Abstract
一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承。本发明涉及一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承。本发明为克服推力轴承存在不能同时承载轴向载荷和径向载荷,承载力低和产生边缘应力的问题。一种滚动体推力轴承,所述多个滚动体安装在保持架上;所述滚动体为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述保持架端面加工有多个与滚动体相匹配的兜孔,所述保持架上的兜孔为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述多个滚动体滚动安装在保持架的兜孔上,兜孔的数量与滚动体的数量对应,所述轴圈的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体一侧的曲面上,所述轴圈与滚动体曲面的接触处加工成圆弧,所述座圈的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体另一侧的曲面上,所述座圈与滚动体曲面的接触处加工成圆弧。本发明属于推力轴承领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及推力轴承,特别涉及一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承。
背景技术
当前推力轴承结构形式按滚动体形状主要为推力球轴承、推力滚子轴承,推力球轴承优点为在承担一定轴向载荷的同时可以承担少量的径向载荷,缺点是承载能力不高;推力滚子轴承优点为承载能力较大,缺点是不能承担径向载荷且不佳的设计使用容易产生较大边缘应力。
现有技术中推力轴承存在不能同时承载轴向载荷和径向载荷,承载力低和产生边缘应力的问题。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术中推力轴承存在不能同时承载轴向载荷和径向载荷,承载力低和产生边缘应力的问题,从而提供一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种滚动体推力轴承,包括轴圈、座圈、保持架和多个滚动体,所述轴圈和座圈之间设置有保持架,所述多个滚动体安装在保持架上;
所述滚动体为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述保持架端面加工有多个与滚动体相匹配的兜孔,所述保持架上的兜孔为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述多个滚动体滚动安装在保持架的兜孔上,兜孔的数量与滚动体的数量对应,所述轴圈的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体一侧的曲面上,所述轴圈与滚动体曲面的接触处加工成圆弧,所述座圈的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体另一侧的曲面上,所述座圈与滚动体曲面的接触处加工成圆弧。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下效果:
本发明将滚动体设置成马鞍形,轴圈和座圈与滚动体曲面接触处均设计与滚动体相匹配的圆弧结构,该结构轴承可以同时承担轴向和径向载荷,可允许一定的工作偏差,承载能力强且不产生边缘应力。

具体实施方式一:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种滚动体推力轴承,包括轴圈1、座圈2、保持架3和多个滚动体4,所述轴圈1和座圈2之间设置有保持架3,所述多个滚动体4安装在保持架3上;
所述滚动体4为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述保持架3端面加工有多个与滚动体4相匹配的兜孔5,所述保持架3上的兜孔5为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述多个滚动体4滚动安装在保持架3的兜孔5上,兜孔5的数量与滚动体4的数量对应,所述轴圈1的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体4一侧的曲面上,所述轴圈1与滚动体4曲面的接触处加工成圆弧,所述座圈2的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体4另一侧的曲面上,所述座圈2与滚动体4曲面的接触处加工成圆弧。
具体实施方式二:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式的所述轴圈1另一侧端面的安装孔加工有内螺纹。设置成内螺纹比外螺纹容易安装。其他与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式的所述座圈2另一侧端面的安装孔加工有内螺纹。设置成内螺纹比外螺纹容易安装。其他与具体实施方式一或二相同。
具体实施方式四:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述滚动体4的材质为高温轴承钢。其他与具体实施方式一或二或三相同。
具体实施方式五:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述保持架3的材质为塑料。
如此设置是因为保持架3是注塑成型的,保持架3很软,滚动体4用力挤压就可以进入兜孔5内。其他与具体实施方式一或二或三或四相同。
具体实施方式六:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述保持架3上兜孔5的个数为10、12或14个。其他与具体实施方式一或二或三或四或五相同。
具体实施方式七:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述滚动体4个数为10、12或14个。其他与具体实施方式一或二或三或四或五或六相同。
具体实施方式八:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式:所述保持架3上兜孔5为双凸出锁点马鞍形曲面回转结构。
如此设置可以锁紧滚动体防止从保持架中脱出又可以引导马鞍形滚动体稳定运转。其他与具体实施方式一或二或三或四或五或六或七相同。

1.一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,包括轴圈(1)、座圈(2)、保持架(3)和多个滚动体(4),所述轴圈(1)和座圈(2)之间设置有保持架(3),所述多个滚动体(4)安装在保持架(3)上;
其特征在于:所述滚动体(4)为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述保持架(3)端面加工有多个与滚动体(4)相匹配的兜孔(5),所述保持架(3)上的兜孔(5)为马鞍形曲面回转结构,所述多个滚动体(4)滚动安装在保持架(3)的兜孔(5)上,兜孔(5)的数量与滚动体(4)的数量对应,所述轴圈(1)的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体(4)一侧的曲面上,所述轴圈(1)与滚动体(4)曲面的接触处加工成圆弧,所述座圈(2)的一侧端面设置在多个滚动体(4)另一侧的曲面上,所述座圈(2)与滚动体(4)曲面的接触处加工成圆弧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述轴圈(1)另一侧端面的安装孔加工有内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述座圈(2)另一侧端面的安装孔加工有内螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动体(4)的材质为高温轴承钢。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架(3)的材质为塑料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架(3)上兜孔(5)的个数为10、12或14个。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动体(4)个数为10、12或14个。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种马鞍形滚动体推力轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架(3)上兜孔(5)为双凸出锁点马鞍形曲面回转结构。
