The method comprises the steps that an elevator taking user is a user who does not allow the elevator to enter a floor privately, early warning information is obtained, whether the user on the floor starts early warning or not is determined, if the user in the floor starts early warning or not is received, a compartment door of the elevator is closed, after the early warning is started, the obtained face information of the elevator taking user is sent to the user who starts the early warning so that the user can confirm whether personnel in the elevator are illegal entering personnel or not, when the determination information is received, the compartment door of the elevator is controlled to be in a closed state, when negative information is received, the elevator is controlled to run to a first floor, and the safety of the floor is improved.
In addition, in order to achieve the above object, another aspect of the present application provides an elevator, which includes a processor, a memory, and an elevator control program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, and when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the elevator control method as in any one of the above.
In addition, to achieve the above object, another aspect of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium having an elevator control program stored thereon, the elevator control program, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of the elevator control method according to any one of the above.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

It should be noted that in the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim. The word "comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements or steps not listed in a claim. The word "a" or "an" preceding an element does not exclude the presence of a plurality of such elements. The application can be implemented by means of hardware comprising several distinct elements, and by means of a suitably programmed computer. In the unit claims enumerating several means, several of these means may be embodied by one and the same item of hardware. The usage of the words first, second and third, etcetera do not indicate any ordering. These words may be interpreted as names.
While alternative embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications of these embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Claims (10)

1. An elevator control method, characterized by comprising:
acquiring identity information of elevator users, and determining user types corresponding to the identity information;
when the user type is a preset type, determining a target floor according to the identity information;
controlling the elevator to travel to the target floor.
2. The elevator control method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining identity information of the user riding in the elevator and determining the user type corresponding to the identity, further comprising:
when the user type is other than the preset type, determining user permission based on the identity information;
determining optional floor information according to the user permission;
and determining a target floor based on the triggering state of the floor information, and controlling the elevator to run to the target floor.
3. The elevator control method according to claim 1, wherein the preset type is a visitor type, and the step of determining a target floor according to the identity information comprises:
determining the identity information of the visitor according to the identity information;
and determining the target floor according to the identity information of the visitor.
4. The elevator control method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining the identity information of the visitor based on the identity information comprises:
the identity information is sent to an access control monitoring system, the access control monitoring system receives the identity information, and a user sending the identity information contacts the identity information of a visitor to the elevator through the access control system;
receiving identity information of the visitor.
5. The elevator control method according to any one of claims 3 to 4, characterized in that after the step of controlling the elevator to travel to the target floor, further comprising:
acquiring target equipment, wherein the target equipment is equipment for setting and prompting a called party;
and sending target information to the target device, wherein the target information is information that the visitor has arrived at the target floor.
6. The elevator control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining identity information of the user riding in the elevator is followed by further comprising:
receiving a trigger signal of a riding button arranged in an elevator waiting area, and acquiring time information of a system;
and determining the target floor according to the trigger signal, the time information and the identity information.
7. The elevator control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the identity information of the user who takes the elevator is preceded by:
judging whether an emergency occurs;
when the emergency situation is determined to occur, prompting the user that the elevator cannot be used, and controlling the elevator to stop to a preset floor;
upon determining that the emergency situation has not occurred, the step of obtaining identity information of the user riding the elevator is performed.
8. The elevator control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the identity information of the user who takes the elevator is followed by:
acquiring early warning information when the identity information of the user does not exist;
determining whether to start early warning according to the early warning information;
and when the early warning is determined to be started, closing the door of the elevator and starting the alarm.
9. Elevator, characterized in that the elevator comprises a processor, a memory and an elevator control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which elevator control program, when being executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the elevator control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon an elevator control program which, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of the elevator control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
