The output rotating shaft of the motor unit 2115 is in transmission connection with the roller 2113. The output rotation shaft of the motor unit 2115 and the roller 2113 may be connected by a gear, a belt, a chain, or the like.
Two ends of the outer side of the second comb plate 21112 are respectively fixedly provided with a chute plate 2116. The chute plate 2116 has a zigzag structure, and a chute is formed between the chute plate and the second comb plate 21112. A baffle 2117 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove, and the bottom of the baffle 2117 is fixedly connected with the top of the baffle lifting device 2102.
Baffles 2117 are taller in height than second comb plates 21112.
Baffles 2117 also have a comb-like configuration that corresponds with second comb plates 21112. The baffle 2117 is used for intercepting the longitudinal movement of the cigarette packet. In operation, after the sensor determines the type of the current cigarette packet, the controller first controls the baffle lifting device 2102 in the corresponding transverse conveying device 21 to extend according to the result of the sensor, the baffle lifting device 2102 extends and simultaneously drives the baffle 2117 to move upwards along the chute and protrude out of the upper surface of the longitudinal conveying device 20, at this time, the cigarette packet is blocked by the blocking plate 2117 and stops moving longitudinally, (the longitudinal conveying device can be controlled to stop or decelerate at this time, and of course, the longitudinal conveying device can also run at the original speed, which is determined according to the actual working condition) and then the controller controls the conveying unit lifting device 2101 to extend upwards, and drives the lifting base plate 2100 and the mechanism fixed thereon to move upwards, at this time, the cigarette packet is lifted by the comb-shaped conveyor 2114, the cigarette packet is separated from the upper surface of the longitudinal conveying device 20, meanwhile, the motor unit 2115 drives the roller 2113 to rotate outwards to convey the cigarette packet to the receiving unit 4. After the cigarette packets are intercepted and fed, the conveying unit lifting device 2101 and the baffle plate lifting device 2102 retract and reset to wait for the next interception and conveying.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 10, the cross section of the baffle 2117 is an L-shaped structure, an elongated slot 21170 is formed thereon, a baffle fixing screw 21171 is slidably disposed in the elongated slot 21170, and the baffle fixing screw 21171 is in threaded connection with the second comb plate 21112.
