Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a decorative cover and a peel-off repairing member according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate. The decorative cover and the stripping and repairing member are used for stripping and repairing surface finishing materials such as exterior wall tiles, plastering mortar and the like. In the present embodiment, the decorative cover and the peeling and repairing member will be described by taking, as an example, repairing performed when a tile (surface material) of a wall is peeled from a structural body. As shown in fig. 1, the peeling and repairing member 1 is used for bonding and repairing a tile 5 (surface material) peeled from a main structure 4 of a wall surface of an external wall 2, and includes an anchor pin 10 having an injection hole and a decorative cover 20.
Anchor pin with injection hole
An anchor pin 10 having an injection hole is inserted into a hole 3 formed in an outer wall 2 of a building. The exterior wall 2 is configured to include a structural body 4 and tiles 5. The tiles 5 are attached to the structural body 4 by mortar 5 a. When the tile 5 is peeled off from the structure body 4, the setting hole 3 is penetrated from the tile 5 and the mortar 5a in the peeled portion to the structure body 4.
The anchor pin 10 with the injection hole is formed of metal. The anchor pin 10 with an injection hole has a bottomed cylindrical shape and has an injection hole 11 formed therein. A filler of a resin material such as an epoxy adhesive 7 is injected into the injection hole 11. The anchor pin 10 with an injection hole includes a cylindrical portion 12 and a bottom portion 13, and the cylindrical portion 12 and the bottom portion 13 define the injection hole 11. The cylindrical portion 12 has an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the hole 3. The bottom portion 13 is formed at the tip of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole (the end portion of the anchor pin 10 on the side inserted into the depth side of the hole 3). A slit 14 is formed on the distal end side of the cylindrical portion 12 so that the distal end portion of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole is bifurcated. The slit 14 extends in the axial direction and is continuously formed across the bottom 13. The slit 14 allows the adhesive 7 injected into the injection hole 11 to flow out to the outside of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole. An inner cone (japanese: middle jade) (not shown) is inserted into the slit 14. By making the inner cone enter the slit 14, the slit 14 is opened. The length of the slit 14 is about half of the length of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole. The insertion depth of anchor pin 10 with an injection hole into hole 3 is set so that slit 14 faces gap 6 generated between structure body 4 and mortar 5 a.
A circumferential groove 16 extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the distal end portion of the tube portion 12. The peripheral groove 16 is continuously formed so as to intersect the slit 14. A plurality of circumferential grooves 16 (three rows in the present embodiment) are provided at intervals in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 12. The circumferential groove 16 allows the adhesive 7 flowing out of the slit 14 to flow in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface of the tube portion 12 and fill the space between the circumferential groove 16 and the inner circumferential surface of the hole 3.
A flange 17 having an outer peripheral surface with an increased diameter is formed at the base end portion of the cylindrical portion 12 (the end portion of the hole 3 closer to the front opening side). The anchor pin 10 with an injection hole is fixed to the hole 3 to a predetermined depth by engaging the flange 17 with the enlarged diameter portion 3a formed at the opening end of the hole 3.
< decorative cover >
The cosmetic cover 20 is a member for closing the base end portion of the injection hole 11 of the anchor pin 10 having the injection hole. As also shown in fig. 2 to 5, the trim cover 20 includes a cover portion 21 and a rod portion 22. The cap 21 and the lever 22 are formed of different members, and the cap 21 is fitted to the lever 22.
The lid 21 is a member for closing the front end of the hole 3 and is made of metal. As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the cover portion 21 includes a flange portion 23 and a body portion 24. The flange portion 23 is formed to have the same inner diameter as the inner diameter of the hole 3 and covers the opening of the hole 3. The surface of the flange portion 23 is formed in a flat shape, and a tapered portion 23a whose diameter decreases toward the depth side is formed on the back surface (the side closer to the inside of the hole 3) of the flange portion 23. The body portion 24 is formed integrally with the flange portion 23, and stands up from the center of the flange portion 23 perpendicularly to the flange portion 23. The body portion 24 has a cylindrical shape and is fitted into a mounting hole 25 of the rod portion 22, which will be described later. The upright base end portion of the body portion 24 has a small diameter. A tapered portion 24a whose diameter decreases as it goes toward the distal end is formed at the distal end portion of the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 24. A reduced diameter portion 24b is formed at a base end portion of the body portion 24 on the flange portion 23 side (base end portion of the rod portion 22). When the hole 3 is inclined from the direction perpendicular to the surface of the outer wall 2, the body portion 24 is bent to make the flange portion 23 flush with the surface of the outer wall 2, but since the reduced diameter portion 24b is thinner than the other portions, stress concentrates on the reduced diameter portion 24b to bend the reduced diameter portion 24 b. That is, the reduced diameter portion 24b is a portion that guides the bending position when the main body portion 24 is bent with respect to the flange portion 23.
As shown in fig. 1, the stem 22 is a member inserted into the injection hole 11 and is formed of resin. As also shown in fig. 2 and 4, the shaft portion 22 has a cylindrical shape. A mounting hole 25 into which the body portion 24 of the cap portion 21 is inserted is formed in the base end portion of the rod portion 22. The mounting hole 25 has an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the main body portion 24, and extends in the axial direction. The body portion 24 is fitted in the mounting hole 25. A tapered portion 22a, which is reduced in diameter as it goes toward the tip, is formed at the tip of the outer peripheral surface of the rod portion 22. A slit 26 is formed at the tip of the lever 22. By providing the slit 26, the tip end portion of the lever 22 is bifurcated, and a space 27 is formed inside the slit 26.
The stem 22 includes a full circumferential rib 28 and a discontinuous rib 29. The entire circumferential rib 28 is formed along the outer circumferential surface of the rod portion 22 on the proximal end side, and extends annularly over the entire circumference of the outer circumferential surface in the circumferential direction. The entire circumferential rib 28 has an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the injection hole 11 (an optimum ratio with respect to the inner diameter of the injection hole 11). The optimum ratio with respect to the inner diameter of the injection hole 11 is a ratio of the outer diameter at which the entire circumferential rib 28 can be pressed into the injection hole 11 while being deformed. A plurality of (two in the present embodiment) circumferential ribs 28 are provided at intervals in the axial longitudinal direction of the rod portion 22. The discontinuous rib 29 is formed along the outer peripheral surface of the tip end side of the stem portion 22, and intermittently extends in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface. The discontinuous rib 29 has an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the injection hole 11 (an optimum ratio with respect to the inner diameter of the injection hole 11) as in the case of the entire circumferential rib 28. The optimum ratio with respect to the inner diameter of the injection hole 11 is a ratio of the outer diameter of the discontinuous rib 29 that can be pressed into the injection hole 11 while being deformed. The discontinuous rib 29 is provided at a position where the slit 26 is formed, and a position of the discontinuous rib 29 corresponding to the slit 26 is cut off. Therefore, the discontinuous rib 29 is cut away at two places intersecting the slit 26 in the circumferential direction. That is, the discontinuous rib 29 is formed of two circular arc-shaped ribs 29a and 29a (see fig. 2 and 4). A plurality of (two in the present embodiment) discontinuous ribs 29 are provided at intervals in the axial length direction of the stem portion 22. The two full- circumference ribs 28, 28 and the two discontinuous ribs 29, 29 are disposed at arbitrary intervals in the axial length direction.
Next, with reference to fig. 6 and 1, a typical installation procedure of the decorative cover 20 and the peel-off repair member 1 having the above-described structure will be described, and an operation and an effect will be described. The construction for installing the peeling and repairing member 1 includes a hole forming step, an anchor pin inserting step with an injection hole, a filler injecting step, and a trim cover inserting step.
The hole forming process is a process of forming a hole 3 in the outer wall 2 of the building. As shown in fig. 6 (a), in the drilling step, the installation hole 3 is inserted from the tile 5, the mortar 5a to the structure body 4 at a position where the mortar 5a to which the tile 5 adheres is peeled off from the structure body 4 to form the gap 6. The depth of the hole 3 is set to a depth such that the slit 14 of the inserted anchor pin 10 with an injection hole faces the gap 6. An enlarged diameter portion 3a is formed at the opening end of the hole 3.
The anchor pin insertion step with an injection hole is a step of inserting the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole into the hole 3. In the anchor pin inserting step with an injection hole, the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole is inserted into the hole 3 with the inner taper inserted into the slit 14 of the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole. The base end of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole is struck by a jig such as a mallet, and the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole is pressed into the deep part of the hole 3. After the base end of the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole reaches the wall surface of the outer wall 2, a knock-in rod (Japanese: knock ち Write み rod) is brought into contact with the base end of the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole and further knocked in, and the flange portion 17 is fitted to the enlarged diameter portion 3a of the hole 3, thereby fixing the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole. At this point, the inner cone is pressed into the slit 14 and the slit 14 is opened. This widens the flow path from the injection hole 11 to the gap 6, and therefore the adhesive 7 easily flows into the gap 6.
The filler injection step is a step of injecting a filler (adhesive 7) into the injection hole 11 of the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole. As shown in fig. 6 (b), in the filler injection step, injection nozzle 8 is inserted into injection hole 11, and adhesive 7 is injected from injection nozzle 8. The adhesive 7 is injected in a larger volume than the injection hole 11. That is, the adhesive 7 is filled in the injection hole 11, and the adhesive 7 is allowed to flow out from the slit 14 to the outside of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole. The adhesive 7 flows into the gap 6 between the structure body 4 and the mortar 5a, and fills the gap 6 (see fig. 6 (c)). The adhesive 7 also flows into the circumferential groove 16, and bonds the inner circumferential surface of the hole 3 and the tube portion 12.
The trim cover inserting step is a step of inserting the rod portion 22 of the trim cover 20 into the injection hole 11 of the anchor pin 10 having the injection hole. In the decorative cover 20, the body portion 24 of the cover portion 21 is press-fitted into the mounting hole 25 in advance, and the cover portion 21 and the rod portion 22 are coupled to each other. At this time, since the tapered portion 24a is formed at the distal end portion of the body portion 24, the insertion into the mounting hole 25 can be smoothly performed. As shown in fig. 6 (d), in the trim cover insertion step, the rod portion 22 is pressed into the injection hole 11 before the adhesive 7 is cured. At this time, since the entire circumferential rib 28 and the discontinuous rib 29 have outer diameters slightly larger than the inner diameter of the injection hole 11, the rod portion 22 is inserted in a state where the entire circumferential rib 28 and the discontinuous rib 29 are pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the injection hole 11 and are deformed while being bent toward the proximal end side (see fig. 1). Then, adhesive 7 in injection hole 11 is pressed by the tip of rod 22, enters slit 26, and fills the gap between rod 22 and the inner circumferential surface of injection hole 11. The adhesive 7 can flow toward the base end side of the stem portion 22 from the portion of the discontinuous rib 29 where the rib is cut off. Since the slit 26 is formed in the rod portion 22, the adhesive 7 easily flows toward the proximal end side. The adhesive 7 flowing toward the base end side is blocked by the entire circumferential rib 28 located on the tip end side of the two entire circumferential ribs 28, 28 and does not flow to the base end side of the entire circumferential rib 28. The adhesive 7 is filled so as to surround the discontinuous rib 29 at a position closer to the distal end side of the rod portion 22 than the entire circumferential rib 28 on the distal end side.
Since the adhesive 7 is blocked by the entire circumferential rib 28 on the distal end side in this manner, the adhesive 7 does not flow out to the proximal end side of the entire circumferential rib 28. Even if the adhesive 7 flows out to the base end side beyond the entire circumferential rib 28 on the tip end side, the adhesive does not further flow out to the base end side because another entire circumferential rib 28 is provided on the base end side. That is, the entire circumferential rib 28 on the proximal end side functions as a safety device for preventing the outflow of the adhesive 7. It is possible to reliably prevent the adhesive 7 from leaking to the surface of the exterior wall 2.
On the other hand, since the adhesive 7 is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the stem 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the injection hole 11 so as to surround the discontinuous rib 29 and is fixed to the discontinuous rib 29, even if a stress to pull out the decorative cover 20 is applied, the discontinuous rib 29 is caught by the cured adhesive 7 and the stem 22 does not move. Therefore, the stem portion 22 can be prevented from being pulled out.
Further, the mortar 5a peeled off is bonded to the structure body 4 by filling the gap 6 between the structure body 4 and the mortar 5a with the adhesive 7 and curing the adhesive. Therefore, the peeling of the surface material (tile 5) of the outer wall 2 can be repaired.
When the rod portion 22 is inserted to a prescribed depth of the filling hole 11, the surface of the flange portion 23 of the cap portion 21 is flush with the surface of the outer wall 2. In addition, when the hole 3 is inclined from the direction perpendicular to the wall surface of the outer wall 2, the surface of the flange portion 23 and the surface of the outer wall 2 are not flush with each other, and therefore the following steps are performed. The cap 21 is inserted into the mounting hole 25 of the rod 22, the decorative cover 20 is inserted into the injection hole 11 of the anchor pin 10 with an injection hole in a shallow manner, and the surface of the flange 23 is driven into the hole by a tool such as a hammer. At this time, since the reduced diameter portion 24a is formed at the base end portion of the rod portion 22 on the flange portion 23 side (base end portion of the body portion 24), the body portion 24 is bent by the reduced diameter portion 24a, and the surface of the flange portion 23 and the surface of the outer wall 2 become flush with each other. At this time, the base end portion of the body portion 24 is bent, so that the distance between the opening end portion of the hole 3 and the bent portion approaches. Thus, the center of the flange portion 23 and the center of the hole 3 are not displaced, and therefore, a gap is not generated between the outer peripheral portion of the flange portion 23 and the inner peripheral portion of the hole 3.
In the present embodiment, since the outer diameter of the entire circumferential rib 28 and the outer diameter of the discontinuous rib 29 are larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 25, the trim cover 20 can be mounted to anchor pins having different inner diameters within the range of the outer diameter of the entire circumferential rib 28 and the outer diameter of the discontinuous rib 29. Further, by forming the rod portion 22 in which the outer diameter of the entire circumferential rib 28 and the outer diameter of the discontinuous rib 29 are changed and replacing the cap portion 21, it is possible to widely cope with anchor pins having different inner diameters of the injection holes 11.
As described above, according to the decorative cover 20 and the peel-off repair member 1 of the present embodiment, the adhesive 7 is prevented from flowing out to the surface of the outer wall 2 by providing the entire circumferential rib 28, and thus the adhesive 7 is prevented from flowing out to the cover portion 21. Further, since the discontinuous rib 29 is provided and the adhesive 7 is filled around the discontinuous rib 29, the stem portion 22 can be prevented from being pulled out of the anchor pin 10 with the injection hole.
In particular, in the present embodiment, since the plurality of circumferential ribs 28 are provided at intervals in the axial length direction of the rod portion 22, the adhesive 7 can be reliably prevented from flowing out to the proximal end side of the rod portion 22. Further, since the entire circumferential rib 28 is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the injection hole 11 and is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the injection hole 11, the pressure of the dam adhesive 7 is large. The number of the entire circumferential ribs 28 is not limited to two, and may be one or 3 or more. However, since the rib functions as a safety device for preventing the outflow of the adhesive 7, a plurality of ribs 28 are preferable.
Further, since the plurality of discontinuous ribs 29 are provided at intervals in the axial length direction of the rod portion 22, the number of portions where the discontinuous ribs 29 are fixed to the adhesive 7 and engage with the adhesive 7 increases. This ensures a large reaction force against the extraction of the rod 22. The number of the discontinuous ribs 29 is not limited to two, and may be one or 3 or more.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, design changes can be appropriately made within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the filler is the epoxy adhesive 7, but the filler is not limited thereto. Other adhesives such as silicone-based adhesives may be used, or a resin-based material cured to a certain hardness may be used.
In the above embodiment, the decorative cover 20 is configured to include the cover portion 21 and the rod portion 22 which are provided separately, but is not limited thereto. The cap portion and the rod portion may be formed integrally. The structure of the lid 21 is not limited to that of the above embodiment. The base end portion of the body portion 24 may be connected to the flange portion 23 via a universal joint or the like so as to be deformable. With this configuration, the rod portion inserted into the hole inclined from the direction orthogonal to the wall surface can be attached while keeping the surface of the flange portion of the lid portion flush with the wall surface, without striking the rod portion with a hammer.
