the side frame 22 is attached to the outer side surface of the side wall 12, the inner side surface of the side frame 22 is provided with a avoiding groove 123 corresponding to the upper clamping hole 231, and the avoiding groove 123 is communicated with the upper clamping hole 231 and penetrates through the lower surface of the side frame 22.

the top surface of the upper catching projection 131 is flush with or slightly lower than the top surface of the top rim 21, thus ensuring flatness of the upper surface of the top rim 21. In order to compensate for the weakened clamping strength due to the height limitation, the circumferential width of the upper clamping projection 131 is greater than the circumferential width of the side clamping projection 132. The top surface of the side clamping protrusion 132 and the joint of the side clamping protrusion 132, which deviates from the side wall 12, are formed with a guiding inclined plane 132a, so that when the bottom case 10 is used as a fixing reference to assemble the rubber frame 20 from top to bottom, the guiding inclined plane 132a on the side clamping protrusion 132 abuts against the lower edge of the side frame 22, and the side clamping hole 232 can be guided to be rapidly sleeved on the side clamping protrusion 132.

Claims (10)

1. The narrow frame structure of the automobile central control is arranged on a central control console of an automobile, and comprises a bottom shell (10) and a rubber frame (20), wherein the bottom shell (10) is made of metal materials, the bottom shell (10) comprises a bottom wall (11) and a side wall (12) extending upwards from the outer edge of the bottom wall (11), the side wall (12) is provided with a plurality of clamping structures (13) along the circumferential direction surrounding the inner cavity of the bottom shell (10), the rubber frame (20) comprises a top frame (21) and a side frame (22), the top frame (21) and the bottom wall (11) are arranged oppositely, the inner side surface of the top frame (21) is used for limiting the outer surface of the outermost film layer of the display screen of the automobile central control, and the side frame (22) is attached to the side wall (12); the rubber frame (20) is provided with a plurality of clamping matching structures (23) which are clamped with the clamping structures (13) one by one, and is characterized in that,
the side wall (12) is provided with a plurality of slots (121), each slot (121) is arranged between two clamping structures (13) which are adjacent in the circumferential direction, the slots (121) extend in the vertical direction, the depth of each slot (121) is close to or equal to the height of the side wall (12), and two sides of each slot (121) form a plug-in part (14);
the rubber frame (20) is further provided with a plurality of slot structures (24) corresponding to the slot slots (121) one by one, each slot structure (24) comprises an outer clamping portion (241), a connecting portion (242) and an inner clamping portion (243), the outer clamping portion (241) and the inner clamping portion (243) are arranged oppositely, the connecting portion (242) is connected with two opposite surfaces of the outer clamping portion (241) and the inner clamping portion (243) in a centered mode so that a slot (244) is formed on two sides of the connecting portion (242) respectively, the connecting portion (242) is embedded in the slot slots (121), the two slot grooves (244) of the slot structures (24) are respectively connected with the inserting portions (14) on two sides of the slot slots (121) in an inserting mode, and the height of an effective limiting surface between the slot grooves (244) and the limiting portions (14) is equal to or close to the depth of the slot slots (121).

The narrow bezel structure of a vehicle center console as recited in claim 1, wherein an inner wall surface of said side wall (12) has a reference plane defining an effective cavity of said bottom case (10), said slot structure (24) being located outside an extension plane of said reference plane.

The narrow side frame structure of the automobile central console according to claim 2, wherein the side wall (12) is provided with a plurality of outward bulges in the circumferential direction to form outer bulges (122), the outer bulges (122) are provided with the slots (121), and the insertion parts (14) on both sides of the slots (121) form the tops of the outer bulges (122); the side frame (22) is attached to the outer side face of the side wall (12), and the side frame (22) is provided with an inner concave portion (221) matched with the outer bulge portion (122).

The narrow bezel structure of a vehicle center console according to claim 3, wherein a rounded corner (121a) is formed at a connection point of both side wall surfaces of the slit (121) and the top surface of the side wall (12), and a first guide bevel (242a) is formed at a connection point of a lower surface of the connecting portion (242) and both side wall surfaces in a circumferential direction of the connecting portion (242).
5. The narrow bezel structure of the vehicle center console according to claim 4, wherein a connection joint of a lower surface of said inner clip portion (243) and a face of said inner clip portion (243) facing said outer clip portion (241) is formed with a second guiding bevel (243 a).

The narrow bezel structure of the vehicle center console according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein a space avoiding cavity (30) is formed between an inner side surface of a side portion of the inner recess portion (221) and an outer side surface of a side portion of the outer protuberance portion (122).
7. The narrow bezel structure of the vehicle center console according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the connecting portion (242) and the inner clip portion (243) are formed to extend downward from the bottom surface of the top bezel (21).
8. The narrow bezel structure of a vehicle center control of any of claims 1 to 4,
the clamping structure (13) comprises an upper clamping protrusion (131) arranged on the top surface of the side wall (12), and the upper clamping protrusion (131) is provided with a positive limiting surface and a negative limiting surface which face to and depart from the center of the bottom shell (10) respectively;
the top frame (21) is erected on the top surface of the side wall (12), the clamping matching structure (23) comprises an upper clamping hole (231) formed in the top frame (21), the upper clamping hole (231) is clamped with the upper clamping protrusion (131), and the upper clamping hole (231) and the upper clamping protrusion (131) are in limit matching in the direction towards and away from the center of the bottom shell (10) respectively;
the side frame (22) is attached to the outer side face of the side wall (12), a avoiding groove (123) is formed in the inner side face of the side frame (22) corresponding to the upper clamping hole (231), and the avoiding groove (123) is communicated with the upper clamping hole (231) and penetrates through the lower surface of the side frame (22).
9. The narrow bezel structure of a vehicle center control of claim 8,
the clamping structure (13) further comprises a side clamping protrusion (132) on the outer side surface of the side wall (12), and the side clamping protrusion (132) is provided with a downward limiting surface; the clamping matching structure (23) further comprises a side clamping hole (232) formed in the side frame (22), the side clamping hole (232) is clamped with the side clamping protrusion (132), and the lower edge of the side clamping hole (232) is abutted to the lower limiting surface of the side clamping protrusion (132);
the top surface of the upper clamping projection (131) is flush with or slightly lower than the top surface of the top frame (21), and the circumferential width of the upper clamping projection (131) is greater than that of the side clamping projection (132); the top surface of the side clamping protrusion (132) and the joint of one surface of the side clamping protrusion (132) departing from the side wall (12) are provided with guide inclined planes (132 a).
10. The automobile central control is characterized by comprising a display screen, a backlight source and the narrow frame structure of the automobile central control according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the display screen and the backlight source are both arranged in an inner cavity of the bottom shell (10), the backlight source is positioned at the rear side or the periphery of the display screen, and the outer surface of the outermost film layer of the display screen is attached to the inner side surface of the top frame (21).
