Example one
Referring to the attached drawings 1-13, the invention provides a technical scheme: a traditional Chinese medicine raw material mixing and stirring device comprises a stirring box 100, a filtering device 200, a stirring device 300 and a lifting device 400;
referring to fig. 2 and 4 to 8, the filtering apparatus 200 includes two frames 210, two cross seats 220, two pressure springs 230, a filtering assembly 240 and a tensioning assembly 250, the two frames 210 are fixedly connected to two sides of the inner wall of the stirring tank 100, the cross seats 220 are slidably connected to the insides of the two frames 210, a first through hole 221 is formed in the center of each of the two cross seats 220, the two pressure springs 230 are abutted between the two frames 210 and the two cross seats 220, and the filtering assembly 240 is disposed between the two frames 210, wherein the filtering assembly 240 includes a synchronizing shaft 241, a connecting sleeve 242, a first fixing ring 243, a filtering cover 244, a second fixing ring 245, a side cover 246, a first bevel gear 247 and a first cam 248, two ends of the synchronizing shaft 241 are inserted into the first through hole 221, one end of the synchronizing shaft extends to the outside of the stirring tank 100, one end of the synchronizing shaft 241 located outside the stirring tank 100 is respectively sleeved with the first bevel gear 247 and the first cam 248, the first bevel gear 247 is connected with a tensioning assembly 250, the surface of the synchronizing shaft 241 is provided with a first protruding portion 2411, the surface of the synchronizing shaft 241 is respectively provided with a connecting sleeve 242 and a filter cover 244, the inside of the connecting sleeve 242 is provided with a first groove portion 2421 matched with the first protruding portion 2411 so that the connecting sleeve 242 rotates along with the synchronizing shaft 241, the surface of the connecting sleeve 242 is sleeved with a first fixing ring 243, the first fixing ring 243 is fixedly connected with the filter cover 244 through a bracket 2431, one side of the filter cover 244 is fixedly connected with a second fixing ring 245, the inside of the second fixing ring 245 is connected with a side cover 246, and one side of the side cover 246 is provided with a feed inlet 2462.
Specifically, the synchronizing shaft 241 drives the connecting sleeve 242 to rotate through the tensioning assembly 250, and the connecting sleeve 242 drives the filter cover 244 to filter dust, and meanwhile, under the action of the first cam 248, the synchronizing shaft 241 drives the cross seat 220 to reciprocate up and down along the frame 210 and can drive the filter cover 244 to reciprocate up and down, so that dust of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials is filtered more fully.
In this embodiment, the tensioning assembly 250 includes a first housing 251, a first motor 252, a second rotating wheel 253, a sliding way 254, a first transmission belt 255, a second cam 256, and a second bearing housing 257, the first housing 251 is detachably connected to one side of an outer wall of the stirring tank 100, the synchronizing shaft 241, the first cam 248, and the first bevel gear 247 are located inside the first housing 251, the first motor 252 is fixedly installed at one side of an inner wall of the first housing 251, a driving shaft 2521 is fixedly connected to an output end of the first motor 252, a first rotating wheel 2522 is sleeved at one end of the driving shaft 2521, the second rotating wheel 253 is sleeved on a surface of the synchronizing shaft 241 and located at one side of the first bevel gear 247, the sliding way 254 is disposed between the first rotating wheel 2 and the second rotating wheel 253, a pulley 2542 is slidably connected inside the sliding way 254, a first connection shaft 2541 is connected to an axial center of the pulley 2542, a rotary bearing 2543 is sleeved on a surface of the first connection shaft 2541, the first rotating wheel 2522, the second rotating wheel 253 and the rotating bearing 2543 are connected through a transmission belt, one side of the slideway 254 is provided with a second cam 256, the axis of the second cam 256 is fixedly connected with a driven shaft 2561, a second bevel gear 2562 is sleeved on the surface of the driven shaft 2561, one end of the driven shaft 2561 is connected with one side of the inner wall of the first housing 251 through a first bearing block 2563, one side of the bottom of the first housing 251 is fixedly connected with a second bearing block 257, the second bearing block 257 is rotatably connected with a support shaft 2571, a third bevel gear 2572 and a fourth bevel gear 2574 are respectively sleeved on the surface of the support shaft 2571, the support shaft 2571 is positioned between the third bevel gear 2572 and the fourth bevel gear 2574 and is abutted with a return spring 2573, and the third bevel gear 2572 and the fourth bevel gear 2574 are respectively in toothed connection with the second bevel gear 2562 and the.
Specifically, when the synchronizing shaft 241 reciprocates up and down, the first transmission belt 255 becomes loose, and the first rotating wheel 2522 cannot transmit power to the second rotating wheel 253, so that the controller 160 controls the first motor 252 to drive the first rotating wheel 2522 to rotate, the second rotating wheel 253 is driven by the first transmission belt 255 and the synchronizing shaft 241 rotates, the filter assembly 240 can start a dust filtering task, meanwhile, the first bevel gear 247 drives the fourth bevel gear 2574 to rotate, the third bevel gear 2572 can drive the second bevel gear 2562 to rotate under the action of the support shaft 2571, the driven shaft 2561 drives the second cam 256 to rotate, when the synchronizing shaft 241 moves up by the first cam 248, the second cam 256 pushes the rotating bearing 2543 to slide the pulley 2542 along the slide way 254, so that the rotating bearing 2543 drives the first transmission belt 255 to expand, and when the synchronizing shaft 241 moves down by the first cam 248, the second cam 256 does not contact the rotation bearing 2543 and the first drive belt 255 retracts to slidably reposition the pulley 2542 along the slide 254.
Further, the surface of the support shaft 2571 has a third convex portion, and the inner shaft of the fourth bevel gear 2574 has a third groove portion axially fitted with the fourth bevel gear 2574; when the tensioning assembly 250 drives the synchronizing shaft 241 to rotate, the synchronizing shaft 241 drives the fourth bevel gear 2574, the support shaft 2571 and the third bevel gear 2572 to rotate, and because the synchronizing shaft 241 needs to move up and down under the action of the first cam 248, and the first bevel gear 247 also moves up and down, through the matching of the third groove part of the fourth bevel gear 2574 along the third protruding part of the support shaft 2571, the fourth bevel gear 2574 not only can move up and down, but also can drive the support shaft 2571 to rotate, and the compression and reset action of the reset spring 2573 is utilized to ensure that the fourth bevel gear 2574 can be reset smoothly after moving up.
In yet another embodiment, the filter housing 244 is flared; when the tensioning assembly 250 provides power for the filter housing 244 to filter dust from the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, the filter housing 244 with the trumpet-shaped structure is more convenient for the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials to be discharged to the discharge member 130.
In another embodiment, the second fixing ring 245 has a second protrusion 2451 at the inside, and the surface of the side cover 246 has a first sliding groove 2461 matching with the second protrusion 2451; when the filter assembly 240 performs a filtering task, the filter cover 244 and the second fixing ring 245 both perform a rotational motion, and are inserted into the feed opening 2462 via the feed pipe 121, so that the side cover 246 is in a relatively stationary state, and the second protrusion 2451 follows the second fixing ring 245 to perform a rotational motion around the first sliding groove 2461, thereby ensuring that the filter cover 244 can smoothly perform the feeding and filtering.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9 to 10, the stirring device 300 is disposed below the filtering device 200, the stirring device 300 includes a third bearing seat 310, a third rotating wheel 320, a stepped sleeve 330, a moving sleeve 340, a fixed frame 350 and a speed regulation assembly 360, a transmission shaft 311 is rotatably connected inside the third bearing seat 310, the third rotating wheel 320, the stepped sleeve 330, the moving sleeve 340 and the fixed frame 350 are sequentially sleeved on the surface of the transmission shaft 311 from top to bottom, the moving sleeve 340 is sleeved on the surface of the stepped sleeve 330, the moving sleeve 340 is connected with the speed regulation assembly 360, two ends of the fixed frame 350 are both rotatably connected with rotating rods 351, a third gear 352 and a fourth gear 353 are sequentially sleeved on the surface of the rotating rods 351 from top to bottom, a stirring paddle 354 is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating rods 351, a second housing 321 is detachably connected to the stirring box 100 below the first housing 251, a second motor 322 is fixedly installed on one side of the top of the second housing 321, the output end of the second motor 322 is sleeved with a fourth rotating wheel 323, and the third rotating wheel 320 and the fourth rotating wheel 323 are rotatably connected through a second driving belt 324.
Specifically, during stirring, the controller 160 controls the second motor 322 to drive the fourth wheel 323 to rotate, and drives the third wheel 320 to rotate through the second transmission belt 324, so that the transmission shaft 311 drives the third gear 352 or the fourth gear 353 to rotate around the first gear 341 or the second gear 342, and the stirring paddle 354 follows the third gear 352 or the fourth gear 353 to rotate around the first gear 341 or the second gear 342, and simultaneously, the third gear 352 or the fourth gear 353 drives the rotating rod 351 to make the stirring paddle 354 rotate around the rotating rod 351 as an axis, so that the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials can be mixed and stirred.
Further, the surface of the stepped sleeve 330 has a first slide block 331, and the inner wall of the movable sleeve 340 has a second groove portion adapted to the first slide block 331; during speed regulation, the speed regulation component 360 can drive the second groove portion of the movable sleeve 340 to move up and down along the first sliding block 331 of the stepped sleeve 330, so that the movable sleeve 340 can be prevented from driving the clamping block 367 to shift.
In this embodiment, the speed regulation assembly 360 includes a third motor 361, a third cam 362, a movable rod 363, a rocker arm 364, a fixed seat 365, a connecting rod 366 and a clamping block 367, the third motor 361 is fixedly installed at one side of the inner wall of the stirring box 100, the output end of the third motor 361 is sleeved with the third cam 362, one side of the third cam 362 is fixedly connected with the movable rod 363, one side of the stirring box 100 opposite to the movable rod 363 is provided with an arc-shaped hole through which the movable rod 363 can pass, one end of the movable rod 363 passes through the arc-shaped hole and extends into the stirring box 100, one end of the movable rod 363 located inside the stirring box 100 is fixedly connected with the rocker arm 364, one end of the rocker arm 364 is rotatably connected with the fixed seat 365, the rear side of the fixed seat 365 is fixedly connected with one side of the rear portion of the stirring box 100 through a support rod, one side of the fixed seat 365 is rotatably connected with the connecting rod 366, the, the other end of the connecting rod 366 is rotatably connected with a clamping block 367, and the clamping block 367 is clamped on the moving sleeve 340.
Specifically, during speed regulation, the controller 160 controls the third motor 361 to drive the third cam 362 to rotate, so that the movable rod 363 makes arc-shaped motion along the arc-shaped hole and drives the rocker 364 to make arc-shaped motion towards the rear part of the stirring box 100, so that the connecting rod 366 rotates along with the rotation, one end of the connecting rod, which is connected with the clamping block 367, moves upwards in an arc shape, the clamping block 367 drives the moving sleeve 340 to move upwards, and the first gear 341 and the two third gears 352 are meshed with each other to complete speed regulation; similarly, the controller 160 controls the third motor 361 to drive the third cam 362 to rotate, so that the movable rod 363 makes an arc-shaped motion along the arc-shaped hole, and drives the rocker arm 364 to make an arc-shaped motion toward the front of the stirring box 100, so that the connecting rod 366 rotates along with the rotation, one end of the connecting rod connected with the clamping block 367 moves downwards in an arc shape, the clamping block 367 drives the moving sleeve 340 to move downwards, and the second gear 342 and the two fourth gears 353 are meshed with each other to complete speed regulation.
Further, the diameter of the first gear 341 is larger than that of the third gear 352, and the diameter of the second gear 342 is smaller than that of the fourth gear 353; the gears with different diameters are matched, so that the speed regulating component 360 controls the first gear 341 or the second gear 342 to be in tooth engagement with the third gear 352 or the fourth gear 353 respectively, and the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine can be fully mixed by adjusting different rotation speed ratios among the gears.
Referring to fig. 1 and 11 to 12, at least two supporting devices are provided, a supporting platform 480 is provided above the two supporting devices, the stirring tank 100 is provided above the supporting platform 480, the supporting devices include two supporting seats 410, a guide rail 420, a second slider 430, a lifting rod 440, a fifth gear 450, a seventh gear 460 and a pawl 470, the number of the supporting seats 410 is two, the two supporting seats 410 are both hollow, a motor box 411 is fixedly connected between the two supporting seats 410 through a fixing rod 413, a double-head motor 412 is installed inside the motor box 411, two output ends of the double-head motor 412 are both fixedly connected with a power shaft 414, the guide rail 420 is fixedly connected to one side of the inner wall of the two supporting seats 410, the guide rail 420 is slidably connected with the second slider 430, the lifting rod 440 is fixedly connected to the top of the second slider 430, the lifting rod 440 is connected with the fifth gear 450 through a tooth, a shaft sleeve 451 is fixedly connected to the shaft center of the fifth gear 450, a sixth gear 452 is sleeved on one side of the shaft sleeve 451, a second connecting shaft 453 is rotatably connected to the inner shaft of the shaft sleeve 451, both ends of the second connecting shaft 453 are fixedly connected to the supporting base 410, a seventh gear 460 is engaged with the sixth gear 452, a third connecting shaft 461 is fixedly connected to the inner shaft of the seventh gear 460, one end of the third connecting shaft 461 is fixedly connected to one end of the power shaft 414, a ratchet 462 is sleeved on one side of the third connecting shaft 461, a pawl 470 is arranged on one side of the ratchet 462, the pawl 470 is rotatably connected to the supporting base 410 through a rotating shaft, a tension spring 471 is arranged between the pawl 470 and the supporting base 410, and a first electromagnet 472 is installed below the pawl 470, and a second electromagnet 473 is disposed at a side opposite to the first electromagnet 472, and the second electromagnet 473 is installed at a side of the inner wall of the support base 410.
Specifically, in order to reserve a sufficient discharge space for the discharge pipe 170, therefore, the stirring box 100 is located at a higher position, when components inside the stirring box 100 are maintained, a worker controls the double-head motor 412 through the controller 160 to drive the power shaft 414 to drive the third connecting shaft 461 to rotate, so that the third connecting shaft 461 drives the seventh gear 460 and the ratchet wheel 462 to rotate, and the sixth gear 452, the fifth gear 450 and the shaft sleeve 451 rotate around the second connecting shaft 453 through the transmission of the seventh gear 460, so that the lifting rod 440 can be driven to move downwards along the guide rail 420 through the second slider 430, so that the stirring box 100 is lowered to facilitate the maintenance work of the maintenance worker; after the task is completed, similarly, the worker sets the ascending distance through the controller 160, the controller 160 controls the first electromagnet 472 and the second electromagnet 473 to be energized, so that the pawl 470 is disengaged from the ratchet 462, and drives the tension spring 471 to perform stretching movement, and at the same time, controls the double-headed motor 412 to drive the power shaft 414 to drive the third connecting shaft 461 to rotate, so that the third connecting shaft 461 drives the seventh gear 460 and the ratchet 462 to rotate, and through the transmission of the seventh gear 460, the sixth gear 452, the fifth gear 450 and the shaft sleeve 451 rotate around the second connecting shaft 453, so that the lifting rod 440 can be driven to move upwards along the guide rail 420 through the second slider 430, and after the stirring box 100 reaches the predetermined position, the controller 160 controls the first electromagnet 472 and the second electromagnet 473 to reset the pawl 470 to lock the ratchet 462.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the stirring box 100 has a partition 110 between the filtering device 200 and the stirring device 300, the partition 110 is disposed to be inclined toward one side of the inner wall of the stirring box 100, the stirring box 100 is connected to the dust discharge pipe 111 in the inclined direction of the partition 110, and the third bearing seat 310 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the partition 110; the dust discharge pipe 111 is connected to an external pipe, and the inclined partition 110 of the filter housing 244 can smoothly discharge dust after filtering.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the top of the stirring box 100 is provided with a funnel 120, the funnel 120 is communicated with a feed port 2462 through a feed pipe 121, and the diameter of the feed port 2462 is larger than that of the feed pipe 121; because the filter cover 244 and the second fixing ring 245 are both in a rotating motion state, in order to make the side cover 246 stationary and smoothly feed, the feed pipe 121 is inserted into the feed port 2462 to prevent the side cover 246 from rotating, and meanwhile, the diameter of the feed port 2462 is larger than that of the feed pipe 121 to form a gap between the feed port 2462 and the feed pipe 121, so that when the synchronous shaft 241 drives the filter cover 244 and the second fixing ring 245 to move up and down, the side cover 246 can also move up and down along with the second fixing ring 245.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the discharging member 130 is fixedly connected to a side of the inner wall of the stirring tank 100 close to the long diameter of the filter housing 244, the discharging member 130 is obliquely arranged along the side of the long diameter of the filter housing 244, the discharging member 130 has an opening portion 131 and a closing portion 132, respectively, the diameter of the opening portion 131 is larger than the long diameter of the filter housing 244; the opening part 131 can wrap the periphery of the filter cover 244, the opening part 131 is not contacted with the filter cover 244, so that the stirred traditional Chinese medicine raw materials can be smoothly discharged to the opening, and unnecessary waste caused by the fact that the stirred traditional Chinese medicine raw materials fall to the interlayer 110 is avoided; the closed part 132 is in a closed state, thereby preventing the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine from falling to the partition 110.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a connection pipe 140 is disposed at the other side of the stirring tank 100, and both ends of the connection pipe 140 are respectively connected to the closing part 132 of the discharging member 130 and the chamber part below the partition 110; the stirred Chinese medicine raw materials pass through the discharging member 130 and then enter the chamber below the partition 110 through the communicating pipe 140 to be mixed and stirred.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a water tank 150 is disposed above the support platform 480, a water pump 151 is installed inside the water tank 150, and the water pump 151 is communicated with a cavity below the partition 110 through a delivery pipe 152; before stirring, the controller 160 controls the water pump 151 to pump water from the water tank 150 to supply water for stirring, and after stirring for a plurality of times, water can be supplied to the washing chamber.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the stirring tank 100 has a concave portion on one side of the bottom, the concave portion is communicated with a discharge pipe 170, the discharge pipe 170 penetrates through the supporting platform 480 and extends to the lower part of the supporting platform 480, and the electromagnetic valve 171 is arranged on the discharge pipe 170; a collection box is generally placed below the discharge pipe 170, and the controller 160 opens by controlling the solenoid valve 171 to discharge the mixed material into the collection box at the time of discharge; the discharging of the mixed materials can be ensured to be more thorough through the concave part.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a controller 160 is installed on the front side of the stirring tank 100, and the water pump 151, the electromagnetic valve 171, the first motor 252, the second motor 322, the third motor 361, the fourth motor, the first electromagnet 472 and the second electromagnet 473 are all in communication with the controller 160.
Example two
Referring to fig. 14, another working method of a mixing and stirring apparatus for traditional Chinese medicine raw materials according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
