After the user side logs in the platform, a role selection instruction can be received through the role selection interface so as to select account modes suitable for people with different roles. The account mode may include, but is not limited to, an old people account mode suitable for old people and a general account mode suitable for non-old people.
If the role selection instruction is a selection instruction of the account mode of the old people, the user side can introduce various service functions for the user in a voice broadcasting mode, and can generate a bed operation instruction in a mode of collecting environmental voice and identifying the voice so that the platform can perform related operations according to the received operation instruction. then, after the user side collects the environment voice responded by the user, keywords can be extracted by the voice assistant, and a bed operation instruction can be generated according to the keywords; for example, when the user confirms the query, the query keyword "price 2000 yuan/month, × park near, near me, attended" or the like may be extracted; when the user confirms the reservation, a predetermined keyword "predetermined xth", or the like may be extracted; when the user confirms the evaluation, the score keyword "5 stars, 90 points", or the like may be extracted.
Then, the operation instruction can be sent to the platform, so that the platform performs corresponding operations such as inquiry, reservation or rating according to the operation instruction.
For example, after performing the corresponding operation, the platform may send the operation result to the mobile phone terminal corresponding to the user terminal in a short message manner. For example, the bed inquiry result can be sent to the mobile phone of the old person in a short message manner, and the inquiry result can further include inquiry keywords, inquiry telephones and the like corresponding to the inquired beds, so that the old person can make quick inquiry and reservation.
In addition, if the role selection instruction is a selection instruction in a common account mode, the user side can acquire a bed operation instruction in an interface operation mode (for example, a mode of clicking an interface control and the like); correspondingly, the platform can operate the currently issued bed information according to the operation instruction, and feeds back the operation result to the user side so that the user side can display the bed information by adopting a related interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the account modes used by different roles of the user side are described in detail, for example, the account modes can include an old people account mode. The bed management platform can be used for carrying out business support on the user side in different account modes, so that the operation requirements of different crowds can be met, and the use experience of the different crowds is improved. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a bed management device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to bed management through a platform, for example, bed resources can be managed or operated after an organization end or a user end logs in the platform. The bed management device can be used for realizing the bed management method provided by any embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the bed management apparatus may be integrated with the bed management platform, and may include:
the mechanism module 410 is used for responding to a bed management instruction of the mechanism end and managing the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end;
the user module 420 is configured to respond to a bed operation instruction of the user end to operate the currently issued bed information.
In some optional implementations, the mechanism module may include:
the mechanism entrance unit is used for receiving qualification information of the mechanism end, and the qualification information comprises at least one of the following items: certificate information, introduction information, keyword information and image-text information; and when the qualification information is approved, registering the organization end.
In some alternative implementations, the bed management instructions include at least one of: a bed editing instruction and a bed issuing instruction;
correspondingly, if the bed management command is a bed editing command, the mechanism module may be configured to perform at least one of the following editing operations on the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end: add, delete, modify, and query;
correspondingly, if the bed management instruction is a bed issue instruction, the mechanism module can be used for temporarily storing and issuing the currently edited bed information of the mechanism end; and/or, uniformly issuing at least one item of temporarily issued bed information corresponding to the mechanism end; and/or issuing the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end when the current time reaches the preset issuing time.
In some alternative implementations, the bed operating instructions include at least one of: a bed inquiry command, a bed preset command and a bed scoring command;
correspondingly, if the bed operation instruction is a bed query instruction, the user module can be used for querying the bed information which hits the query condition in the currently issued bed information based on the query condition in the query instruction; wherein the query condition comprises at least one of: organization qualification, organization name, organization position, bed price and bed score;
correspondingly, if the bed operation instruction is a bed reservation instruction, the user module can be used for reserving a first target bed corresponding to the bed reservation instruction in the inquired bed information;
correspondingly, if the bed operation instruction is a bed scoring instruction, the user module may be configured to score the second target bed in the bed information predetermined by the user terminal and the bed scoring instruction.
In some optional implementations, if the bed operation instruction is a bed reservation instruction, the user module may be specifically configured to:
sending the live-action data of the first target bed corresponding to the bed preset instruction in the bed information obtained by query to the user end so that the user end can display the live-action data of the first target bed;
responding to the confirmation instruction of the live-action data, and sending the payment message of the first target bed to the user side;
in response to a payment success event for the first target bed, a reservation is made for the first target bed.
In some alternative implementations, the bed information includes at least one of: the system comprises bed vacancy information, bed reservation information, bed function information, bed applicable group information, bed price information and bed scoring information.
In some optional implementations, the user side includes an old people account mode;
correspondingly, a user side generates a bed operation instruction through the collected environmental voice in the account mode of the old people;
correspondingly, the user module is further configured to send an operation result of operating the currently issued bed information to the user side in a preset notification manner.
The bed management device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the bed management method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. The details of the technology not described in detail can be found in the method for managing the bed provided by any embodiment of the invention.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic terminal according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary terminal 12 suitable for use in implementing any of the embodiments of the present invention. The terminal 12 shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention. The device 12 is typically a terminal that assumes bed management functions.
As shown in fig. 5, the terminal 12 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the terminal 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples the various components (including the memory 28 and the processing unit 16).
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, an enhanced ISA bus, a Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
The terminal 12 typically includes a variety of computer readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by terminal 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 28 may include computer device readable media in the form of volatile Memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 30 and/or cache Memory 32. The terminal 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 5, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 5, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a Compact disk-Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), a Digital Video disk (DVD-ROM), or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product 40, with program product 40 having a set of program modules 42 configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention. Program product 40 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, and such program modules 42 include, but are not limited to, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
The terminal 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, mouse, camera, etc., and display), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the terminal 12, and/or any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the terminal 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the terminal 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public Network such as the internet) via the Network adapter 20. As shown, the network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of the terminal 12 via the bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the terminal 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, Redundant processing units, external disk drive Arrays, disk array (RAID) devices, tape drives, and data backup storage devices, to name a few.
The processor 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the program stored in the memory 28, for example, implementing the bed management method provided by the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, the method includes:
responding to a bed management instruction of the mechanism end, and managing the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end; and responding to the bed operation instruction of the user side, and operating the currently issued bed information.
Of course, those skilled in the art can understand that the processor can also implement the technical solution of the bed management method provided in any embodiment of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, for example, implements the method for managing a bed provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, and the method includes:
responding to a bed management instruction of the mechanism end, and managing the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end; and responding to the bed operation instruction of the user side, and operating the currently issued bed information.
Of course, the computer program stored on the computer readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the above method requests, and may also execute the method for managing beds provided in any embodiments of the present invention.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor device, apparatus, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with a requesting execution apparatus, device, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with a request execution apparatus, device, or apparatus.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out requests for the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, or the like, as well as conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user-side computer, partly on the user-side computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user-side computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)

1. A bed management method is applied to a bed management platform and comprises the following steps:
responding to a bed management instruction of a mechanism end, and managing bed information corresponding to the mechanism end;
and responding to the bed operation instruction of the user side, and operating the currently issued bed information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the facility end camps on the cot management platform based on the steps of:
receiving qualification information of the organization end, wherein the qualification information comprises at least one of the following items: certificate information, introduction information, keyword information and image-text information;
and registering the organization end when the qualification information is approved.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the bed management instructions comprise at least one of: a bed editing instruction and a bed issuing instruction;
correspondingly, if the bed management instruction is a bed editing instruction, managing the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end includes: and performing at least one of the following editing operations on the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end: add, delete, modify, and query;
correspondingly, if the bed management command is a bed issue command, managing the bed information corresponding to the institution end includes:
temporarily storing and releasing the bed information currently edited by the mechanism end; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
uniformly releasing at least one item of temporarily released bed information corresponding to the mechanism end; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the current time reaches the preset release time, releasing the bed information corresponding to the mechanism end.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the bed operating instructions comprise at least one of: a bed inquiry command, a bed preset command and a bed scoring command;
correspondingly, if the bed operation command is a bed query command, the operating the currently issued bed information includes: inquiring the bed information which hits the inquiry condition in the currently issued bed information based on the inquiry condition in the inquiry command; wherein the query condition comprises at least one of: organization qualification, organization name, organization position, bed price and bed score;
correspondingly, if the bed operation command is a bed reservation command, the operating the currently issued bed information includes: reserving a first target bed corresponding to the bed reservation instruction in the inquired bed information;
correspondingly, if the bed operation command is a bed scoring command, the operating the currently issued bed information includes: and scoring the second target bed in the bed information preset by the user side and the bed scoring instruction.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the reserving a first target bed corresponding to the bed reservation command in the queried bed information comprises:
sending the live-action data of a first target bed corresponding to the bed preset instruction in the bed information obtained by query to the user end so that the user end can display the live-action data of the first target bed;
responding to the confirmation instruction of the live-action data, and sending the payment message of the first target bed to the user side;
in response to a payment success event for the first target bed, reserving the first target bed.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the bed information comprises at least one of: the system comprises bed vacancy information, bed reservation information, bed function information, bed applicable group information, bed price information and bed scoring information.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the user terminal includes an elderly account mode;
correspondingly, the user side generates a bed operation instruction through the collected environmental voice in the old people account mode;
correspondingly, the bed management method further comprises the following steps: and sending an operation result of operating the currently issued bed information to the user side in a preset notification mode.
8. A bed management device, characterized in that, integrate in bed management platform, includes:
