When the polishing device is used, the upper disc fixing flange 1 is fixedly connected with a polishing machine, an external driving device drives the power rotating shaft 3 to rotate axially, the power rotating shaft 3 drives the polishing disc 2 to rotate sequentially through the ball head 4, the pin shaft 6 and the lower swing flange 52, so that the polishing consumables 21 rotate to polish workpieces, and meanwhile, polishing liquid flows onto the polishing consumables 21 sequentially along a liquid conveying channel 31, the hose 7, the through hole 23, the annular cavity 22, gaps among the polishing disc 2 and the polishing consumables 21; when the polishing disk cannot be completely contacted with a workpiece during rotation, and the included angle between the surface of the workpiece and the power rotating shaft 3 is smaller than or larger than 90 degrees, the pin shaft 6 and the notch, the ball head 4, the upper universal copper sleeve 53 and the lower universal copper sleeve 54 deflect, and the bottom surface of the polishing disk 2 is automatically adjusted to be attached to the surface of the workpiece under the action of gravity. Therefore, the invention has low cost and can improve the polishing uniformity and the working stability.
