Abstract

The present disclosure provides a storage information processing method for chemical or life-span articles, comprising the steps of: acquiring basic information of chemical or life-span articles stored in a warehouse, wherein the basic information comprises names of the chemical or life-span articles, warehousing dates, validity periods and/or safety information and the number of the chemical or life-span articles in the warehouse; acquiring processed information of stored chemical or life-span articles; and determining stored chemical or life items to be processed within a predetermined time based on the base information and the processed information. The present disclosure also provides a warehousing information processing device for chemical or life-time items.

Storage information processing method and device for chemical or life-span articles
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of information processing, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for warehouse information processing of chemical or life-time items.
Background
The dynamic information processing of the life-time articles in the stored materials is an effective guarantee for reminding the materials of being used in the valid period in time, avoiding misusing invalid materials and timely harmlessly disposing dangerous wastes. Most chemicals have limited useful lives, i.e., there is an overlap in the processing of both the chemicals and the limited-life items.
However, in the prior art, the problem of large workload and easy error exists in the special information processing of chemicals and life articles, and the information such as failure early warning of the chemicals and the life articles is not processed in time and systematically.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art.
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for processing warehousing information of chemical or life-time items, including:
basic information acquisition: acquiring basic information of chemical or life-span articles stored in a warehouse, wherein the basic information comprises names of the chemical or life-span articles, warehousing dates, validity periods and/or safety information and the number of the chemical or life-span articles in the warehouse;
a processed information acquisition step: obtaining processed information relating to the processed stored chemical or life item; and
determining the to-be-processed article: based on the basic information and the processed information, stored chemical or life-time items to be processed within a predetermined time are determined.
Optionally, the method further includes a new processing information obtaining step: new processing information on the article to be processed determined in the "article to be processed determining step" is acquired and stored.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is illustrative only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an application scenario of a method and an apparatus for warehousing information processing of chemical or life-time items according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in which a system configuration diagram of warehousing information processing is shown. It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of an application scenario in which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, but does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments or scenarios.
As shown in fig. 1, an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a server, a data input terminal, a data query terminal, and a data output terminal connected to the server.
Based on the data input, basic information of the chemical or life item may be received or obtained, release or disposal information of the chemical or life item may be received or obtained, and isolated feedback information of the chemical or life item may be received or determined. The data received at the data input is not limited to the data mentioned above.
Based on the data query end, basic information of chemical or life-span articles, newly-added inventory information, isolation information, release or disposal information and the like can be queried, and basic information and historical operation storage information based on each chemical or life-span article or item can be queried. The query results may be exported for storage.
Based on the data output end, chemical or life article information in the library, various kinds of early warning information (including isolation information), information to be released or treated, information released or treated and the like can be output. Similarly, the data output from the data output terminal is not limited to the above data.
In the present disclosure, the basic information may include: the name of the chemical or lifetime item (item name), the date of warehousing (i.e., the date of arrival), the expiration date and/or security information, and the quantity in the warehouse. The basic information may further include, for each item, a stock space, a release amount, a quantity to be handled, a quantity to be isolated, a stock-in date or arrival date, a production date, and the like. The basic information can be embodied or contained in the library state, and the library state can comprise 1, normal library in, 2, using early warning within a specified time, and 3, an expired isolation state. The release, disposal, isolation, etc. information herein may correspond to information relating to the processing of a chemical or life item, and the release, disposal, or isolation may be a different form of processing.

The data import module (corresponding to the data input end) in the system module can import or import the item basic information, the disposal information, the release information, the isolation information (including the failure information) and the like in batches. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the storage and processing of various information may be performed in a dedicated server, and the corresponding data input terminal, data query terminal and data output terminal are connected to the server. In fig. 2, the basic information, release or disposal information, quarantine information, etc. obtained based on the data input is within the server. The server is connected with the processor, and the processor processes the information or data to obtain warehousing summary information, provide failure early warning information, obtain released information summary, isolated information summary, disposed information summary and the like. The information processed by the processor may be transmitted to a server.

In the present invention, chemical or life-time items that need to be processed within a predetermined time in storage can be determined based on the latest information (basic information and processed information) of the chemical or life-time items in storage. Basic information and historical operation information of the items can be specifically inquired according to the item codes, and newly added inventory, newly added release, newly added isolation and newly added disposal information can be inquired in batches. querying at least one of information corresponding to a chemical or life item based on the item code; or
Querying at least one of information corresponding to the chemical or life item based on the item code, and displaying or deriving or transmitting the queried information.

querying or displaying or deriving or transmitting one or more of the above information.
10. A chemical or life-time item warehousing information processing device comprising:
the system comprises a basic information acquisition module, a storage module and a management module, wherein the basic information acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information of chemical or life-span articles stored in a warehouse, and the basic information comprises names of the chemical or life-span articles, warehousing dates, validity periods and/or safety information and the number of the articles in the warehouse;
a processed information acquisition module for acquiring processed information relating to the processed warehouse chemical or life item;
and the to-be-processed article determining module is used for determining the stored chemical or life-span articles to be processed in a preset time based on the basic information and the processed information.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
a new processing information acquisition module for acquiring and storing new processing information on the article to be processed determined by the processed article determination module.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
an information updating module for updating the basic information and the processed information based on the new processing information stored by the new processing information acquiring module.
13. The apparatus of any one of claims 10-12, wherein:
the module for determining the articles to be processed further comprises a failure early warning module which is used for providing failure early warning or failure early warning information about the stored chemical or life-stage articles.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
a failure information providing module for providing failure information about the warehouse chemical or life item that has failed and/or providing impending failure information about the warehouse chemical or life item that is impending failure.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein:
the failure early warning module also comprises an isolation early warning module which is used for providing isolation early warning for warehousing chemicals or life-span articles needing isolation.
16. The apparatus of any of claims 10-12, further comprising:
the coding module is used for providing an item code for each stored chemical or life-span article, the item codes correspond to the stored chemical or life-span articles one by one,

the information of the stored chemical or life item corresponds to the item code of the stored chemical or life item.
