1) pairing the special line vehicle and the special line driver information: the logistics management personnel create vehicle types according to the vehicle types, the vehicle lengths, the loading volumes and the loading weights provided by the carriers; according to the vehicle type, the license plate number and the vehicle owner information of the vehicle are collected, and the created vehicle information is submitted; the carrier provides special driver information, drivers belonging to the carrier are paired with the vehicles one by one, and each special driver is correspondingly paired with one vehicle;
2) determining a special line and scheduling: the logistics management personnel calculate according to the delivery bin and the arrival bin on each line and a plurality of nodes on each line to determine a special line, and arrange according to an expected distribution sequence; the scheduling is to manage the arrival of date dimension to a warehouse for a special line, and after the special line is configured, the special line is set based on the line;
3) the special line mileage intelligently acquires: based on the three-party path planning capability, acquiring the optimal path and the corresponding mileage of the current departure place, the delivery warehouse or the delivery warehouse to the next destination, the delivery warehouse or the delivery warehouse according to the actual attributes of the license plate and the model of the vehicle and the real-time road conditions;
4) intelligent line planning: reasonably planning the obtained plurality of transportation mileage by relying on a multi-section path planning engine to obtain an optimal path;
5) charging on a special line: the logistics management personnel set an independent freight pricing template by taking the line as a dimension; after the transportation is finished, taking the pre-dispatching order as a unit, and carrying out charging and settlement based on the appointed freight pricing template;
6) intelligent generation and management of pre-dispatching orders: intelligently generating a pre-dispatching list and a dispatching list according to the special line, the shift, the vehicle, the driver and the special line mileage information; in this process, a pre-dispatch list can also be generated manually: carrying out manual intervention by a transportation and distribution personnel according to the actual operation condition, designating a special line, a carrier, a vehicle and a driver to create a pre-distribution list and a vehicle distribution list, and inquiring the pre-distribution list according to the pre-distribution list number and the special line;
7) the APP at the delivery end is collected and delivered: drivers or distributors are equipped with distribution terminals APP, the drivers or the distributors confirm the distributed delivery orders, take in the dimension of the freight notes, complete distribution after the distribution operation of the single warehouse is completed, finish the delivery orders and corresponding to the freight notes to be put in place; and the driver or the distributor can inquire the vehicle dispatching list according to the vehicle dispatching list number and the special line.

The intelligent route planning-based special line management method for the steam distribution logistics, as claimed in claim 7, is characterized in that: comprises the following steps; the method for setting the special line by the logistics personnel in the step 2) specifically comprises the following steps: determining the node passed by each line, wherein the node is the destination of delivery, pulling the distance from map software or manually filling the distance between the nodes, and recording the distance by special line mileage management; determining the following relationships of the line to the node:
1) how many lines the node is on; 2) how many nodes each line contains;
the nodes on one line L1 are as follows: a- > B- > C; and the nodes on the other line L2 are as follows: b- > C- > E;
the algorithm for the route matched by the package with the originating bin A and the destination node C is as follows:
1) finding out all lines of which the originating nodes are A, and matching the lines to a line L1;
2) finding out a line containing the destination node C, and matching the line with lines L1 and L2;
and the intersection of the two is matched to the line L1.
9. The intelligent route planning-based special line management method for the steam distribution logistics, as claimed in claim 7, is characterized in that: the working process of the APP at the delivery end in the step 7) is as follows:
1) the upstream system places an order, pushes the order to a special line management system, generates a corresponding freight note, and intelligently generates a pre-dispatching note according to the information of a delivery warehouse and a receiving warehouse of the freight note to finish dispatching of a carrying line; generating a vehicle dispatching list according to the information of the driver and the vehicle of the carrier, assigning the vehicle dispatching list to the driver and waiting for carrying;
2) the generated pre-dispatch list continuously receives the issued freight list; according to the issued waybill information: the method comprises the steps of (1) sending a warehouse, receiving places and the quantity of goods, and intelligently planning a distribution line and a distribution sequence of a pre-dispatching order; after the pre-dispatching order collection is completed, the transportation and distribution manager manually closes the current pre-dispatching order for automatic matching;
3) a driver uses the distribution APP to collect the freight note in the dispatching note, and starts a distribution task after collecting is completed; and when the single-bin distribution operation is finished, the corresponding car dispatching order of the warehouse is finished, and after all the car dispatching orders in the current pre-dispatching order are finished, the pre-dispatching order issues charging.
