Description

Underground constant-pressure gas storage device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compressed gas storage, in particular to an underground constant-pressure gas storage device.
Background
The storage of compressed gas is of great significance for industrial production and daily life, such as natural gas, medical oxygen, compressed air energy storage and the like for thermal power plants. In most cases, the user of compressed gas has certain requirements on the quality of the supply gas, in particular the stability of the supply gas pressure. Therefore, the outlet pressure of the gas supply device at least needs to be ensured to be not lower than the pressure required by a user, when the gas in the gas supply device is discharged to the pressure lower than the pressure required by the user, the external gas supply has to be stopped, and the residual low-pressure gas remains in the gas supply device and cannot be utilized, so that the utilization rate of stored gas is low; on the other hand, in some cases, such as in a compressed air energy storage system, since a large amount of air needs to be compressed and stored in the air storage device, the air compression apparatus has to continuously adjust the operation condition as the pressure in the air storage device increases, which complicates the operation of the compression apparatus, and the operation deviating from the designed operation condition deteriorates the working life of the air compression apparatus. In addition, the large-capacity gas storage device also has the disadvantages of overlarge occupied area and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide an underground constant-pressure gas storage device, which solves the technical problem of unstable internal pressure of the gas storage device in the inflation process or the deflation process.
(II) technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an underground constant-pressure gas storage device, which is characterized in that: the pressure well is fixed on a gas storage chamber at the lower part of the pressure well, a compressed gas pipeline which is arranged at the top of the gas storage chamber and connected with an external gas source or a gas load is positioned in a balance hole at the bottom of the gas storage chamber and communicated with a hydraulic pipeline at the lower part of the pressure well and a high-level liquid source, and a pressurizing branch and a pressure relief branch on the hydraulic pipeline.
The pressurizing branch and the pressure relief branch are arranged on the upper part of the pressure well.
And the pressurizing branch is provided with a flow regulating valve.
The pressure relief branch is connected with the liquid pump.
(III) advantageous effects
According to the underground constant-pressure gas storage device, the pressure of the gas storage chamber is adjusted by means of natural gravity of a high-level water source, so that constant internal pressure can be kept in the inflation process and the deflation process, and the requirement of stable working conditions is met; meanwhile, the gas storage device is arranged underground, so that the floor area of the large-capacity gas storage device can be effectively reduced.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; may be mechanically coupled, may be electrically coupled or may be in communication with each other; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Fig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of a constant pressure gas storage device according to the present invention, in which. As shown in the figure, the constant-pressure gas storage device comprises a gas storage chamber 1, an air bag well 2, a hydraulic pipeline 3, a compressed gas pipeline 1.1, a balance hole 1.2, a pressurizing branch 3.1 and a pressure relief branch 3.2, wherein a flow regulating valve 3.1.1 is arranged on the pressurizing branch 3.1.
The position of the constant-pressure gas storage device can be selected at a place close to a water source, such as a lake, a seaside and the like, the pressure well 2 is processed manually, and the depth of the pressure well 2 is determined according to the gas storage pressure, namely the gas storage pressure is equivalent to the liquid injection pressure of the depth of the pressure well 2; the pressurizing branch 3.1 is generally lower than the water source liquid level so as to facilitate the liquid to naturally flow into the pressure well 2 for pressurization by means of gravity; a liquid pump is arranged on the pressure relief branch 3.2, and liquid in the pressure well 2 can be pumped out through the liquid pump.
Specifically, when the gas storage chamber is inflated, the flow control valve 3.1.1 is closed, liquid in the pressure well 2 is pumped out through the pressure relief branch 3.2 by means of the liquid pumping pump, the liquid level in the pressure well 2 is lowered, the pressure outside the gas storage chamber 1 is lowered, the liquid in the gas storage chamber 1 flows out through the balance hole 1.2 under the action of gravity, the pressure in the gas storage chamber 1 is lowered, so that an external gas source can conveniently inflate the gas storage chamber 1, and meanwhile, the pressure change can be controlled by adjusting the flow of the pumping liquid; during the gassing, open flow control valve 3.1.1, liquid gets into pressure well 2 through pressurizing branch road 3.1 under the action of gravity, and the liquid level in pressure well 2 rises, the outside pressure of gas receiver 1 rises, liquid gets into gas receiver 1 by balancing hole 1.2 to improve the gassing pressure of gas receiver 1, can control pressure variation through adjusting 3.1.1's valve aperture simultaneously.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
