referring to fig. 1, 3 and 11, the controller is fixed on a setting plate 17, and a setting key 16 and a display screen 15 are arranged on the front side of the controller; the setting key 16 is used for inputting a drainage mode, drainage parameters and a startup and shutdown instruction of each drainage into the controller, the drainage mode comprises normal-pressure drainage and negative-pressure drainage, the drainage parameters comprise drainage starting time, effusion weight drained in unit time in the drainage process, namely drainage speed, and effusion weight drained in single drainage, namely single drainage amount; the controller can acquire a weight signal continuously fed back by the weighing sensor in real time, and the real-time drainage speed and the single real-time drainage quantity are calculated according to the weight signal; the controller can adjust the positions of the upper movable pressing block 11, the middle movable pressing block 10 and the lower movable pressing block 7 based on the regulation and control of the working states of the three electric feeding mechanisms 9; as shown in fig. 5-8 and 11, in the negative pressure drainage mode, the controller sequentially adjusts the upper movable pressing block 11 to the left end of the stroke, the lower movable pressing block 7 to the right end of the stroke, the middle movable pressing block 10 to the left end of the stroke, the upper movable pressing block 11 to the right end of the stroke, the lower movable pressing block 7 to the left end of the stroke, and the middle movable pressing block 10 to the right end of the stroke, so as to circulate the fluid output by alternately circulating the two elastic branch pipes 14, and suck the fluid into the other elastic branch pipe 14 when the fluid output is performed by one elastic branch pipe 14, thereby realizing the negative pressure drainage, and the controller regulates and controls the operation state of the fluid output based on the real-time drainage speed, the single real-time drainage amount and the preset drainage parameters, so as to realize the timed drainage, the constant-speed drainage and the quantitative drainage; as shown in fig. 9 and 11, in the normal pressure drainage mode, normal pressure drainage is realized based on the siphon effect, the controller enables the lower movable pressing block 7 to extrude one elastic branch pipe 14 to a blocking state, and meanwhile, the controller adjusts the extrusion degree of the upper movable pressing block 11 to the other elastic branch pipe 14 based on the real-time drainage speed, the single real-time drainage amount and the preset drainage parameters, so as to realize timing drainage, constant-speed drainage and quantitative drainage; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, after receiving a shutdown instruction, the controller firstly adjusts the upper movable pressing block 11, the middle movable pressing block 10 and the lower movable pressing block 7 to initial positions and then performs shutdown, so as to ensure that the two elastic branch pipes 14 can be smoothly separated from the pipe placing gap after the drainage operation is finished, and also ensure that the two elastic branch pipes 14 can be smoothly placed in the pipe placing gap when the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is used next time; the display screen 15 is used for displaying data information held by the palm in the controller, including information such as real-time drainage speed, single real-time drainage quantity, set drainage mode and drainage parameters, and also displaying drainage states indirectly obtained based on the information, such as working states of drainage in-process, drainage pause, drainage end and the like, so that an operator can know drainage conditions in time;
as shown in fig. 2 and 11, the power supply module 18 is mounted on the mounting plate 17, and is composed of a storage battery and a plurality of voltage transformation modules, and is used for supplying operating current to the weighing suspension assembly 5, the current-guiding adjustment assembly, and the components in the controller; the structure of the power module 18 and its connection to other components are not described in detail since they are readily implemented using conventional techniques.
The use method and the working principle of the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device are as follows:
referring to fig. 1, 4, 10 and 11, the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is placed on the ground or on a platform, the input end 12 of the connecting pipe is clamped in the introduction groove 13, the output end 3 is clamped in the extraction groove 6, and two elastic branch pipes 14 are ensured to respectively pass through the gap between the two arranged pipes; fixing the upper end of a drainage bag 20 on a hanging part 4, enabling the drainage bag 20 to be hung above a base 1, ensuring that the drainage bag is lower than a drainage source if normal-pressure drainage is carried out, hermetically connecting the drainage bag 20 with an output end 3 of a connecting pipe, and adjusting the height of the drainage bag 20 through the hanging part 4 to enable a pipe section of the connecting pipe between a lead-out groove 6 and the drainage bag 20 to be in a natural extension state; the tail end of the drainage tube 21 is hermetically connected with the input end 12 of the connecting tube, and the front end of the drainage tube 21 is communicated with a cavity to be drained of a patient and is fixed according to the conventional drainage operation; the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is adjusted to be in a starting state through the setting key 16, and the drainage mode and the drainage parameters are preset in the controller through the setting key 16 according to clinical needs, so that the early preparation work of the drainage operation is completed; afterwards, the controller alright carry out automatic control to drainage adjusting part's operating condition based on real-time drainage speed, single real-time drainage volume and preset drainage mode and drainage parameter, and concrete regulation and control mode is:
(1) as shown in fig. 5-9, 11, in the normal pressure drainage mode:
A. during primary drainage, firstly, the controller regulates and controls the working state of the drainage regulating assembly to promote the two elastic branch pipes 14 to alternately circulate to output fluid, so that the fluid in the drainage pipe 21 continuously flows backwards, when the weighing sensor 19 senses weight change, the situation that partial accumulated fluid enters the drainage bag 20 is indicated, then, the controller regulates the middle movable pressing block 10 to an initial position and enables the lower movable pressing block 7 to press one elastic branch pipe 14 to a blocking state, meanwhile, the controller regulates the position of the upper movable pressing block 11 to enable the other elastic branch pipe 14 to be kept in a conducting state, the elastic branch pipe 14 is defined as a speed regulating pipe, at the moment, primary drainage is started, and normal-pressure drainage can be normally carried out by means of a siphon effect; in each drainage, the controller adjusts the extrusion degree of the upper movable pressing block 11 to the speed regulating tube according to the preset initial time of each drainage, so that the speed regulating tube is in a conducting state, namely, the timed drainage is realized;
B. in the drainage process, the controller adjusts the extrusion degree of the upper movable pressing block 11 on the speed regulating pipe according to the real-time drainage speed, so that the flow velocity of accumulated liquid in the speed regulating pipe is increased or reduced, and finally the real-time drainage speed is approximately equal to the preset drainage speed, namely constant-speed drainage is realized;
C. in the drainage process, the controller calculates the single real-time drainage amount from the initial drainage to the current drainage in real time, when the single real-time drainage amount reaches the preset single drainage amount, the controller adjusts the extrusion degree of the upper movable pressing block 11 on the speed regulating tube, so that the upper movable pressing block 11 extrudes the speed regulating tube to a blocking state, and the quantitative drainage is realized when the drainage is finished;
(2) as shown in fig. 5-8, 11, in the negative pressure drainage mode:
A. according to the preset drainage starting time, the controller regulates and controls the working state of the drainage regulating component, so that the two elastic branch pipes 14 alternately and circularly output fluid, and the fluid in the drainage pipe 21 continuously flows into the drainage bag 20, namely the timed drainage is realized;
B. in the drainage process, the controller adjusts the working state of the drainage adjusting component according to the real-time drainage speed, namely adjusts the running state of fluid output, and finally enables the real-time drainage speed to be equal to the preset drainage speed, namely constant-speed drainage is realized, wherein the running state of the fluid output comprises the start-stop, duration and working frequency of the fluid output;
C. in the drainage process, the controller calculates the single real-time drainage quantity from the initial point of the drainage to the current point in real time, when the single real-time drainage quantity reaches the preset single drainage quantity, the controller adjusts the positions of the upper movable pressing block 11, the middle movable pressing block 10 and the lower movable pressing block 7, so that the upper movable pressing block 11 and the lower movable pressing block 7 respectively extrude the two elastic branch pipes 14 to a blocking state, the middle movable pressing block 10 is positioned at the initial position, the drainage is finished at the moment, and the two elastic branch pipes 14 are respectively extruded by the upper movable pressing block 11 and the lower movable pressing block 7 to keep the blocking state at the moment, so that the quantitative drainage is realized;

after one elastic branch pipe 14 finishes one-time fluid output, the upper end of the elastic branch pipe 14 is extruded to a blocking state by the upper movable pressing block 11, the lower movable pressing block 7 does not extrude the elastic branch pipe 14, and meanwhile, the middle section of the elastic branch pipe 14 is extruded by the middle movable pressing block 10 to be in a flattened state; as shown in fig. 6 and 8, under the regulation of the controller, the upper movable pressing block 11 does not press the upper end of the elastic branch pipe 14 any more, and the lower movable pressing block 7 presses the lower end of the elastic branch pipe 14 to the blocking state, at this time, the upper end of the elastic branch pipe 14 is communicated with the drainage tube 21, and the lower end of the elastic branch pipe 14 maintains the blocking state with the drainage bag 20, when the pressing action of the middle movable pressing block 10 on the elastic branch pipe 14 is gradually weakened until the pressing action is not caused any more, the middle section of the elastic branch pipe 14, which is originally in the flattened state, will recover to a cylindrical shape by its own elasticity, and the elastic branch pipe 14 sucks the fluid in the drainage tube 21 in the deformation process, that is, so;
the realization of negative pressure drainage:
as shown in fig. 5-8, when the controller sequentially adjusts the upper movable pressing block 11 to the left end of the stroke, the lower movable pressing block 7 to the right end of the stroke, the middle movable pressing block 10 to the left end of the stroke, the upper movable pressing block 11 to the right end of the stroke, the lower movable pressing block 7 to the left end of the stroke, and the middle movable pressing block 10 to the right end of the stroke, the two elastic branch pipes 14 sequentially and respectively complete one-time fluid output, and one elastic branch pipe 14 performs fluid output while the other elastic branch pipe 14 performs fluid suction; when the drainage regulating assembly circularly works in the mode under the regulation and control of the controller, the two elastic branch pipes 14 are enabled to alternately and circularly output fluid, and when one elastic branch pipe 14 outputs the fluid, the other elastic branch pipe 14 sucks the fluid, so that the fluid in the drainage pipe continuously flows into the drainage bag through the connecting pipe, and negative pressure drainage is realized;
adjusting the negative pressure drainage state:
when the controller enables the drainage adjusting component to work according to the mode, the negative pressure drainage is realized; when the drainage adjusting assembly stops working and the two elastic branch pipes 14 are respectively extruded to a blocking state by the upper movable pressing block 11 and the lower movable pressing block 7, the negative pressure drainage is suspended or ended; when the operating frequency of the fluid output of the two elastic branch pipes 14 is increased and the duration of the fluid output is shortened, the drainage speed can be increased, and otherwise, the drainage speed is reduced.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the above clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 5 has two functions, on one hand, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 5 provides stable support for the drainage bag 20 to make the drainage bag 20 in a suspension shape and have a basic function of containing drainage effusion during drainage, on the other hand, in the drainage process, the weighing sensor 19 in the weight-measuring type suspension support assembly 5 can output a weight signal reflecting the weight change state of the accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 20, provide basic data for the data processing of the controller, meanwhile, the weight-measuring type suspension support component 5 can also adjust the height of the drainage bag 20 within a certain range so as to combine the drainage bag 20, the connecting pipe and the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, the pipe section of the connecting pipe between the lead-out groove 6 and the drainage bag 20 can be adjusted to be in a natural extension shape; in terms of the prior art, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 5 can be obtained by slightly improving the structure of the existing electronic scale, and the specific structure has various implementation modes; however, in order to make the weighing suspension assembly 5 more compact and more stable under the condition that it satisfies the above requirements, the weighing suspension assembly 5 is preferably implemented by adopting the following structure:
as shown in fig. 10 and 12, the weight-measuring suspension assembly 5 includes a sliding sleeve 23, a weighing rod 24, a load cell 19 and a suspension portion 4; the sliding sleeve 23 is fixed on the placing plate 17, an inner cavity with an open lower end and a blind upper end is arranged in the sliding sleeve 23, the middle upper part of the weighing rod 24 is positioned in the sliding sleeve 23, the sliding sleeve 23 and the weighing rod 24 can only slide up and down relatively, and the weighing sensor 19 is fixed in the sliding sleeve 23 to provide upward support for the weighing rod 24; the upper end of the suspension part 4 is connected with the lower end of the weighing rod 24 in an inserting way, and a locking mechanism 22 for locking the relative positions of the suspension part and the weighing rod is arranged between the suspension part and the weighing rod; after the drainage bag 20 is fixedly connected with the hanging part 4, the weighing sensor 19 can pick up the weight change state of the accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 20 and output a corresponding weight signal;
in addition, generally speaking, most of the drainage bags 20 clinically used at present are provided with a hanging ring at the top for convenient hanging, so that the lower end of the hanging part 4 can be provided with a hook 25 for matching with the hanging ring of the drainage bag 20, and in order to prevent the drainage bag 20 and the hanging part 4 from relative rotation, the hook 25 can be made by bending a lath-shaped material; meanwhile, the lower end of the hanging part 4 can also be provided with a clamping mechanism which can clamp and fix the upper end of the drainage bag 20;
in the structure of the weight-counting suspension support assembly 5, the suspension part 4 cannot rotate relative to the placing plate 17, so that stable support can be provided for the drainage bag 20, and the phenomenon that the weight counting is not accurate due to the rotation or shaking of the drainage bag 20 in the drainage process is avoided; the hanging part 4 and the weighing rod 24 can transmit the weight change of the effusion in the drainage bag 20 to the weighing sensor 19; the hanging part 4 can be adjusted in position in the vertical direction so as to adjust the height of the drainage bag 20; the structure meets the basic function requirement of the weight-measuring type suspension support assembly 5, and has the advantages of simple structure, accurate measurement, small size, compactness and easiness in implementation.
Referring to fig. 5-8, when the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is used clinically, in the negative pressure drainage process, the elastic capacity of the two elastic branch pipes 14 is deformed to provide necessary negative pressure for the negative pressure drainage, generally speaking, the two elastic branch pipes 14 are made of the existing medical material with better elastic performance, at the initial stage of the negative pressure drainage, the elastic performance of the two elastic branch pipes 14 is optimal to meet the requirement of the negative pressure in the negative pressure drainage, but as the number of times of extrusion is increased, the elastic performance of the elastic branch pipes 14 is weakened, and the maximum negative pressure provided by the elastic capacity of the elastic branch pipes is reduced; however, in the use process of the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device can be placed at a position lower than a patient, in addition, the connecting pipe is arranged at the lower end of the drainage pipe, the drainage pipe 21 and the gravitational potential energy of accumulated liquid in the connecting pipe can relieve the requirement of required negative pressure in the drainage process, the additionally provided negative pressure is smaller in the situation, and even if the elasticity of the two elastic branch pipes 14 is weakened, enough negative pressure can be still provided for negative pressure drainage.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the clinical use of the intelligent control drainage device for clinical medical use, the weight of the drainage bag 20 and the effusion inside the drainage bag is almost borne by the hanging part 4, that is, almost the entire weight of the drainage bag 20 and the effusion inside the drainage bag is finally transmitted to the weighing sensor 19, the weights of the hanging part 4 and the drainage bag 20 after installation are constant and unchangeable in the drainage process, and therefore, the weight change sensed by the weighing sensor 19 is all caused by the increase of the effusion in the drainage bag 20, so that the weight signal continuously fed back by the controller in real time in the drainage process according to the weighing sensor 19 can calculate the weight of the effusion actually drained in unit time, that is, the real-time drainage speed, and the accumulated weight increase of the effusion in the drainage bag 20 during the period from the beginning of the drainage to the present time, that is the single real-time drainage quantity, therefore, the technical requirement that the controller can calculate the real-time drainage speed and the single real-time drainage quantity based on the weight signal continuously fed back by the weighing sensor 19 in real time can be realized by adopting the prior art;
based on the working principle adopted by the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, the output of two adjacent hydrops has a certain time interval in the drainage process, namely the hydrops flows in a pulse mode, so that the unit time based on which the controller calculates and obtains the data of real-time drainage speed is not too short, and each elastic branch pipe 14 can generate at least two fluid outputs in one unit time is better; in addition, although the accumulated liquid flows in a pulse manner in the drainage process, because the two elastic branch pipes 14 alternately output the fluid and one elastic branch pipe 14 outputs the fluid and the other elastic branch pipe 14 sucks the fluid, the time interval between two adjacent fluid outputs is greatly reduced, the pulse feeling in the negative pressure drainage process is greatly reduced, and discomfort can not be brought to a patient generally.
Referring to fig. 10, when the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is used clinically, the drainage bag 20 is fixedly connected with the output end 3 of the connecting pipe in the drainage process, the output end 3 of the connecting pipe inevitably generates a certain acting force on the drainage bag 20, the acting force may change along with the deformation of the drainage bag 20, and the force and the change of the force are inevitably picked up by the weighing sensor 19 and fed back to the controller, so that the data accuracy of the real-time drainage speed and the single real-time drainage quantity is influenced to a certain extent; however, in the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, before clinical drainage is implemented, the height of the drainage bag 20 can be adjusted through the hanging part 4, and the part of the connecting pipe between the lead-out groove 6 and the drainage bag 20 is in a natural extension state, so that the acting force of the lower end of the connecting pipe on the drainage bag 20 can be reduced, and the acting force between the connecting pipe and the drainage bag 20 tends to be constant, thereby reducing the influence of the factors on the data accuracy of real-time drainage speed and single real-time drainage quantity to the maximum extent.
As shown in fig. 2, 10 and 11, in the above clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, the weighing sensor 19 can pick up the change state of the weight of the accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 20, and output a weight signal based on the change state, so as to provide a data basis for the controller to calculate parameters such as real-time drainage speed, single real-time drainage quantity and the like, and thus, the accuracy of the weight signal output by the weighing sensor 19 is a key factor influencing whether the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device can accurately control the drainage process; the weight metering function part in the weight metering type suspension support assembly 5 can be regarded as a conventional weight metering mechanism, as is well known, the weight metering mechanism can stably and accurately work only in a specific direction, namely, the accuracy of a weight signal output by the weighing sensor 19 can be ensured only when the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is horizontally placed, otherwise, the gravity generated by accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 20 is decomposed, and the weight signal output by the weighing sensor 19 is inaccurate; generally speaking, with the gradual improvement of ward conditions of medical units, the ground in the ward is smoother and tends to be horizontal, so when the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is placed on the ground of the ward for use, the technical requirement of horizontal placement can be met, and the weight signal output by the weighing sensor 19 can be ensured to be more accurate;
step back, even if the ground in the ward can not reach the requirement of tending to the horizontality, the ground can be adjusted by a mode of laying articles below the base 1, so that the clinical medical intelligent control drainage device is horizontally placed, and the accuracy of the weight signal output by the retransmission sensor in the clinical drainage process is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, in the above clinical medical intelligent control drainage device, the three electric feeding mechanisms 9 are respectively connected to the upper movable pressing block 11, the middle movable pressing block 10 and the lower movable pressing block 7, and the controller can regulate and control the working states of the three electric feeding mechanisms 9, so as to adjust the positions of the upper movable pressing block 11, the middle movable pressing block 10 and the lower movable pressing block 7 within the respective moving strokes, and it is not difficult to implement the above technical features by using the prior art in the electromechanical field, and in this embodiment, the above technical features are implemented by using the following structures preferentially:

The clinical medical intelligent control drainage device of claim 1, characterized in that: the three electric feeding mechanisms are consistent in structure and are composed of a servo motor, a lead screw coaxially connected with an output shaft of the servo motor and a guide block in threaded fit with the lead screw, the three servo motors are supported by a mounting plate, the three guide blocks are arranged in guide grooves in the mounting plate and are fixedly connected with an upper movable pressing block, a middle movable pressing block and a lower movable pressing block respectively, when the servo motor drives the lead screw to rotate, the lead screw drives the guide blocks to move along the guide grooves, so that the positions of the upper movable pressing block, the middle movable pressing block and the lower movable pressing block can be adjusted, and the start, stop, the rotating direction and the rotating angle of the operation of the servo motor are controlled by a controller.
