Abstract

一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统及监控方法。目前电厂伴热电缆未设置状态监视,仅通过检修人员日常巡检监视伴热电缆运行状态,无法实时监控。本发明其组成包括:Pt100热电阻测温元件(4),Pt100热电阻测温元件与温度采集系统(3)连接,温度采集系统与无线采集终端DTU(2)连接,无线采集终端DTU通过天线(1)与互联网(13)连接,无线采集终端DTU与状态采集系统(6)连接,状态采集系统分别与状态继电器(7)、伴热电缆结构(5)连接,互联网通过电信网络与防火墙(12)连接,防火墙与交换机(11)连接,交换机与数据通讯服务器(10)连接,数据通讯服务器连接计算机控制系统(9)。本发明用于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统。

Description

基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统及监控方法
技术领域
本发明涉及火力发电技术领域,具体涉及一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统及监控方法。
背景技术
冬季严寒天气期间,各火电厂室外布置的热控汽、水仪表管为防止结冻导致测量故障,均设有伴热电缆,经调研,目前多数电厂伴热电缆未设置状态监视,仅能通过检修人员日常巡检监视伴热电缆运行状态,无法实现实时监控。一旦伴热电缆损坏未及时发现,将造成测量故障,尤其是进入保护、调节等系统测点故障后将导致保护误动、调节失灵,造成严重的后果,此前已有多家电厂因伴热电缆故障未及时处理导致机组停机的异常事件发生,因此实现伴热电缆运行状态实时监测,对于火电厂冬季严寒季节安全稳定运行尤为重要;目前市场均无成型的系统,常规的改造方式需要将生产现场内各伴热电缆状态信号及温度测点通过电缆传输至远程监控系统,存在施工难度大、费用高、工期长等缺点;针对以上问题,我们设计并开发了一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统,可大大降低施工难度,节省大量的改造费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统及监控方法,该结构通过现场信号以无线方式传输到远程服务器中,将伴热电缆信号状态实时显示,实现伴热电缆运行状态的实时监测。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统,其组成包括:Pt100热电阻测温元件,其特征是:所述的Pt100热电阻测温元件与温度采集系统连接,所述的温度采集系统与无线采集终端DTU连接,所述的无线采集终端DTU通过天线与互联网连接,所述的无线采集终端DTU与状态采集系统连接,所述的状态采集系统分别与状态继电器、伴热电缆结构连接,所述的互联网通过电信网络与防火墙连接,所述的防火墙与交换机连接,所述的交换机与数据通讯服务器连接,所述的数据通讯服务器连接计算机控制系统,所述的计算机控制系统与伴热电缆监控显示器连接。
一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统及监控方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将Pt100热电阻测温元件与仪表管接触固定在一起,用来监测仪表管温度,将引线接入监控箱内RTD采集卡;
(2)每个伴热电缆保温箱内配置一个加热状态继电器接入保温箱内接触器常开触点,所述的状态继电器常开触点接入监控箱内DI采集卡;
(3)保温箱内每条伴热电缆电源回路串联一个状态继电器,状态继电器常开触点接入监控箱内DI采集卡;
(4)监控箱内DI采集卡与RTD采集卡通过RS485总线接入无线采集终端DTU处,所述的无线采集终端DTU借助5G网络技术,接入互联网;
(5)办公网络开放一固定端口,数据采集服务器通过办公网络固定端口实现与所述的无线采集终端DTU进行数据通讯;
(6)所述的数据采集服务器通过Modbus TCP/IP协议将伴热电缆装置的伴热电缆状态传送至计算机控制系统;
所述的计算机控制系统的画面状态包括:仪表管温度、伴热电缆状态及加热继电器状态,其中伴热电缆状态、加热继电器状态通过“与”关系判断伴热电缆运行状态,从而实现电伴热系统运行状态不间断监控。
有益效果:
1.本发明是一种基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统及监控方法,具体是通过在各室外热控保温箱内安装具备无线传输功能的DI采集卡及RTD采集卡,将保温箱内各仪表管的热电阻测温元件及伴热电缆故障状态(从伴热电缆电源监视继电器上获取)接入DI采集卡及RTD采集卡,采集卡将信号送至无线采集终端DTU,无线采集终端DTU借助无线网络传输技术,将现场信号以无线方式传输到远程服务器中,服务器与DCS系统通过ModbusTCP/IP通讯方式,将伴热电缆信号状态实时显示,实现电伴热系统运行状态不间断监测,有效解决了电厂因伴热电缆故障未及时处理导致机组停机的异常事件发生,保证了机组的正常运行。
2.本发明改变了伴热电缆状态需要人为巡检的情况,提高了机组运行可靠性,降低了由于室外热控仪表管路冻结影响机组安全运行的情况发生,并且降低了工程施工难度,缩短了电缆敷设的施工工期,节约了技术改造施工费用。

实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的基于无线网络传输的伴热电缆状态监控系统的监控方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将Pt100热电阻测温元件与仪表管接触固定在一起,用来监测仪表管温度,将引线接入监控箱内RTD采集卡;
(2)每个伴热电缆保温箱内配置一个加热状态继电器接入保温箱内接触器常开触点,所述的状态继电器常开触点接入监控箱内DI采集卡;
(3)保温箱内每条伴热电缆电源回路串联一个状态继电器,状态继电器常开触点接入监控箱内DI采集卡;
(4)监控箱内DI采集卡与RTD采集卡通过RS485总线接入无线采集终端DTU处,所述的无线采集终端DTU借助5G网络技术,接入互联网;
(5)办公网络开放一固定端口,数据采集服务器通过办公网络固定端口实现与所述的无线采集终端DTU进行数据通讯;
(6)所述的数据采集服务器通过Modbus TCP/IP协议将伴热电缆装置的伴热电缆状态传送至计算机控制系统;

本发明基于无线网络技术,通过无线通讯方式实现电厂热控仪表管伴热电缆状态监视,通过在各室外热控保温箱内安装具备无线传输功能的DI采集卡及RTD采集卡,将保温箱内各仪表管的热电阻测温元件及伴热电缆故障状态(从伴热电缆电源监视继电器上获取)接入DI采集卡及RTD采集卡,采集卡将信号送至无线采集终端DTU,无线采集终端DTU借助无线网络传输技术,将现场信号以无线方式传输到远程服务器中,服务器与DCS系统通过Modbus TCP/IP通讯方式,将伴热电缆信号状态实时显示,实现电伴热系统运行状态不间断监测;
本发明适用于火电厂热控仪表管伴热电缆状态在线监视,该系统可大大降低施工难度,节省大量的改造费用,节省了成本,提高机组的运行效率。
