Embodiments of the present application will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a template frame 100 including a first template 1 and a second template 2.
The first template 1 has a first frame 11, and the second template 2 has a second frame 21, and the first frame 11 is attached to the second frame 21. The first frame 11 is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes 111 with equal intervals, the second frame 21 is provided with a plurality of second connecting holes 212 with equal intervals, and the first connecting holes 111 and the second connecting holes 212 are staggered.
In order to conveniently fix the first template 1 and the second template 2 with staggered holes, the template frame 100 may further include a splicing fixture 3, and the first template 1 and the second template 2 are clamped together by using the splicing fixture 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the splice fixture 3 includes a clip 31 and a clip 32. The clip 31 includes a clip portion 311 and a connection portion 312, and the clip portion 311 is disposed on the connection portion 312. The clamping member 32 is movably connected to the connecting portion 312, and the clamping member 32 includes a positioning portion 321.
The clamping portion 311 may be abutted to the first frame 11, the positioning portion 321 of the clamping member 32 may be abutted to the second frame 21, and the clamping portion 311 and the positioning portion 321 may clamp the first frame 11 and the second frame 21 through the mutual movement between the clamping member 32 and the connecting portion 312, so that the splicing fixture 3 fixes the first template 1 and the second template 2.
In order to ensure connection reliability between the clamping portion 311 and the first frame 11, a clamping block 3111 may be disposed on the clamping portion 311, and when the clamping portion 311 abuts against a side of the first frame 11 facing away from the second frame 21, the clamping block 3111 may be inserted into the first connection hole 111 and face towards the second frame 21.
In order to prevent the clamping block 3111 from affecting the fit between the clamping portion 311 and the first frame 11 after being inserted into the first connecting hole 111, the length of the clamping block 3111 inserted into the first connecting hole 111 needs to be no greater than the thickness of the first frame 11, that is, when the clamping portion 311 abuts against the first frame 11, the end portion of the clamping block 3111 does not interfere with the second frame 21, that is, a gap is formed between the end portion of the clamping block 3111 facing the second frame 21 and the second frame 21.
In order to stably connect the clamping portion 311 to the first frame 11, there may be two clamping blocks 3111, and the two clamping blocks 3111 are respectively inserted into two different first connection holes 111.
The distance between the two latch blocks 3111 may be determined according to practical situations. If the interval between the adjacent two first coupling holes 111 is large, in order to avoid waste of the material of the clip 31, the two clips 3111 may be inserted into the adjacent two first coupling holes 111, respectively; if the interval between the adjacent two first coupling holes 111 is small, the two latch 3111 may be inserted into the non-adjacent two first coupling holes 111, respectively, in order to secure the connection reliability of the latch 311 and the first frame 11.
In order that the latch 3111 may be inserted into the first coupling hole 111, a maximum profile diameter of the latch 3111 is smaller than a diameter of the first coupling hole 111.
In order to enable the connecting portion 312 to bypass the first frame 11 and the second frame 21 and then connect with the clamping member 32, the clamping member 31 may have a C-shaped structure or a U-shaped structure.
In order to stably connect the clip 32 to the second frame 21, the clip 32 may further include an insertion portion 322, where the insertion portion 322 is disposed on the positioning portion 321. When the positioning portion 321 is attached to a side of the second frame 21 facing away from the first frame 11, the inserting portion 322 may be inserted into the second connecting hole 212 and face the first frame 11.
In order to insert the insertion portion 322 into the second connection hole 212 and insert the clamping portion 311 into the two first connection holes 111, the clamping member 31 and the clamping member 32 may further stably clamp the first frame 11 and the second frame 21, and the second connection hole 212 into which the insertion portion 322 is inserted may be located at a middle position of the two first connection holes 111 into which the clamping portion 311 is inserted, that is, when the splicing fixture 3 is normally used, the insertion portion 322 is located on a middle vertical plane of a connection line of the two clamping portions 311.
In order that the insertion portion 322 does not affect the adhesion between the positioning portion 321 and the second frame 21 after being inserted into the second connecting hole 212, the length of the insertion portion 322 inserted into the second connecting hole 212 needs to be not greater than the thickness of the second frame 21, that is, the end of the insertion portion 322 does not interfere with the first frame 11 when the positioning portion 321 is adhered to the second frame 21, that is, a gap is provided between the end of the insertion portion 322 adjacent to the first frame 11 and the first frame 11.
In order that the insertion portion 322 may be inserted into the second connection hole 212, the maximum profile diameter of the insertion portion 322 is smaller than the diameter of the second connection hole 212.
In order to enable the clamping member 32 to move relative to the connecting portion 312, the clamping member 32 may be screwed to the connecting portion 312, that is, the connecting portion 312 may apply a force to the clamping member 32 to press the second frame 21 by rotating the clamping member 32, so as to clamp the first frame 11 and the second frame 21 between the clamping portion 311 and the positioning portion 321.
The clamping member 32 is provided with threads, and the connecting portion 312 is provided with corresponding threads, so that the clamping member 32 is screwed to the connecting portion 312.
In order to reduce the processing cost of the clip 31, a coupling nut 313 may be provided on the coupling portion 312, and the clip 32 may be screwed to the coupling nut 313.
In order to ensure the connection reliability of the connection nut 313 and the connection portion 312, a through hole may be provided in the connection portion 312, and an end portion of the clip 32 facing away from the insertion portion 322 may be connected to the connection nut 313 after passing through the through hole.
The connection nut 313 may be fixedly disposed on the connection portion 312 or may be detachably connected to the connection portion 312.
When the coupling nut 313 is fixedly coupled to the coupling portion 312, a relative movement between the clamping member 32 and the coupling portion 312 can be provided by rotating the clamping member 32.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the gripping member 32 by the worker, a driving portion 323 may be provided on the gripping member 32 so that the worker can conveniently rotate the gripping member 32 by gripping the driving portion 323 by a tool.
The driving portion 323 may be a flat surface, a hole or other shape as long as the tool is easily held.
When the driving part 323 is a flat surface, the flat surface may be machined on the clamping member 32 by a process, or may be provided on the clamping member 32 by welding, for example, a weld nut. When the driving part 323 is a plane of the welding nut welded to the holder 32, the holder 32 can be rotated by using a wrench matched with the welding nut, not only is the operation convenient, but also the processing cost is saved.
When the driving part 323 is a hole, the hole may be manufactured by processing on the holder 32 by a process. The clamp 32 is rotated by a tool inserted through the hole and then rotated.
When the coupling nut 313 is detachably coupled to the coupling portion 312, in order to allow the clamp 32 to move with respect to the coupling portion 312, this may be achieved by rotating the clamp 32 while rotating the coupling nut 313, or rotating the coupling nut 313 while fixing the clamp 32, or while rotating the coupling nut 313 and the clamp 32 in opposite directions, respectively.
If the clamping member 32 needs to be rotated, in order to avoid the situation that the clamping member 32 is skewed during rotation, the situation that the clamping member 32 is skewed during rotation can be avoided by making the insertion portion 322 and the second connecting hole 212 in tolerance fit, that is, by making the second connecting hole 212 have guiding function through the fit connection of the insertion portion 322 and the second connecting hole 212, the rotation axis of the clamping member 32 is approximately coincident with the central axis of the second connecting hole 212.
The following will further describe an example in which the coupling nut 313 is welded to the coupling portion 312.
When the first template 1 and the second template 2 need to be fixedly connected together, the clamping portion 311 is abutted to one side of the first frame 11, which is away from the second frame 21, the positioning portion 321 is attached to one side of the second frame 21, which is away from the first frame 11, the clamping piece 32 is rotated by using a wrench or other tools, the screw thread of the connecting nut 313 applies a thrust force to the clamping piece 32 towards the direction of the clamping portion 311, so that the positioning portion 321 and the clamping portion 311 have a trend of approaching each other, the positioning portion 321 and the clamping portion 311 clamp the second frame 21 and the first frame 11, and then the splicing fixture 3 fixes the first template 1 and the second template 2.
In an actual application scenario, in order to further connect the first template 1 and the second template 2 stably, two of the splice jigs 3 may be used to clamp the first template 1 and the second template 2.
The above-mentioned template frame 100 connects two templates of the staggered hole through the clamping piece 31 and the clamping piece 32 respectively, and the clamping piece 31 and the clamping piece 32 can be connected together in a relatively movable way, so as to solve the problem of inconvenient connection of two templates of the staggered hole; the structure is simple and reliable, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the universality of the template is also improved.
Further, other variations within the spirit of the present application will occur to those skilled in the art, and it is intended, of course, that such variations be included within the scope of the present application as disclosed herein.
