Abstract
The invention relates to a metal facing decorative plate and a production process thereof, wherein the process comprises the following steps: adhering an isolation layer on the bottom plate to obtain a margin in a dot matrix or a graph; spraying metal resin on the white part on the bottom plate; after the metal resin is solidified, removing the isolation layer; the bottom plate is reversely buckled into the mold or a frame is arranged at the edge of the bottom plate to form the mold; pouring resin into the mold; the bottom plate is removed after the filled resin is cured. The invention forms the blank in dot matrix or figure on the bottom plate, and sprays metal resin to form the imitation metal block (sheet), the imitation metal block (sheet) is solidified on the bottom plate and is arranged in the mould for glue pouring, the position of the imitation metal block (sheet) can be ensured to be kept unchanged all the time, the bottom plate is removed after the filled resin is solidified, the resin has certain strength after being solidified, and the finished product can not be damaged when the bottom plate is removed. The process is simple and convenient to operate, and the finished product manufactured by the process has good lattice modeling or pattern, good decoration surface evenness, small weight and low cost.

Technical Field

Background
The preparation method of the metal resin plate in the current market mainly comprises three methods, namely, pressing a metal block (sheet) on the resin plate for forming when the resin plate is not completely cured, placing the metal block (sheet) at the bottom of a mold and then pouring resin for forming, and thirdly, firstly gluing the whole metal plate for forming, and then forming a pattern by etching and other methods. In the metal resin plate prepared by the first method, the surface of the metal block (sheet) is difficult to ensure smooth alignment, and the metal block (sheet) has poor adhesion and is easy to fall off. In the second method, the metal block (sheet) is easily displaced by the impact of the resin during the preparation process, and the obtained finished pattern has poor quality. The third method requires high equipment cost, more complicated process and serious material waste. Because of various defects, the metal resin plates on the market have small quantity and few types, and particularly the metal resin plates with lattice modeling or complex pattern combination have poor control of the process, and few manufacturers can prepare the metal resin plates.
In addition, the metal block (sheet) is directly used, so that the metal consumption is large, the weight of the finished product is large, and the cost control and the transportation are not facilitated.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a production process of a metal facing decorative plate, which comprises the following steps:
s1: arranging an isolation layer on the bottom plate, wherein holes in a dot matrix or a pattern are arranged on the isolation layer, and then obtaining a margin in the same dot matrix or pattern on the bottom plate;
s2: spraying metal resin on the white part on the bottom plate;
s3: after the metal resin is solidified, a metal imitation block or a metal imitation sheet is formed, and the isolation layer is removed;
s4: the bottom plate is reversely buckled into the mold or a frame is arranged at the edge of the bottom plate to form the mold;
s5: filling resin into the mould and filling gaps among the imitation metal blocks or the imitation metal sheets, wherein the thickness of the filled resin is greater than that of the imitation metal blocks or the imitation metal sheets;
s6: and after the filled resin is cured, removing the bottom plate to obtain the metal facing decorative plate.
Preferably, the isolation layer is a carved paper or an adhesive tape or a hollowed-out plate.
Preferably, the metal resin is a mixture of metal powder and resin, and the weight ratio of the metal powder to the resin is 1:0.5 to 4.
Preferably, in step S2, the metal resin is ready for mixing.
Preferably, step S3 further includes accelerating the curing by accelerating cooling or heating of the metal resin; in step S6, the method further includes accelerating the curing of the filled resin by accelerating cooling or heating.
Preferably, step S7 is further included, which is to polish and polish the side of the metal-faced decorative board having the metal lattice or pattern.

The invention discloses a production process of a metal facing decorative plate, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the isolation layer is arranged on the bottom plate, the holes which are in a dot matrix or a pattern are formed in the isolation layer, and then the blank which is in the same dot matrix or pattern is obtained on the bottom plate, namely a plurality of small dies are arranged on the bottom plate. The two modes have advantages and disadvantages, the bottom plate is reversely buckled into the die, the operation is more convenient, the bottom plate is used as an upper cover of the die and directly covered, and accurate positioning and placement can be realized by arranging the positioning columns and the positioning holes; the edge of the bottom plate is provided with the frame, so that glue filling can be better controlled, and the glue filling condition can be observed more visually.
S5: resin is poured into the mould and fills the gaps between the dummy metal blocks (sheets). s2: spraying metal resin on the white part on the bottom plate;
s3: after the metal resin is solidified, a metal imitation block or a metal imitation sheet is formed, and the isolation layer is removed;
s4: the bottom plate is reversely buckled into the mold or a frame is arranged at the edge of the bottom plate to form the mold;
s5: filling resin into the mould and filling gaps among the imitation metal blocks or the imitation metal sheets, wherein the thickness of the filled resin is greater than that of the imitation metal blocks or the imitation metal sheets;
s6: and after the filled resin is cured, removing the bottom plate to obtain the metal facing decorative plate.
2. The process for producing a metal-faced decorative sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the isolation layer is a carved paper or an adhesive tape or a hollowed-out plate.
3. The process for producing a metal-faced decorative sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the metal resin is a mixture of metal powder and resin, and the weight ratio of the metal powder to the resin is 1:0.5 to 4.
