The fuel supply unit is connected with the fuel combustor 13 and sends fuel to the fuel combustor 13; the combustion chamber 10 is arranged below the fuel oil burner 13 and is communicated with the interior of the fuel oil burner 13; the secondary air supply unit is connected with the combustion chamber 10 and introduces secondary air into the combustion chamber 10; the back-burning waste gas leading-in unit is arranged in the middle of the combustion chamber 10, and the desorbed organic waste gas generated in the thermal desorption repair process is sent into the fuel oil burner 13 to be ignited.
The fuel oil fed by the fuel oil supply unit is atomized into fine droplets through an oil nozzle 8 of the fuel oil burner 13, the fine droplets are fully mixed with combustion air introduced by a combustion fan 17 arranged in the fuel oil burner 13, the fine droplets are continuously and stably combusted in the combustion chamber 10 under the action of a combustion cylinder 7 of the fuel oil burner 13 and a flame disc after being ignited by an ignition electrode 19, and the generated high-temperature flue gas is introduced into a thermal desorption system for conduction and heat exchange through the negative pressure of a smoke exhaust fan at the tail end of a flue gas pipeline of the thermal desorption system. The desorbed organic waste gas generated by the thermal desorption repair system can be sent into the combustion chamber 10 through the back-burning waste gas introduction unit for thermal combustion treatment.
The structure of each part of the all-in-one machine is specifically explained as follows.
A fuel supply unit: the fuel oil is delivered to a fuel oil burner 13 of the fuel oil combustion treatment all-in-one machine from a fuel oil supply pipeline through a fuel oil filter 1 and a fuel oil stop valve 2 in sequence, and impurities such as particles, moisture and the like in the fuel oil are removed through the fuel oil filter 1; the fuel cut-off valve 2 is in a manual operation mode, is normally opened during operation, and is kept closed to cut off the connection with a fuel supply pipeline when a system is closed or maintained; the pressure of the fuel pipeline is displayed by a fuel pressure gauge 3 and is used as an indication for debugging and operation regulation of equipment; after fuel oil is sucked and pressurized by an oil pump 6 in the shell 5, atomized diesel oil droplets with corresponding oil quantity are sprayed out from an oil nozzle 8 through a combustion cylinder 7; the fuel which is not sprayed out by the fuel spray nozzle 8 is conveyed to the oil return pipeline through the oil return stop valve 4.
Secondary air supply unit: secondary air enters the bottom of the combustion chamber 10 through a secondary air access adjusting valve 9 along an air cooling wall 11 of the outer ring of the combustion chamber 10, and enters the inner ring of the combustion chamber 10 through air inlets uniformly distributed at the bottom of the combustion chamber 10. The addition of the secondary air is manually adjusted by the secondary air access adjusting valve 9 and is mixed with the combustion flue gas to form stable hot air.
A back-burning exhaust gas introduction unit: the back-burning waste gas access valve 12 is positioned in the middle of the combustion chamber 10, and the desorbed organic waste gas enters the fuel oil burner 13 through the back-burning waste gas pipeline to be ignited to form the thermal combustion treatment of the organic waste gas, so that higher combustion temperature and higher combustion efficiency are realized.
An oil burner: after the switch 14 is pressed, the fuel burner 13 is started, the controller 15 starts a system starting instruction and simultaneously the flame detector 16 starts monitoring, the combustion fan 17 is started, and pre-purging starts. After the pre-purging stage is completed, the ignition transformer 18 starts to work, an electric arc is formed between the ignition electrodes 19, the electromagnetic valve 20 is opened, fuel oil is conveyed to the fuel injection nozzle 8 by the pressure of the oil pump 6, and the combustion air and the fuel oil form a combustion flame detector 16 for continuous monitoring.
An ignition electrode 19 and a flame detector 16 are arranged on the upper side of the outlet of the fuel combustor 13, and the functions of high-pressure ignition and flame detection are respectively realized. Atomized diesel oil droplets sprayed by the oil nozzle 8 are fully mixed with combustion air, are ignited by the ignition electrode 19 and then stably burn, and a combustion state signal is fed back through the flame detector 16.
A combustion chamber: the combustion chamber 10 is a cylindrical sleeve structure, the inner ring is a combustion area 21, the outer ring is an air cooling wall 11, and secondary air and back-burning waste gas access pipelines are arranged on the side surfaces. Atomized diesel oil droplets sprayed out of an oil nozzle 8 in a fuel oil burner 13 and combustion air introduced by a combustion fan 17 are fully mixed near a flame stabilizing disc of a combustion cylinder 7, the mixture is ignited by an ignition electrode 19 at the center of the flame stabilizing disc to form stable combustion flame in a combustion chamber 10, desorption waste gas is introduced through a back combustion waste gas access valve 12, a combustion area 21 in the combustion chamber 10 is in contact with the combustion flame to realize complete combustion, high-temperature flue gas generated in the combustion chamber 10 is introduced into a heating pipe for heating soil through negative pressure generated by operation of a flue gas fan at the tail end of a thermal desorption repair system to perform indirect conduction heat exchange, and thermal desorption repair treatment is realized.
The operation and operation process of the all-in-one machine is as follows:
and (3) ignition operation: under the flameout state, the fuel oil stop valve 2 and the oil return stop valve 4 are opened, the combustion fan 17 and the secondary air are adjusted to be connected into the adjusting valve 9, after the switch 14 is pressed, the indicator lamp 14 flickers, the combustion fan 17 is started, the oil pump 6 is started, the controller 15 judges whether the ignition condition is met according to the states of the oil pump 6 and the combustion fan 17, then the ignition electrode 19 performs the ignition action, and the flame detector 16 feeds back a combustion state signal.
Under the stable condition operation, the indicator lamp 14 keeps the normal-on state, and whether the back-burning waste gas generated by thermal desorption is back-burnt can be selected by opening or closing the back-burning waste gas access valve 12 according to the condition.
In the ignition state, when the switch 14 is pressed again, the fuel burner 13 is turned off. Then the secondary air inlet regulating valve 9 is closed, and the fuel cut-off valve 2 and the oil return cut-off valve 4 are closed.
After ignition, the fuel burner 13 does not form stable flame or the flame is automatically extinguished during operation, and the system records the fault state, and the fuel burner 13 automatically cuts off the oil pump 6 and the combustion fan 17 through the controller 15.
The system fault condition remains after the power failure and recovery, and the next ignition can be performed by checking the cause and manually clicking the switch 14.
The invention provides a fuel combustion treatment integrated machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil, which mainly comprises facilities such as a fuel supply unit, a combustor, a combustion chamber, a secondary air supply unit, a back-burning waste gas introduction unit and the like. In the all-in-one machine, fuel oil is atomized in a combustor and then is contacted and mixed with combustion air, the fuel oil is ignited by an ignition electrode and then continuously and stably burns in a combustion chamber, and high-temperature flue gas is generated and sent into a thermal desorption repair system for conduction and heat exchange. The desorbed organic waste gas generated by the thermal desorption repair system can be sent into the combustion chamber for thermal combustion treatment through a back-burning waste gas guide-in unit of the combustion treatment all-in-one machine.

1. A fuel combustion processing all-in-one machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil is characterized by comprising a fuel supply unit, a fuel combustor, a combustion chamber, a secondary air supply unit and a back-burning waste gas introduction unit;
the fuel supply unit is connected with the fuel burner and sends fuel to the fuel burner;
the combustion chamber is arranged below the fuel oil burner and is communicated with the interior of the fuel oil burner;
the secondary air supply unit is connected with the combustion chamber and introduces secondary air into the combustion chamber;
the back-burning waste gas leading-in unit is arranged in the middle of the combustion chamber and sends the desorbed organic waste gas generated in the thermal desorption repair process into the fuel oil burner to be ignited.
2. The integrated fuel combustion treatment machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil according to claim 1, wherein the fuel supply unit comprises a fuel supply pipeline, a fuel filter, a fuel stop valve, a fuel pressure gauge and an oil return stop valve.

The integrated fuel combustion treatment machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil according to claim 2, wherein in the fuel supply unit, the fuel supply pipeline comprises a fuel supply main pipe, a fuel supply branch pipe and a fuel return pipeline; the fuel supply main pipe is connected with the fuel stop valve through the fuel supply branch pipe and then communicated with the inside of the fuel burner; the oil return pipeline is also communicated with the fuel burner; the fuel oil stop valve and the oil return stop valve are respectively arranged on an oil supply section of the fuel oil supply pipeline and an oil return section of the oil return pipeline; the fuel filter is arranged on a fuel supply pipeline between the fuel stop valve and the fuel supply main pipe; the fuel pressure gauge is arranged on a fuel supply pipeline between the fuel stop valve and the fuel burner.

The integrated fuel combustion treatment machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil according to claim 3, wherein the fuel combustor comprises a casing, a switch provided with an indicator lamp, a controller, a flame detector, a combustion fan provided with an air door plate, an ignition transformer, an electromagnetic valve, an oil pump, a combustion cylinder provided with a flame stabilizing disc, an ignition electrode and an oil nozzle.

The integrated machine for burning and treating the fuel oil for thermal desorption remediation of the contaminated soil as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the fuel oil burner, a combustion cylinder is arranged at the lower part of the fuel oil burner, and an oil nozzle and an ignition electrode are arranged below the inner part of the combustion cylinder; one end of the oil pump is respectively connected with a fuel supply branch pipe of a fuel supply pipeline and an oil return pipeline, one end of the combustion-supporting fan is communicated with the atmosphere, the other ends of the oil pump and the combustion-supporting fan enter the combustion cylinder through pipelines, an oil nozzle and an ignition electrode are arranged at the bottom end of the pipelines, and electromagnetic valves are arranged on the pipelines between the oil pump and the combustion-supporting fan and the combustion cylinder; the fuel oil enters the fuel oil burner through the fuel oil supply pipeline, is pressurized through the oil pump, is sprayed out at the oil nozzle in the combustion cylinder to form atomized diesel oil droplets, is fully mixed with combustion air introduced by the combustion fan in the combustion cylinder, is ignited by the ignition electrode arranged at the center of the flame stabilizing disc of the combustion cylinder and then is combusted to form flame, and the fuel oil which is not sprayed out by the oil nozzle returns to the oil return pipeline.

The integrated fuel combustion processing machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil according to claim 4, wherein a switch is arranged on the upper portion of a casing of the fuel combustor, the switch is connected with a controller, the controller is respectively connected with an oil pump, a combustion fan and an ignition transformer, the ignition transformer is connected with an ignition electrode, and a flame detector is arranged at a position, opposite to the ignition electrode, of an outlet of the oil nozzle.

The fuel oil combustion treatment integrated machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil according to claim 1, wherein the combustion chamber is of a vertically arranged through sleeve structure and is composed of two layers of concentric cylinders made of heat-resistant metal materials, a combustion area is arranged inside the inner layer cylinder, and an air cooling wall is arranged between the outside of the inner layer cylinder and the outer layer cylinder; the bottom end of the inner layer cylinder is higher than that of the outer layer cylinder, or is flush with the bottom end of the outer layer cylinder and is uniformly provided with a plurality of air inlets along the circumference at the bottom of the inner layer cylinder.

The fuel combustion processing all-in-one machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil as claimed in claim 7, wherein the upper part of the combustion chamber is sleeved outside the combustion cylinder at the lower part of the fuel combustor through an inner cylinder, and the lower part of the combustion chamber is connected with the top of a heating well for thermal desorption remediation in contaminated soil through the bottom end of an outer cylinder by a flange and then connected with a smoke exhaust fan; the fuel injector and the ignition electrode are located in a combustion zone of the combustion chamber.

The fuel oil combustion treatment integrated machine for thermal desorption remediation of contaminated soil according to claim 1, wherein the secondary air supply unit comprises a secondary air pipeline and a secondary air access regulating valve installed on the secondary air pipeline; one end of the secondary air pipeline is communicated with the atmosphere, and the other end of the secondary air pipeline is communicated between the outer layer cylinder and the inner layer cylinder of the combustion chamber; the secondary air is sent into the space between the outer layer cylinder and the inner layer cylinder of the combustion chamber through a secondary air pipeline by negative pressure generated by the operation of the smoke exhaust fan to form an air cooling wall, and then is sent into the tail end of the inner layer cylinder of the combustion chamber from the bottom of the combustion chamber to be fully mixed with combustion smoke to promote complete combustion and form stable hot air.
