Description

Reflective fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of reflective materials, in particular to a reflective fabric capable of emitting colored light and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the existing preparation method of the reflecting material is to plant beads on a PET film, scatter glass beads on a composite adhesive surface, then carry out vacuum aluminizing on the bead surface, then compound a layer of composite adhesive on a base fabric, then carry out hot pressing compounding with the bead-planted film, and transfer the glass beads to the composite adhesive. The preparation method has the following problems that firstly, dust is easily generated in the production process, so that the front and back surfaces of the prepared product are provided with glass beads in different degrees, the waste of the glass beads is caused, the surface state of a reflecting material is not good, and sensitive people can have an allergy phenomenon; secondly, the aluminum coating or silver coating exists below the glass beads, which is easily corroded by sweat stain and the like, and influences the appearance (the reflection degree is influenced), and thirdly, the phenomenon that the composite adhesive falls off or the glass beads fall off is easily caused when the reflective cloth is rubbed, especially in winter.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the existing preparation process of the reflective material, the invention provides the reflective fabric and the preparation method thereof, and the product has no floating beads and does not have the low-temperature tortuous whitening phenomenon by adopting the blending process of glue and beads.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a reflecting fabric is formed by sequentially connecting base cloth, a PU coating, a plating layer and bead mixing glue.
The base fabric includes chemical fiber fabric, pongee fabric and nylon fabric, but is not limited to the fabrics.
The PU coating is a polyurethane coating, and the fabric after being coated is full in hand feeling, elastic and filmy on the surface. The PU coating is soft and elastic; the coating has good strength and can be used for a very thin coating; the coating is porous and has moisture and air permeability; wear resistance, moisture resistance and dry cleaning resistance.
The plating layer is vacuum aluminized or silvered.
The invention adopts the blending process of the glue and the beads, thereby not only improving the working environment without raising dust, but also leading the product to have no floating beads and simultaneously avoiding the low-temperature bending whitening phenomenon. The bead mixing glue is composed of the following components in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002924882910000011
Figure BDA0002924882910000021
wherein the curing agent is selected from one of isocyanate curing agent, aziridine curing agent, amino curing agent and epoxy curing agent. Preferably, the isocyanate curing agent is selected from one of Kostew L-75, 3300, 3390 and N-75, and has good chemical resistance, weather resistance, excellent gloss retention and mechanical properties as the curing agent of the light-resistant polyurethane coating.
The bead mixing glue comprises pigment, and can emit colored light, not just white light, under the irradiation of a light source, and the refractive index of the glass beads is 1.5-2.2.
The solvent is one or two of water, ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate, butanone and toluene. The solvent has good miscibility with the curing agent, and the prepared solution has stability.
The auxiliary agent comprises a coupling agent and a wetting agent, and the coupling agent is preferably KH 560.
The preparation method of the reflective fabric comprises the steps of firstly coating a PU coating on a base fabric, then rolling and flattening the base fabric on a calender, then carrying out vacuum plating on the surface of the calendered coating, then coating the mixed bead glue on the surface of the plated layer, and drying and rolling the coated layer through a drying tunnel to obtain the reflective fabric.
Preferably, the drying tunnel temperature is based on the boiling point of the solvent, and the drying tunnel temperature exceeds the boiling point.
The calendering condition after coating the PU coating is 100-250 ℃, the pressure is 2-10kgf/cm, the PU coating is almost in the cloth seam, the thickness is very thin, the aim is to ensure that the coating is smooth, and a mirror surface effect is formed during aluminum plating, so that the reflection effect of the aluminum plating layer is better.
Preferably, the thickness of the plating layer is 1-500nm, and the thickness of the bead mixing glue is 10-150 um.
Preferably, the coating is carried out using a curved doctor blade which is matched to the composite roll.
The invention adopts a coating method containing glass beads to firmly fix the glass beads on the coating, so that the glass beads are not loosened, and the coating is effectively isolated and protected with the PU soft coating to achieve the sandwich effect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the prepared reflective fabric has no phenomenon of floating beads falling off, so that the human body is prevented from being injured;
(2) the working environment is improved, and the health of workers is facilitated;
(3) effectively protecting the plating layer and preventing the appearance from being influenced by corrosion;
(4) avoiding the phenomenon of zigzag whitening in cold weather.
