The department management host comprises a user management module, an evaluation and assessment module, a task management module, a reward and punishment management module and an interaction management module, wherein the user management module is used for auditing and increasing, forbidding, deleting or modifying user information, updating the user information in time, ensuring the truth and accuracy of the user data, managing user roles and distributing permissions according to different roles; the evaluation and assessment module is used for selecting test questions according to the user interaction roles and the learning history, generating test paper and carrying out evaluation and scoring on the user according to the answer paper condition; the task management module is used for counting and displaying the task completion condition of each user in the department, the task completion conditions of users with different roles in the department and the comprehensive task completion condition of the department, feeding back the counting result to the task monitoring module of the main control server, selecting corresponding education data according to the roles of the users and the task completion conditions, generating a new education training task and pushing the new education training task to a corresponding user learning terminal; the reward and punishment management module is used for counting task completion conditions and learning and falsifying conditions, evaluating the star levels of students according to user roles, the task completion conditions and the learning and falsifying conditions, giving corresponding assessment scores and reward and punishments according to different student star levels, sending a warning notice to unqualified users, prompting the users to complete learning tasks in time, and feeding back counted data information to the main control server; the interactive management module is used for auditing the user communication content, and can selectively delete the communication content, reply the communication content, mark important communication content and set a visible range for the communication content;
the user learning terminal comprises a student registration module, a learning task module, an answer test module, a state detection module, a task detection module and an exchange interaction module, wherein the student registration module is used for personal information registration and login, and a user initial login system can modify personal information; the learning task module is used for playing learning and counting learning progress, the user and the video learning course can be played and can pause playing at any time, and the user can check the learned course, the learning course and the non-learning course; the answer test module is used for extracting test paper according to the learned content to perform examination evaluation and generate an examination evaluation result; the state detection module is used for carrying out user living body detection and user face identification through a terminal camera so as to confirm the authenticity of learning and feeding back the learning and fake behaviors to the reward and punishment management module of the department management host; the task detection module is used for counting and displaying the task completion condition of the user and feeding the task completion condition back to the task management module and the reward and punishment management module of the matched department management host, wherein the task completion condition comprises a learning progress obtained by the learning task module and an assessment scoring result obtained by the answer test module; the communication interaction module is used for the user to perform communication learning and share learning thoughts on a communication page below the education video.

The educational system with a monitoring function of claim 1, wherein said data management module is adapted to manage video or document data, video class including positive typical case, negative warning case, statement, business class, interview class, large central documentary, cartoon class and promo; the administrator can upload video courses according to different course categories, after the videos are uploaded successfully, the videos are transcoded into MP4, WebM or Ogg formats, and after the videos are uploaded, the videos are transcoded into Word or Pdf formats.
3. The educational system with monitoring function of claim 1, wherein the user roles comprise administrator, department cadres, department officers, and social crowd roles, each role matching a different category of educational learning materials.

The educational system with a monitoring function according to claim 1, wherein the student star level comprises one star, two stars and three stars, and each natural month is subjected to one star level evaluation by the department management host through the reward and punishment management module, wherein one star is unqualified, two stars are qualified, and three stars are excellent; the user deducts one point for one star assessment every time, one point for three stars every time, and neither the two stars nor the two points are added or subtracted.

The educational system with a monitoring function according to claim 1, wherein the learning and falsifying behavior comprises no learning and falsifying on behalf of others, 2 biopsy tests within 10min fail, no learning is deemed to be false, 2 face recognition within 10min fail, another learning is deemed to be false, and the user is assessed one less per two learning and falsifying behaviors.
6. The educational system with a monitoring function according to claim 1, wherein the user learning terminal comprises a mobile phone user learning terminal and a PC user learning terminal.
7. An education monitoring method is characterized in that a main control server sends task data to at least one department management host, each department management host sends task data to at least one individual user learning terminal, then the lower level feeds back data to the upper level step by step, the main control server, the department management host and the individual user learning terminal cooperate with each other to complete the following steps:
(1) user management:
the main control server adds, modifies and deletes department information through a department management module, manages the department roles, distributes authority according to different roles, and fills in the department information by a department management host;
the user registers the personal trainee through a trainee registration module of the user learning terminal and sends a registration request to a department management host;
the department management host machine carries out auditing and user role management through the user management module, and carries out authority distribution according to different roles;
after the verification is passed, the user logs in the system for the first time to modify personal information, and the student registration is completed;
(2) and (3) learning course management:
the main control server uploads, modifies, updates or deletes the education data through the data management module, and carries out classification management on the education data and endows the education data with retrieval keywords; the test question management module is used for testing test questions, performing classification management on the test questions and giving retrieval keywords; the main control server sends course learning tasks to the department management host through the task monitoring module; the department management host selects corresponding education data according to the learning tasks and the task completion conditions through the task management module according to the user roles, generates new education training tasks and pushes the new education training tasks to corresponding user learning terminals;
after receiving the learning task, the user plays the video learning course through a learning task module of the user learning terminal and generates a learning progress, and meanwhile, the user can select an exchange page below the education video to carry out exchange content interaction and exchange learning; after the learning of the user is finished, extracting test paper according to the learned content through an answer test module to perform examination evaluation and generate an examination evaluation result; the state detection module is used for carrying out user living body detection and user face identification by starting a terminal camera so as to confirm the authenticity of learning and feeding back the learning and fake behaviors to the reward and punishment management module of the department management host;
the department management host machine carries out auditing treatment on the user communication content through the interactive management module, and can select to delete the communication content, reply the communication content, mark important communication content and set a visible range for the communication content;
(3) monitoring learning indexes:
the department management host counts the learning progress obtained by the learning task module and the assessment scoring result obtained by the answer test module through the task detection module to be used as a task completion condition, feeds the task completion condition back to the task management module and the reward and punishment management module of the department management host, and feeds error questions back to the error question set management module of the main control server;
the department management host counts the task completion condition and the learning and falsifying condition through the reward and punishment management module, evaluates the student star level according to the user role, the task completion condition and the learning and falsifying condition, gives corresponding assessment scores and reward and punishments according to different student star levels, sends out a warning notice to unqualified users, prompts the users to complete the learning tasks in time, and feeds back the counted data information to the main control server;
the task monitoring module of the main control server monitors all users according to department classification, role classification and whole-member comprehensive monitoring, monitors the task completion condition, the examination and scoring condition and the learning and counterfeiting condition, and issues a new course learning task to the department management host according to the monitoring condition.
