facilitating tire unloading and preventing the phenomenon of tire unloading and bead adhering;
(2) in the process of preparing the reverse-wrapped capsule, the PET elastic band is coated with special mucilage, and the part of the capsule body connected with the PET elastic band adopts an adhesive film containing resorcinol formaldehyde resin, so that the peeling strength between the adhesive film and the PET elastic band is improved, and the use frequency can reach more than 8000.
Detailed Description
For better understanding of the present invention, the following examples are given for further illustration of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
The manufacturing process of the present invention is specifically described, which comprises the following steps,
(1) preparing a capsule body: the capsule body is manufactured by sequentially attaching three layers of films and two layers of curtain cloth by adopting the prior art, wherein the films are low-modulus and tear-resistant formulas with the thickness of 1.2mm, and the curtain cloth is 1260D/2 cord threads with the thickness of 1.0 mm; a part of the rubber sheet as the outermost layer of the bladder body is cut in advance before the rubber sheet is attached, wherein the cut part corresponds to the part of the bladder body, which is in contact with the tire seam allowance part, namely the area of the cut part is determined by the size of the tire seam allowance area;
(2) preparing mucilage: the mass ratio of 1: 0.1: 3.3-4, mixing a sizing material, resorcinol formaldehyde resin and gasoline to obtain the required sizing material, wherein the sizing material is prepared according to the following formula: the rubber-modified flame retardant rubber comprises the following components, by weight, 100 parts of rubber, 2-6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-2.5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 5-10 parts of naphthenic oil, 1-3 parts of sulfur and 0.1-1.5 parts of an accelerator;
(3) coating: performing mucilage coating treatment on the rough surface and the grid iron sheet of the prepared PET elastic band, wherein the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet can be used only after the mucilage is completely dried; wherein the PET elastic cord adopts the polyester resin material, and the material of the PET elastic cord of adoption, powerful disconnected stretch and the density need satisfy the parameter of table 1:

(4) Manufacturing an adhesive film: the part cut off in the outer layer film of the capsule body needs to be adhered with a layer of adhesive film, so the adhesive film needs to be manufactured in advance, and the adhesive film comprises the following components by taking 100 parts by weight of rubber as a reference: 2-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of resorcinol formaldehyde resin, 40-45 parts of carbon black, 1-2 parts of environment-friendly aromatic oil, 2-4 parts of a bonding agent, 3-5 parts of insoluble sulfur and 0.5-1.0 part of an accelerator;
(5) attaching: bonding an adhesive film on the cut part according to the cut area of the outer layer film, then attaching a prepared PET elastic band coated with adhesive cement on the adhesive film, and uniformly rolling under the pressure of 0.2-0.5 Mpa; then, the grid iron sheet coated with the mucilage is attached to the position, which is on the surface of the capsule body and is contacted with the tire side, and rolling is carried out simultaneously;
(6) and (3) vulcanization: after PET elastic cord and net iron sheet roll extrusion are accomplished, use nylon floorcloth to the skin of capsule body to twine fixedly, wherein use cord fabric to PET elastic cord position to twine fixedly, can carry out vulcanization technology after the completion, the vulcanization process is: the vulcanization temperature is 142-148 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 0.4-0.5 Mpa, the vulcanization time is 55-65 min, after the vulcanization is finished, the cord fabric, the nylon backing fabric and the grid iron sheet are removed, and the rubber edges are trimmed, so that the manufacture of the turn-up bladder is finished.
The turn-up capsule manufactured by the invention is explained by specific examples, and the peel strength, the anti-sticking effect and the service life of the manufactured turn-up capsule are tested. The method comprises the following specific steps:
example 1

(2) preparing mucilage: the mass ratio of 1: 0.1: 4, mixing a sizing material, resorcinol formaldehyde resin and gasoline to obtain the required rubber cement, wherein the sizing material is prepared according to the following formula: the rubber composition comprises the following components, by weight, 100 parts of rubber, 2 parts of zinc oxide, 2.5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 10 parts of naphthenic oil, 3 parts of sulfur and 1 part of an accelerator;
(3) coating: performing mucilage coating treatment on the rough surface and the grid iron sheet of the prepared PET elastic band, wherein the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet can be used only after the mucilage is completely dried; wherein the PET elastic cord adopts the polyester resin material, and the material of the PET elastic cord of adoption, powerful disconnected stretch and the density need satisfy the parameter of table 2:

(5) attaching: according to the cut area of the outer layer film, bonding an adhesive film on the cut part, then attaching a prepared PET elastic band coated with adhesive cement on the adhesive film, and uniformly rolling under the pressure of 0.2 Mpa; then, the grid iron sheet coated with the mucilage is attached to the position, which is on the surface of the capsule body and is contacted with the tire side, and rolling is carried out simultaneously;
(6) and (3) vulcanization: after PET elastic cord and net iron sheet roll extrusion are accomplished, use nylon floorcloth to the skin of capsule body to twine fixedly, wherein use cord fabric to PET elastic cord position to twine fixedly, can carry out vulcanization technology after the completion, the vulcanization process is: the vulcanization temperature is 145 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 0.45Mpa, the vulcanization time is 60min, after the vulcanization is finished, the cord fabric, the nylon backing fabric and the grid iron sheet are removed, and the adhesive edge is repaired, thus finishing the manufacture of the turn-up bladder.

The procedure was the same as in example 1, except that: (2) preparing mucilage: the mass ratio of 1: 0.1: 3.3 mixing the sizing material, the resorcinol formaldehyde resin and the gasoline; (4) manufacturing an adhesive film: wherein the mass percent of the resorcinol formaldehyde resin is 1 percent; (6) and (3) vulcanization: the vulcanization process is as follows: the vulcanization temperature is 148 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 0.5Mpa, the vulcanization time is 55min, after the vulcanization is finished, the cord fabric, the nylon backing fabric and the grid iron sheet are removed, and the adhesive edge is repaired, thus finishing the manufacture of the turn-up bladder.
Example 3
The procedure was the same as in example 1, except that: (2) preparing mucilage: the mass ratio of 1: 0.1: 3.6 mixing the sizing material, the resorcinol formaldehyde resin and the gasoline; (4) manufacturing an adhesive film: wherein the mass percent of the resorcinol formaldehyde resin is 2%; (6) and (3) vulcanization: the vulcanization process is as follows: the vulcanization temperature is 142 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 0.4Mpa, the vulcanization time is 65min, after the vulcanization is finished, the cord fabric, the nylon laying cloth and the grid iron sheet are removed, and the adhesive edge is repaired, thus finishing the manufacture of the turn-up bladder.
Example 4
The procedure was the same as in example 1, except that: the rubber material is prepared according to the following formula: the rubber composition comprises, by weight, 100 parts of rubber, 6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5 part of an antioxidant, 5 parts of naphthenic oil, 1 part of sulfur and 1.5 parts of an accelerator.
The peel strength, anti-sticking effect, and service life of examples 1-4 were experimentally measured, and the specific data are shown in Table 3.

Note: (1) the peel strength is the peel strength between the PET elastic band and the capsule body, theoretically, the peel strength is lower than 3.5N/mm, and cannot meet the production requirement, and the larger the peel strength is, the better the peel strength is; (2) the service life is based on the use times when abrasion or connector rotten holes occur.
As can be seen from Table 3, the peel strength of the turn-up capsules made by the present invention is much greater than the theoretically required value; the service life is not less than 7800 times.

the rubber sheet serving as the outermost layer of the rubber bag body is cut off in advance before the rubber sheet is attached to the cord fabric, and the cut off part corresponds to the part of the rubber bag body, which is in contact with the tire seam allowance part;
attaching a prefabricated adhesive film to the cut part, attaching an anti-sticking layer to the adhesive film, and uniformly rolling under a certain pressure, wherein the anti-sticking layer is a PET elastic band coated with glue on a rough surface, and the raw material components of the adhesive film comprise 1-3% of resorcinol formaldehyde resin based on 100% of rubber by weight;
adhering the glued grid iron sheet to the position on the surface of the capsule body, which corresponds to the position in contact with the tire side wall, and rolling;
after the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet are rolled, the outer layer of the capsule body is wound and fixed by using nylon laying cloth, wherein the position of the PET elastic band is wound and fixed by using cord fabric;
and vulcanizing after winding and fixing are finished, removing the cord fabric, the nylon laying cloth and the grid iron sheet after vulcanization is finished, and trimming the rubber edges to finish the manufacture of the turn-up bladder.
2. The process for making a turn-up bladder according to claim 1, wherein said film is a 1.2mm thick film of a low modulus, tear resistant formulation and said cord is a 1.0mm thick 1260D/2 cord.
3. The process for preparing the turn-up capsule according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive cement used for gluing the PET elastic band and the grid iron sheet is prepared from a rubber material, resorcinol-formaldehyde resin and gasoline in a mass ratio of 1: 0.1: 3.3-4, and mixing and preparing.

The process for preparing the turn-up capsule according to claim 3, wherein the rubber compound is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of rubber, 2 to 6 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 0.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, 5 to 10 parts by weight of naphthenic oil, 1 to 3 parts by weight of sulfur and 0.1 to 1.5 parts by weight of an accelerator.
5. The process for manufacturing the turn-up capsule according to claim 1, wherein the PET elastic band is made of polyester resin.
6. The process for manufacturing a turn-up bladder according to claim 1, wherein the vulcanization process is: the vulcanization temperature is 142-148 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 0.4-0.5 Mpa, and the vulcanization time is 55-65 min.
