The vehicle parking violation data management device of the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the technical scheme of the method embodiment, the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and details are not repeated here.
The vehicle illegal parking data management device is different from the prior art, a notification module and an evidence generation module are arranged, illegal parking personnel are reminded to leave a forbidden area as soon as possible before illegal parking punishment through the notification module, the opportunity of correcting the illegal parking personnel at one time is given, the humanized purpose of law enforcement is achieved, and the evidence chain of law enforcement is perfected through the evidence generation module.
Accordingly, an electronic device may include, as shown in fig. 9, a processor 901 with one or more processing cores, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module 902, a memory 903 with one or more computer-readable storage media, an audio circuit 904, a display unit 905, an input unit 906, a power supply 907, and a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit 908. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the electronic device shown in fig. 9 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 901 is a control center of the electronic device, connects various parts of the whole electronic device by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 903 and calling data stored in the memory 903, thereby performing overall monitoring of the electronic device. In one embodiment, processor 901 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 901 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 901.
WiFi belongs to short-range wireless transmission technology, and the electronic device can help the user send and receive e-mail, browse web pages, access streaming media, etc. through the wireless module 902, and it provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 9 shows the wireless module 902, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The memory 903 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 901 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the computer programs and modules stored in the memory 903. The memory 903 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, where the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required by at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data) created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 903 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 903 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 901 and the input unit 906 access to the memory 903.
The audio circuitry 904 includes speakers, which may provide an audio interface between a user and the electronic device. The audio circuit 904 can transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to a loudspeaker, and the electrical signal is converted into a sound signal by the loudspeaker and output; on the other hand, the speaker converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, and the electric signal is received by the audio circuit 904 and converted into audio data, and the audio data is processed by the audio data output processor 901 and then transmitted to another electronic device via the radio frequency circuit 908, or the audio data is output to the memory 903 for further processing. The audio circuit 904 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of a peripheral headset with the electronic device.
The display unit 905 may be used to display information input by or provided to a user and various graphical user interfaces of the terminal, which may be configured by graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 905 may include a Display panel, and in one embodiment, the Display panel may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
The input unit 906 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, in one particular embodiment, input unit 906 may include a touch-sensitive surface as well as other input devices. The touch-sensitive surface, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. In one embodiment, the touch sensitive surface may comprise two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 901, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 901. In addition, touch sensitive surfaces may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. The input unit 906 may include other input devices in addition to a touch-sensitive surface. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The electronic device also includes a power supply 907 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically connected to the processor 901 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system. Power supply 907 may also include any component such as one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The rf circuit 908 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, receives downlink information of a base station and then sends the received downlink information to the one or more processors 901 for processing; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, radio frequency circuitry 908 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the radio frequency circuit 908 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Message Service (SMS), and the like.
Although not shown, the electronic device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 901 in the electronic device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 903 according to the following instructions, and the processor 901 runs the application program stored in the memory 903, so as to implement the following functions:
receiving an illegal parking vehicle image uploaded by a card port device corresponding to a forbidden parking area, and identifying the illegal parking vehicle image to obtain an illegal parking vehicle identifier of the illegal parking vehicle;
determining a current management mode according to the illegal vehicle identification;
when the representation of the current management mode needs to carry out illegal parking notification aiming at the illegal parking vehicles, the illegal parking behaviors of the illegal parking vehicles are notified according to a preset notification mode;

determining a current management mode according to the illegal vehicle identification;
when the representation of the current management mode needs to carry out illegal parking notification aiming at the illegal parking vehicles, the illegal parking behaviors of the illegal parking vehicles are notified according to a preset notification mode;
and when the representation of the current management mode needs to generate the evidence of illegal parking for the illegal parking vehicle, generating the evidence of illegal parking of the illegal parking vehicle according to the image of the illegal parking vehicle and the notification data corresponding to the preset notification mode.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle parking violation data management method, comprising:
receiving an illegal parking vehicle image uploaded by a card port device corresponding to a forbidden parking area, and identifying the illegal parking vehicle image to obtain an illegal parking vehicle identifier of the illegal parking vehicle;
determining a current management mode according to the illegal vehicle identification;
when the representation of the current management mode needs to carry out illegal parking notification aiming at the illegal parking vehicles, the illegal parking behaviors of the illegal parking vehicles are notified according to a preset notification mode;
and when the representation of the current management mode needs to generate the evidence of illegal parking for the illegal parking vehicle, generating the evidence of illegal parking of the illegal parking vehicle according to the image of the illegal parking vehicle and the notification data corresponding to the preset notification mode.
2. The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 1, wherein said step of determining a current management manner according to the parking violation vehicle identifier comprises:
acquiring a gate device identifier, and determining a target gate device according to the gate device identifier;
traversing a vehicle identification database corresponding to the target gate device;
and determining the current management mode according to the matching parameters of the vehicle identification and the illegal parking vehicle identification in the vehicle identification database, and the notification parameters and the punishment parameters of the illegal parking vehicle.
3. The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 2, wherein said step of determining a current management manner according to the matching parameters of the vehicle identifier and the parking violation vehicle identifier in the identifier database, and the notification parameters and the penalty parameters of the parking violation vehicle comprises:
if the matching parameters represent that no illegal parking vehicle identification exists in the identification database, determining that the current management mode is an illegal parking notice;
and if the matching parameters represent that the illegal parking vehicle identification exists in the identification database, determining whether illegal parking evidence needs to be generated according to the notification parameters and the punishment parameters of the illegal parking vehicle.
4. The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 3, wherein said step of determining whether evidence of parking violation needs to be generated according to the notification parameter and the penalty parameter of the parking violation vehicle comprises:
determining corresponding target notification equipment according to the illegal vehicle identification or the target bayonet equipment;
acquiring notification data of the target notification equipment, and determining notification parameters of the illegal vehicle according to the notification data;
if the notification parameter represents that the illegal vehicle is notified, illegal evidence does not need to be generated;
and if the notification parameter represents that the illegal parking vehicle is not notified, determining whether illegal evidence needs to be generated according to the penalty parameter of the illegal parking vehicle.
5. The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 4, wherein said step of determining whether evidence of parking violation needs to be generated according to the penalty parameters of said parked vehicle comprises:
determining penalty parameters of the illegal parking vehicle according to the illegal parking vehicle identification and the penalty identification database;
if the penalty parameter represents that the illegal parking vehicle is penalized, illegal parking evidence does not need to be generated;
and if the penalty parameter represents that the illegal vehicle is not penalized, generating illegal evidence.
6. The vehicle illegal parking data management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of notifying the illegal parking behavior of the illegal vehicle according to a preset notification manner comprises:
acquiring a gate device identifier, and determining a target gate device according to the gate device identifier;
determining a fixed notification device corresponding to the target card port device according to a mapping relation between the target card port device and the fixed notification device, wherein the fixed notification device comprises at least one of a video notification device and a voice notification device;
determining mobile communication equipment of the illegal parking personnel according to the illegal parking vehicle identification;
determining target notification equipment from the fixed notification equipment and the mobile communication equipment according to a preset notification mode;
and notifying the illegal parking behavior of the illegal vehicle through the target notification equipment.

The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 6, wherein said step of determining a target notification device from said fixed notification device and said mobile communication device according to a preset notification manner, and notifying the parking violation of said vehicle through said target notification device comprises:
determining the target notification equipment as video notification equipment according to a preset notification mode;
determining the notification period of the video notification equipment to the illegal vehicle according to the notification data of the video notification equipment;
and acquiring the illegal parking vehicle images and video notification data of the illegal parking vehicles in the notification period from the target card port equipment, and binding the illegal parking vehicle images and the video notification data to generate illegal parking evidence.

The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 6, wherein said step of determining a target notification device from said fixed notification device and said mobile communication device according to a preset notification manner, and notifying the parking violation of said vehicle through said target notification device comprises:
determining the target reporting equipment as voice reporting equipment according to a preset reporting mode;
determining the notification period of the voice notification equipment to the illegal parking vehicle according to the notification data of the voice notification equipment;
and acquiring the images of the illegal parking vehicles and voice notification data of the illegal parking vehicles in the notification period from the target card port equipment, binding the images of the illegal parking vehicles and the voice notification data, and generating illegal parking evidence.

The vehicle parking violation data management method according to claim 6, wherein said step of determining a target notification device from said fixed notification device and said mobile communication device according to a preset notification manner, and notifying the parking violation of said vehicle through said target notification device comprises:
determining the target reporting equipment as mobile communication equipment according to a preset reporting mode;
determining the notification period of the mobile communication equipment to the illegal vehicle according to the notification data of the mobile communication equipment;
and acquiring the illegal parking vehicle image of the illegal parking vehicle in the notification period from the target card port equipment, and binding the illegal parking vehicle image and the notification data of the mobile communication equipment to generate illegal parking evidence.
10. A vehicle parking violation data management device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the illegal parking vehicle images uploaded by the card port equipment corresponding to the prohibited area, and identifying the illegal parking vehicle images to obtain illegal parking vehicle identifications of the illegal parking vehicles;
the determining module is used for determining a current management mode according to the illegal vehicle identification;
the notification module is used for notifying the illegal parking behavior of the illegal parking vehicle according to a preset notification mode when the representation of the current management mode needs to be notified about illegal parking of the illegal parking vehicle;
and the evidence generating module is used for generating the evidence of the illegal parking vehicle according to the image of the illegal parking vehicle and the notification data corresponding to the preset notification mode when the representation of the current management mode needs to generate the evidence of the illegal parking vehicle.
