7. A snow removing and shoveling tool as recited in claim 4, wherein said snow shoveling device further comprises a snow blowing device disposed in correspondence with a direction of the snow shoveling blade to output hot air to blow snow when the snow shoveling blade is operated.
8. A snow removing and shoveling tool as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising a snow sweeping unit disposed at an end of the seat post remote from the shank, the snow sweeping unit being rotatable with the seat post.
9. A snow removing and shoveling tool as in claim 8, wherein the snow removing unit is rotatably disposed relative to the seatpost.
10. A snow removing and shoveling tool as recited in claim 1, wherein said snow crushing means comprises a snow crushing frame and snow crushing blades disposed within the snow crushing frame;
the snow collecting device comprises a snow collecting box and a snow sucking unit arranged corresponding to the snow collecting box, and the snow sucking unit generates suction force and enables snow to sequentially pass through the snow crushing frame and the snow collecting box;
the first snow melting unit melts snow in a mode of heating the snow collecting box.
