一种帧内预测方法和装置、及计算机存储介质,包括:配置相对角度编号表示的实际角度模式;其中,所述相对角度编号依次表征在预设宽高关系对应的预测方向范围内,从起始角度开始,采用预设角度采样点采样后对应的所述实际角度模式;所述起始角度是根据处理块的宽高关系和所述预设宽高关系对应的预测方向范围确定的,实际角度与所述实际角度模式一一对应。
