Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of automobile clutch structures, and particularly relates to an integral corrugated sheet of a clutch driven disc, which comprises an inner ring and a corrugated sheet arranged on the periphery of the inner ring. The wave-shaped sheet is provided with a forming step towards the back, and the wave-shaped sheet is uniformly provided with a plurality of U-shaped notches and/or grooves along the circumferential direction. Claims (6)
1. The integral corrugated sheet of clutch driven disc includes inner ring and corrugated sheet around the inner ring, and features that the corrugated sheet is formed in two directions, i.e. forward and backward, with the inner ring as reference plane.
2. The clutch driven plate integral wave plate according to claim 1, wherein the wave plate is provided with two forming steps forward.
3. The clutch driven plate integral wave plate according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the wave plate is provided with a forming step rearward.
4. The clutch driven plate integral wave plate according to claim 1, wherein the wave height of the forward formed step of the wave plate is 0.1-0.5 mm.
5. The clutch driven plate integral wave plate according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the wave height of the backward formed step of the wave plate is 0.1-0.3 mm.
6. The unitary wave plate of claim 1 wherein said wave plate is circumferentially uniformly provided with a plurality of U-shaped notches and/or slots.
