The elastic leather grain hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane shoe lining leather has excellent air permeability, and the leather grain effect and the hand feeling are similar to those of real leather shoe lining leather.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to preparation of polyurethane synthetic leather, in particular to breathable elastic leather hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane leather and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The natural leather, also called as genuine leather, is a natural polymer material obtained by the physical and chemical processing of animal leather such as unhairing, tanning and the like, and becomes the best fabric for manufacturing shoes due to the characteristics of softness, comfort, durability and air permeability. However, since the dermis is produced from animal epidermis, it cannot be mass-produced and cannot satisfy the increasing demand of human beings. The synthetic leather product has rich and various appearances and hand feeling similar to real leather, thereby becoming the most ideal substitute of natural leather.
Compared with natural leather, the synthetic leather products in the current market are often stiff in hand feeling and insufficient in leather feeling, so that the application and popularization of the synthetic leather on high-grade shoe products are limited. Meanwhile, the synthetic leather product has the problem of poor air permeability, and the phenomenon of stuffy feet when the shoes are worn after being made; in addition, shoe lining leather is easy to be hydrolyzed and pulverized after being contacted with foot sweat for a long time, and the durability of the shoe is affected.
Along with the improvement of living standard, people put forward higher requirements on the comfortableness and the durability of shoes, and the shoe lining leather with good leather grain effect and excellent hydrolysis resistance is developed, can meet the requirements of consumers, expands the application of synthetic leather in the market of high-grade shoes, and has an optimistic market advance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the breathable elastic leather-grain hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane leather and the preparation method thereof.
A breathable elastic leather grain hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane leather comprises base cloth, wherein a bonding layer is bonded to the surface of the base cloth, and an anti-sticking layer is coated on the surface of the bonding layer through a middle layer; the bonding layer slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
in a further scheme, the base cloth is an elastic knitted cloth with two raised surfaces.
In a further scheme, the middle layer slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
according to a further scheme, the anti-sticking layer slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the breathable elastic grain hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane leather, which comprises the following steps:
(1) coating the anti-sticking layer slurry on release paper in a gapless coating and scraping mode, and drying and curing to form an anti-sticking layer; coating the intermediate layer slurry on the anti-sticking layer according to a gap of 0.15-0.20 mm, and drying and curing to form an intermediate layer;
(2) coating the adhesive layer slurry on the intermediate layer to form an adhesive layer with the thickness of 0.10-0.15mm, attaching the base cloth on the adhesive layer, drying at the temperature of 120-140 ℃, and cooling and stripping the release paper to obtain a semi-finished product;
(3) and (5) carrying out dry kneading on the semi-finished product in a continuous kneading machine for 10-15 minutes to obtain a finished product.
Further, the temperature for drying and curing in the step (1) is 100-130 ℃.
The polyether polyurethane resins SA-36, L T-95 and ST-8030PC are produced by Nippon polyurethane new material company Limited, wherein L T-95 has high modulus and has dry and wear-resistant effects, ST-8030PC has low modulus and soft hand feeling, SA-36 has the characteristics of low modulus, soft hand feeling and excellent hydrolysis resistance, the flatting agent BYK-9565 is a flatting agent produced by German Bike chemical additives, color paste and a solvent DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide) are commercially available, and solvents ETAC (ethyl acetate) and DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide) are commercially available.
The hand feeling and the air permeability of the finished leather are adjusted by mainly adjusting the coating thickness of the middle layer and the proportion of the bonding layer, wherein the bonding layer takes ETAC and DMF as solvents, the polarity of ETAC is weak, the corrosion capability to the middle layer is weak, the penetration to a cloth base is less, and the hand feeling after the bonding is soft; the DMF has strong polarity, strong erosion capacity to the intermediate layer, and can promote the opening of the intermediate layer and increase the air permeability; but the adhesive has much penetration to the cloth base and has slightly poor hand feeling after being attached. According to the invention, the product with the hand feeling and the air permeability meeting the requirements can be obtained by adjusting the solvent ratio of the bonding layer, the process is simple to operate, and processes such as adding an air permeability auxiliary agent or punching by needling, forming holes on the surface and the like are not needed.
In addition, compared with the traditional polyurethane synthetic leather, the polyurethane synthetic leather has the outstanding characteristics that:
(1) the polyurethane leather prepared by the invention has excellent air permeability and can be used as shoe lining leather;
(2) the polyurethane leather prepared by the invention has soft hand feeling and ideal dermatoglyph effect, and has the effect similar to that of the lining leather of the pigskin shoes;
(3) the polyurethane leather prepared by the invention has ideal hydrolysis resistance due to no wet foaming layer, and the durability of the polyurethane leather is obviously improved.
