And 703, sending information to be submitted to each problem to the personnel corresponding to each problem by the computer equipment within a preset time away from the completion time, wherein the information to be submitted is used for prompting each personnel to complete the problem.
Specifically, after sending the completion time corresponding to each question to the person corresponding to each question, the computer device may periodically send the handling information to the person corresponding to each question within a preset time from the completion time. The method for sending the information to be promoted by the computer device may include: and making a call to each person, sending a short message to each person, sending a mail to each person and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the computer device determines the completion time corresponding to each question according to the review form completion time included in the review form, and sends the completion time corresponding to each question to the personnel corresponding to each question so as to remind the personnel to complete the answer of the question at the specified completion time. And sending information to be hastened to the personnel corresponding to each problem by the computer equipment within the preset time away from the completion time, wherein the information to be hastened is used for hastening each personnel to complete the problem. In an alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, before "generating a merged file based on the question files and sending the merged file to the target computer device" in step 302, the following may be further included:
in step 901, the computer device checks whether the content of each question file contains the over-written content, the forbidden sentences and the error punctuation marks by using a text recognition method.
Optionally, the computer device may identify whether the content that is missed to be written exists in the question file by using a blank position identification mode in the text identification. And when the computer equipment identifies that the blank position is greater than the preset number of characters, the computer equipment determines that the current blank position is the position of the content which is not written. Optionally, the computer device may determine whether there is content written more in the file in a manner of scanning the document.
Optionally, the computer device may detect whether there is a forbidden statement in the question file by using a text recognition method. Optionally, the computer device may identify, based on a pre-trained text recognition technique, contents of texts of the questions answered by the respective personnel in the question files, so as to detect whether forbidden sentences exist in the question files.
Optionally, the computer device may identify whether an erroneous punctuation mark exists in the problem file by using a punctuation mark identification determination technique.
And step 902, under the condition that the problem file does not have the over-written content, the forbidden sentences and the error punctuation marks, the computer equipment copies the signature information of each person to the corresponding problem file.
Specifically, the computer device checks each question document, determines that the question document does not have the content of missed writing and multiple writing, forbidden statements and wrong punctuation marks, and obtains the signature information corresponding to each question document according to the corresponding relation between each question document and each signature information, and copies each signature information to the corresponding position of the corresponding question document. As shown in fig. 10
And 903, returning the problem file to a person by the computer equipment under the condition that the problem file has over-written content, forbidden statements and wrong punctuation marks.
Specifically, under the condition that the problem files have over-written content, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, the computer equipment determines personnel sending the problem files according to the corresponding relation between each problem file and signature information, returns the abnormal problem files to the corresponding personnel, so that the personnel modify the abnormal problem files and returns the modified problem files to the computer equipment. As shown in fig. 10, it shows a case where a question file is abnormal and returned to each person.
Optionally, when the problem file with the abnormality is returned to each person, the user may modify the flow state of the problem file according to the size of the problem in the problem file. Optionally, if the problem is serious, for example, a problem of missed writing and multiple writing occurs, each person is required to submit the modified problem file to the verification process after modifying the problem file, that is, the computer device needs to verify the modified problem file returned by each person again. If the problem is not serious, for example, a punctuation mark error occurs, each person is required to submit the modified problem file to the merging process after modifying the problem file, that is, the computer device does not need to verify the problem file again, and directly merges the problem file.
In the embodiment of the application, the computer equipment checks whether the content of each question file contains the over-written content, the forbidden sentences and the error punctuation marks by using a text recognition method, and copies the signature information of each person to the corresponding question file under the condition that the content of each question file does not contain the over-written content, the forbidden sentences and the error punctuation marks; and under the condition that the problem file has over-written contents, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, the computer equipment returns the problem file to personnel. Therefore, the problem file inspection can be completed, workers do not need to inspect various problems, manpower is saved, time is saved, and the working quality is guaranteed.
In order to better explain the review form processing method provided by the present application, the present application provides an embodiment for explaining the overall flow aspect of the review form processing method, as shown in fig. 11, the method includes:
step 1101, the computer device receives the review form and reads the content of the review form.
In step 1102, the computer device generates M initial templates based on the M questions.
Step 1103, the computer device obtains fixed information in the review form.
And 1104, writing the fixed information in the review form into M initial templates by the computer equipment based on a label positioning method to generate M problem templates.
Step 1105, the computer device determines the professional field of the review form according to the content of the review form.
In step 1106, the computer device finds a staff set corresponding to the professional field of the review form according to the professional field of the review form.
Step 1107, the computer device obtains the related field of each question in the review form and the research field of each person in the set of people.
At step 1108, the computer device matches the areas of concern for each question with the areas of research of each individual.

Step 1114, the computer device stores the signature information of each person in the same file as the question file returned by each person.
1115, using a text recognition method to check whether the contents of each problem file contain over-written contents, forbidden sentences and error punctuation marks; if the problem file does not have the over-written content, the forbidden statement and the error punctuation mark, execute step 1116; if the problem file has the missed multi-write content, the forbidden statements and the error punctuation marks, step 1117 is executed.
In step 1116, the computer device copies the signature information of each person to the corresponding question file and executes step 1118.
Step 1117, the computer device returns the problem file to the person.
Step 1118, the computer device generates a merged file based on the problem files and sends the merged file to the target computer device.
It should be understood that, although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2, 3, 5-9, and 11 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2, 3, 5-9, and 11 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12, there is provided a review sheet processing apparatus 1200 including: a first receiving module 1201, a generating module 1202 and a second receiving module 1203, wherein:
the first receiving module 1201 is configured to receive an evaluation form, and read the content of the evaluation form, where the evaluation form includes M questions.
The generating module 1202 is configured to generate M question templates based on the contents of the M questions, and send each question template to a person corresponding to a question in each question template.
The second receiving module 1203 is configured to receive the question files returned by the respective personnel after answering the questions based on the question templates, generate a merged file based on the respective question files, and send the merged file to the target computer device.
In an embodiment of the present application, the generating module 1202 is specifically configured to generate M initial templates based on M questions; acquiring fixed information in the review form; writing the fixed information in the examination paper into M initial templates based on a label positioning method to generate M problem templates; the label positioning method is used for positioning a position where fixed information needs to be filled in and filling the obtained fixed information in the position.
In an embodiment of the present application, the generating module 1202 is specifically configured to determine a professional field of the review form according to the content of the review form; according to the professional field of the review form, searching a personnel set corresponding to the professional field of the review form; acquiring the related field of each problem in the review form and the research field of each person in the person set; matching the related fields of each problem with the research fields of each person; and in the case that the related field of the problem is the same as the research field of the personnel, sending the problem template corresponding to the problem to the personnel.
In an embodiment of the present application, the generating module 1202 is further configured to determine, according to the review form completion time included in the review form, completion time corresponding to the M questions; and sending the completion time corresponding to each question to the personnel corresponding to each question.
In an embodiment of the application, the generating module 1202 is further configured to send, within a preset time away from the completion time, a message to prompt the person corresponding to each question, where the message to prompt the person to complete the question.
In an embodiment of the present application, the second receiving module 1203 is further configured to receive signature information sent by each person; and storing the signature information of each person and the question file returned by each person in the same file.
In an embodiment of the present application, the second receiving module 1203 is further configured to check whether the content of each question file includes the content of the missed multi-writing content, the forbidden sentence, and the error punctuation mark by using a text recognition method; if the problem file does not have the over-written content, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, copying the signature information of each person into the corresponding problem file; and if the problem file has over-written contents, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, returning the problem file to the personnel.
For the specific limitations of the review form processing device, reference may be made to the limitations of the review form processing method in the above, and the details are not repeated herein. The respective modules in the above review form processing device may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, and when the computer device is a server, its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 13. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the processing data of the examination paper. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a review form processing method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, and when the computer device is a terminal, its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 14. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a review form processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurations shown in fig. 13 and 14 are block diagrams of only some of the configurations relevant to the present teachings and do not constitute limitations on the computing devices to which the present teachings may be applied, as a particular computing device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment of the present application, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving an examination bill, and reading the content of the examination bill, wherein the examination bill comprises M problems; generating M question templates based on the contents of the M questions, and sending each question template to a person corresponding to the question in each question template; and receiving the question files returned by the personnel after answering the questions based on the question template, generating a combined file based on the question files, and sending the combined file to the target computer equipment.
In one embodiment of the application, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps: generating M initial templates based on the M questions; acquiring fixed information in the review form; writing the fixed information in the examination paper into M initial templates based on a label positioning method to generate M problem templates; the label positioning method is used for positioning a position where fixed information needs to be filled in and filling the obtained fixed information in the position.
In one embodiment of the application, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps: determining the professional field of the review form according to the content of the review form; according to the professional field of the review form, searching a personnel set corresponding to the professional field of the review form; acquiring the related field of each problem in the review form and the research field of each person in the person set; matching the related fields of each problem with the research fields of each person; and in the case that the related field of the problem is the same as the research field of the personnel, sending the problem template corresponding to the problem to the personnel.
In one embodiment of the application, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps: determining the completion time corresponding to each problem according to the review form completion time included in the review form, wherein the completion time corresponding to each problem is not later than the review form completion time; and sending the completion time corresponding to each question to the personnel corresponding to each question.
In one embodiment of the application, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps: and sending the information of urging to the personnel corresponding to each problem within the preset time away from the completion time, wherein the information of urging is used for urging each personnel to complete the problem.
In one embodiment of the application, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps: receiving signature information sent by each person; and storing the signature information of each person and the question file returned by each person in the same file.
In one embodiment of the application, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps: checking whether the content of each problem file has over-written content, forbidden sentences and error punctuation marks by using a text recognition method; if the problem file does not have the over-written content, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, copying the signature information of each person into the corresponding problem file; and if the problem file has over-written contents, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, returning the problem file to the personnel.
In one embodiment of the present application, there is provided a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program when executed by a processor implementing the steps of: receiving an examination bill, and reading the content of the examination bill, wherein the examination bill comprises M problems; generating M question templates based on the contents of the M questions, and sending each question template to a person corresponding to the question in each question template; and receiving the question files returned by the personnel after answering the questions based on the question template, generating a combined file based on the question files, and sending the combined file to the target computer equipment.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A review form processing method, the method comprising:
receiving a review form, and reading the content of the review form, wherein the review form comprises M problems;
generating M question templates based on the contents of the M questions, and sending each question template to a person corresponding to a question in each question template;
and receiving the question files returned by the personnel after answering the questions based on the question template, generating a merged file based on the question files, and sending the merged file to the target computer equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating M question templates based on the content of the M questions comprises:
generating M initial templates based on the M questions;
acquiring fixed information in the review form;
writing the fixed information in the review form into the M initial templates based on a label positioning method to generate the M problem templates; the label positioning method is used for positioning a position where the fixed information needs to be filled in and filling the acquired fixed information in the position.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending each of the issue templates to a person corresponding to an issue in each of the issue templates comprises:
determining the professional field of the review form according to the content of the review form;
according to the professional field of the review form, searching a personnel set corresponding to the professional field of the review form;
obtaining the related field of each problem in the review form and the research field of each person in the person set;
matching the area of concern for each of said questions with the area of investigation of each of said persons;
and under the condition that the related field of the question is the same as the research field of the personnel, sending the question template corresponding to the question to the personnel.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
determining the completion time corresponding to each problem according to the review form completion time included in the review form, wherein the completion time corresponding to each problem is not later than the review form completion time;
and sending the completion time corresponding to each question to the personnel corresponding to each question.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and sending promotion information to the personnel corresponding to each question within a preset time away from the completion time, wherein the promotion information is used for promoting each personnel to complete the question.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving a question file returned by each of the persons after answering a question based on the question template, the method further comprises:
receiving signature information sent by each person;
and storing the signature information of each person and the question file returned by each person in the same file.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to generating a consolidated file based on each of the problem files and sending the consolidated file to a target computer device, the method further comprises:
checking whether the contents of the problem files have over-written and over-written contents, forbidden sentences and error punctuation marks by using a text recognition method;
if the problem file does not have the over-written content, forbidden sentences and wrong punctuation marks, copying the signature information of each person into the corresponding problem file;
and if the problem file has over-written contents, forbidden statements and wrong punctuation marks, returning the problem file to the personnel.
8. A review form processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a review form and reading the content of the review form, wherein the review form comprises M problems;
the generating module is used for generating M question templates based on the contents of the M questions and sending each question template to a person corresponding to the question in each question template;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving the question files returned by the personnel after answering the questions based on the question template, generating combined files based on the question files and sending the combined files to the target computer equipment.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
