(3) the first control module 3 receives the emergency message, executes the emergency instruction, wakes up the IPTV set-top box 400 in advance for a necessary time period, and transmits the emergency instruction and the emergency information to the main control module 4, wherein the necessary time period refers to the time required by the IPTV set-top box 400 from being woken up to outputting the emergency broadcast content;
(4) the main control module 4 executes an emergency instruction, sets receiving parameters of a second IPTV receiving module 6 according to emergency information, and the second IPTV receiving module 6 receives IPTV broadcast television signals, and obtains video and audio data of an emergency broadcast IPTV program as emergency broadcast content after demodulation, demultiplexing and decoding;
(5) the main control module 4 firstly converts the media types of the emergency broadcast contents, and then carries out synthesis processing on the emergency broadcast contents to obtain emergency broadcast playing contents;
(6) the main control module 4 controls the output module 7 to output the emergency broadcast content to the playing device, wherein the playing device is one of a text playing device, a picture playing device, an audio playing device, a video-audio playing device and a streaming media playing device.

the frequency modulation subcarrier broadcast is one of FM-SCA broadcast, FM-RDS broadcast, FM-RBDS broadcast and FM-DARC broadcast; the emergency message comprises an emergency instruction and emergency information;
the emergency information is a receiving parameter of an emergency broadcast IPTV program;
(2) when the IPTV set top box plays a program, the first IPTV receiving module receives an IPTV broadcast television signal, and video and audio data of the IPTV program are obtained after demodulation, demultiplexing and decoding;
(3) the first control module receives an emergency message, executes an emergency instruction, wakes up the IPTV set-top box in advance for a necessary time period, and transmits the emergency instruction and the emergency information to the main control module, wherein the necessary time period refers to the time required by the IPTV set-top box from being woken up to outputting emergency broadcast playing content;
(4) the main control module executes an emergency instruction, sets receiving parameters of a second IPTV receiving module according to emergency information, and the second IPTV receiving module receives IPTV broadcast television signals and obtains video and audio data of an emergency broadcast IPTV program as emergency broadcast content after demodulation, demultiplexing and decoding;
(5) the main control module firstly converts the media types of the emergency broadcast contents and then carries out synthesis processing on the emergency broadcast contents to obtain the emergency broadcast playing contents;
(6) the main control module controls the output module to output the emergency broadcast playing content to the playing device, wherein the playing device is one of a text playing device, a picture playing device, an audio playing device, a video and audio playing device and a streaming media playing device.

the IPTV set top box is in standby state, the main control module is in sleep state, and the first IPTV receiving module, the second IPTV receiving module and the output module are powered off;
the IPTV set-top box plays a program, the second IPTV receiving module is powered off, the main control module sets receiving parameters of the first IPTV receiving module, the first IPTV receiving module receives IPTV broadcast television signals, and after demodulation, demultiplexing and decoding, video and audio data of the currently played IPTV program are output by the output module controlled by the main control module;
in step (3), the method for waking up the set top box is as follows:
(a1) if the set-top box is shut down, the first control module powers on and initializes the main control module, and the first control module directly or through the main control module powers on and initializes the second IPTV receiving module and the output module;
(a2) if the set-top box is in standby, the first control module sends a wake-up instruction to the main control module, the main control module restores the working state from the dormant state, and the first control module directly or through the main control module enables the second IPTV receiving module and the output module to be powered on and initialized;
(a3) if the set-top box plays programs, the first control module directly or through the main control module enables the second IPTV receiving module to be powered on and initialized.

(c5) checking whether the content of the emergency information is legal or not, and if not, returning to the step 1;
