Fig. 5 shows a flowchart of an operation and maintenance management method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the operation and maintenance control method is used for using a plurality of different approval interfaces to approve different types of operation and maintenance tasks, wherein the approval process of each approval interface includes the following steps:
in step S501, receiving an operation task to be approved; the operation and maintenance task is an operation and maintenance task to be executed on the target management and control role;
In step S502, approval information of the target management and control role corresponding to the operation and maintenance task is obtained;

In this embodiment, the approval interface may be a generic approval interface obtained by abstracting approval logic of different types of operation and maintenance tasks. An approval interface implements an approval logic that targets one type of operation and maintenance task because the approval logic of different types of operation and maintenance tasks is different. In practical applications, the number of approval interfaces is related to the number of task types supported by the operation and maintenance control, which is not limited herein. In the process of managing and controlling the management and control roles, the task decision module shown in fig. 1 can acquire the operation and maintenance tasks to be executed from the operation and maintenance management and control center and send the operation and maintenance tasks to the corresponding approval interfaces. The approval interface can approve the operation and maintenance task according to information required by approval, such as current state information of the role, after receiving an approval request of the operation and maintenance task.
The approval interface can acquire information required for approval from the management role through the management role management module. And the management and control role management module acquires information required by approval through interaction with the corresponding management and control roles, and returns the information to the approval interface.
After the approval interface finishes approval according to the information required by approval, the approval result is returned to the task decision module, and the task decision module is returned to the operation and maintenance management center. And the operation and maintenance management and control center can execute operation and maintenance tasks according to the approval result.
For details of operation and maintenance control in this embodiment, reference may also be made to the above description of the operation and maintenance control system in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and the operation and maintenance control method in the related embodiment, which are not described herein again.
In the operation and maintenance control process, the embodiment of the disclosure utilizes a general approval interface to approve the operation and maintenance task, and after the approval is completed, an approval result is returned to the operation and maintenance control center, and the operation and maintenance task is executed by the operation and maintenance control center. The method ensures that the management and control node does not need to perceive the internal logic and state information of the target management and control role, but a general target approval interface is responsible for acquiring information required for approval from the target management and control role so as to approve the operation and maintenance task to be executed, so that the management and control node does not need to carry out adaptive change when the internal logic of the role changes, and the development workload of a management and control side is reduced.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in step S502, the step of obtaining approval information of the target management and control role corresponding to the operation and maintenance task further includes the following steps:

In this optional implementation manner, because in the master-slave mode, all information of the slave role can be obtained from the master role, and the information on the master role is more comprehensive, and the service of the master role is more stable, when the approval interface approves the operation and maintenance task to be executed on the target management and control role, the information required by approval, such as the state information of the target management and control role, can be obtained from the master role of the target management and control role. It can be appreciated that in the case where the target management and control character itself is the master character, information required for approval can be directly obtained from the target management and control character.
In an alternative implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step of obtaining approval information of the target regulatory role from the main role of the target regulatory role further includes the following steps:

In order to prevent the failure of the master role from responding to the operation, the master role can correspond to a plurality of service machines, and only one service machine responds to the operation of the master role at each moment, and the other service machines are redundant machines, and the service machine responding to the operation is switched to the other service machine from the service machine responding to the operation at present only when the service machine responding to the operation fails and cannot normally operate. Therefore, after the main role is determined, the service machine of the current response operation can be found from the service machine list corresponding to the main role, and approval information of the target management role is obtained from the service machine of the current response operation.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in the step S602, that is, the step of obtaining the service machine list corresponding to the main role, at least one of the following steps is further included:
acquiring the service machine list from the local cache;
And acquiring the service machine list from an operation and maintenance management center.
In this alternative implementation, each machine may locally cache a list of machines corresponding to each different role; the operation and maintenance management center can also store machine lists corresponding to different roles. Therefore, in order to accurately locate the target service machine that is currently responding to the operation of the master role, the service machine list corresponding to the master role can be obtained from the local cache, that is, the local cache of the management and control node. The service machine list sequentially records the device information of all the service machines. Typically, the first of the list of service machines is the target service machine for the current responsive operation. By means of the mode of the embodiment of the disclosure, the target service machine of the main role of the current response operation can be always found in a normal operation environment through the local cache or the operation management and control center.
In an alternative implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in step S603, that is, a step of selecting a target service machine of a current response operation from the service machine list, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S701, an inquiry request is sequentially sent to the service machines according to the recording order in the service machine list;
in step S702, the target service machine is determined according to the inquiry request.
In this alternative implementation, as described above, the device information of the service machine and other standby service machines corresponding to the current response operation of the corresponding roles is sequentially recorded in the service machine list. The first device information recorded in the service machine list is typically the service machine currently in response to operation, but in the event of a failure or other unexpected event, the first may not be the service machine currently in response to operation if a machine switch is made. Therefore, in this embodiment, the inquiry requests may be sequentially sent to the service machines in the service machine list according to the recording order in the service machine list, and only the service machine currently responding to the inquiry requests can respond to the inquiry requests, so that when receiving the reply message, the service machine responding to the reply message may be determined to be the target service machine.
In some embodiments, in the event that a target service machine is determined, a new list of service machines may also be obtained from the target service machine (the first record in the list of service machines is the target service machine) and cached, while also being synchronized to other machines and the operation and maintenance management center.
In some embodiments, when all service machines in the machine service list are sequentially queried and a reply message of the target service machine is still not received, a retry may be performed until a reply of the target service machine is received.

The common distributed storage management and control system is based on specific logic processing of roles, and common defects of the method are as follows:

When the logic of the controlled role changes, the control system also synchronously changes, for example, the original role A needs to copy the data through the setting state A, if the logic of the role A changes, the control system can copy the data after changing to the setting state B, and the control system needs to be changed.
Both of the above drawbacks limit the scalability of existing distributed storage management systems.
Therefore, in the operation and maintenance management and control device provided by the embodiment, the operation and maintenance management and control of the managed roles is realized through a set of general management and control logic. In the operation and maintenance control device, the control node can acquire operation and maintenance tasks to be executed from an operation and maintenance control center in real time or periodically; and calling a corresponding target approval interface to approve according to the task type of the operation and maintenance task, wherein the target approval interface is universal and is specially responsible for the operation and maintenance task of the same type on all management and control roles, and for example, the universal upgrading approval interface is responsible for the software upgrading task of the configured management and control roles.
In this embodiment, a plurality of target approval interfaces may be preconfigured, specifically, according to the type of the operation and maintenance task that can be supported by the actual operation and maintenance management system, different types of operation and maintenance tasks have different approval logics, so that different approval interfaces may be corresponding to the same type of operation and maintenance task, and the approval logics of the same type of operation and maintenance task are the same, so that the same approval interface may be corresponding to the same approval interface.
The target approval interface can approve the operation and maintenance task according to the information required by approval related to the target management and control role corresponding to the operation and maintenance task, and the approval result can comprise which machines corresponding to the target management and control role can execute the operation and maintenance task, which machines can not execute the operation and maintenance task, and the like. Since the approval logics of different types of operation and maintenance tasks are different, the corresponding approval results are also different, and can be specifically set according to the actual situation, and the innovation of the embodiment of the disclosure is not in the approval logics of the operation and maintenance tasks, so that the invention is not limited herein.
After the approval of the target approval interface is finished, the approval result of the target approval interface can be output to the operation and maintenance management center, so that the operation and maintenance management center can execute operation and maintenance tasks according to the approval result. For example, the operation and maintenance management center may perform a software upgrade on a part of machines corresponding to the target management role according to the approval result, and not perform the software upgrade on another part of machines.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, an operation and maintenance task set by operation and maintenance personnel is acquired aiming at a target management and control role, a target approval interface corresponding to the operation and maintenance task is called to approve the operation and maintenance task, and an approval result is output to an operation and maintenance management and control center, so that the operation and maintenance management and control center executes the operation and maintenance task according to the approval result. According to the method, the approval flows of different types of operation and maintenance tasks can be abstracted into different general approval interfaces in advance, after the operation and maintenance tasks to be executed are obtained, the corresponding general approval interfaces are called according to the task types of the operation and maintenance tasks to be approved, and the operation and maintenance center executes the operation and maintenance tasks according to the approval results of the general approval interfaces, so that the operation and maintenance management center does not need to perceive internal logic and state information of a target management and control role, but rather, the interaction between the general approval interfaces and the target management and control role determines information required for approval, and the operation and maintenance tasks to be executed are approved, so that when the internal logic of the role changes, the management and control node does not need to be adaptively changed, and development workload of the management and control node is reduced.
In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus further includes:

In this optional implementation manner, when the operator adds a new role in the management and control node in this embodiment, only a configuration file of the new role needs to be provided, where the configuration file may include role information of the new added role, where the role information may include, but is not limited to, a name, a communication port, a corresponding main role, and the like of the new added role. After receiving the configuration file, the newly added management role may be added to a list of management roles currently managed by the management node, so that the management node can manage the newly added management role. When the management and control node acquires the operation and maintenance tasks from the operation and maintenance management and control center in real time or periodically, the operation and maintenance tasks to be executed on the newly added management and control roles are also acquired.
The configuration file may be configured and provided by an operator, and after receiving the configuration file including information of the name, the communication port, the master device, etc. of the target management and control role, it means that the target management and control role is managed and controlled by the current management and control node, so that the operation and maintenance task configured for the target management and control role is also approved and treated by the current management and control node. Therefore, after the operation and maintenance task aiming at the target management and control role is configured in the operation and maintenance management and control center, the operation and maintenance task is acquired from the operation and maintenance management and control center by the management and control node, the operation and maintenance task is distributed to the corresponding approval interface for approval, and then the approval result is returned to the operation and maintenance management and control center. By means of the method, an operator can bring the roles to be added into a general operation and maintenance control flow only by updating the configuration file (providing the newly added role configuration file for the newly added roles), so that the development workload of the control node cannot be increased by adding the new roles.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the first obtaining module 801 includes:
the first acquisition sub-module is configured to acquire the operation and maintenance task to be executed on at least one management and control role in the management and control role list from the operation and maintenance management center.

In an alternative implementation of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the calling module 802 includes:

As described above, different approval interfaces are used for approving different types of operation and maintenance tasks, the preset approval interfaces and the corresponding task types can be stored in a correlated manner in advance, and then the target approval interfaces matched with the current operation and maintenance tasks can be obtained by matching according to the correlated relationship.
Fig. 11 shows a block diagram of an operation and maintenance management device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 11, the operation and maintenance control device includes:
A second receiving module 1101 configured to receive an operation task to be approved; the operation and maintenance task is an operation and maintenance task to be executed on the target management and control role;

And the operation and maintenance management and control center can execute operation and maintenance tasks according to the approval result.
For details of operation and maintenance control in this embodiment, reference may also be made to the description of the operation and maintenance control system in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the description of the operation and maintenance control device in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, and the description of the operation and maintenance control device in the related embodiment will not be repeated here.
In the operation and maintenance control process, the embodiment of the disclosure utilizes a general approval interface to approve the operation and maintenance task, and after the approval is completed, an approval result is returned to the operation and maintenance control center, and the operation and maintenance task is executed by the operation and maintenance control center. In this alternative implementation, as described above, the device information of the service machine and other standby service machines corresponding to the current response operation of the corresponding roles is sequentially recorded in the service machine list. The first device information recorded in the service machine list is typically the service machine currently in response to operation, but in the event of a failure or other unexpected event, the first may not be the service machine currently in response to operation if a machine switch is made. Therefore, in this embodiment, the inquiry requests may be sequentially sent to the service machines in the service machine list according to the recording order in the service machine list, and only the service machine currently responding to the inquiry requests can respond to the inquiry requests, so that when receiving the reply message, the service machine responding to the reply message may be determined to be the target service machine.
In some embodiments, in the event that a target service machine is determined, a new list of service machines may also be obtained from the target service machine (the first record in the list of service machines is the target service machine) and cached, while also being synchronized to other machines and the operation and maintenance management center.
In some embodiments, when all service machines in the machine service list are sequentially queried and a reply message of the target service machine is still not received, a retry may be performed until a reply of the target service machine is received.
Fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device suitable for use in implementing the operation and maintenance control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 14, the electronic apparatus 1400 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1401 that can execute various processes in the embodiments of the above-described method of the present disclosure according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1402 or a program loaded from a storage section 1408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1403. In the RAM1403, various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic device 1400 are also stored. The CPU1401, ROM1402, and RAM1403 are connected to each other through a bus 1404. An input/output (I/O) interface 1405 is also connected to the bus 1404.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1405: an input section 1406 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1407 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, a speaker, and the like; a storage section 1408 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 1409 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, and the like. The communication section 1409 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 1410 is also connected to the I/O interface 1405 as needed. Removable media 1411, such as magnetic disks, optical disks, magneto-optical disks, semiconductor memory, and the like, is installed as needed on drive 1410 so that a computer program read therefrom is installed as needed into storage portion 1408.

and acquiring approval information of the target management and control role from the target service machine.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein obtaining the list of service machines corresponding to the primary role comprises at least one of:
Acquiring the service machine list from a local cache;
And acquiring the service machine list from an operation and maintenance management center.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein selecting a target service machine from the list of service machines that is currently responding to operation comprises:
sequentially sending inquiry requests to the service machines according to the recording sequence in the service machine list;
And determining the target service machine according to the inquiry request.
