A cigarette packet box-entering production line is characterized by comprising a cigarette packet layered push-out process, a cigarette packet appearance detection process, a first cigarette packet box-entering process and a second cigarette packet box-entering process; the front end of the tobacco bale layered pushing-out process is connected with an outlet of the small tobacco bale beauty device, the rear end of the tobacco bale layered pushing-out process is connected with the front end of the tobacco bale appearance detection process, the rear end of the tobacco bale appearance detection process is connected with the front end of the first process of the tobacco bale case entering, and the rear end of the first process of the tobacco bale case entering is connected with the front end of the second process of the tobacco bale case entering;
the tobacco bale layered pushing process comprises a composite motion push rod, a layered pushing conveyer belt, a layered push rod, a synchronous belt with a push plate and a bottom surface detection device; a matched transparent bottom plate is arranged below the synchronous belt with the push plate, and a bottom surface detection device is arranged below the bottom plate and used for detecting the bottom surface of the cigarette packet;
the cigarette packet appearance detection process comprises a cigarette packet detection conveying belt, a detection device and an air blowing removing device;
the detection device comprises a drawstring detection device, an upper detection device and a side detection device;
the cigarette packet detection conveying belt is an accelerating conveying belt, and the moving speed of the accelerating conveying belt is greater than that of a synchronous belt with a push plate; after the cigarette packets enter the detection conveying belt, the cigarette packets are separated, six-side imaging detection of appearance is carried out on the cigarette packets in two steps, the first step is that the conveying belt is pushed out in a layering mode and pushed to a synchronous belt with push plates of two stations through a layering push rod, a transparent bottom plate is arranged below the synchronous belt with the push plates, a bottom surface detection device is arranged below the bottom plate, and the bottom surface of the cigarette packets is detected through a double-lens; the second step is that the cigarette packet is pushed to a detection conveyer belt which continuously runs, and the other five sides of the cigarette packet are detected;
five sensors are arranged on the upper planes of five adjacent cigarette packets at the tail end of the detection conveying belt, and one sensor is also arranged above the tenth packet of the reverse number.

The cigarette packet carton filling production line according to claim 1, wherein the compound motion push rod is matched with the layering push-out conveying belt, the layering push rod is matched with a synchronous belt with a push plate, the layering push rod pushes cigarette packets conveyed by the layering push-out conveying belt to the synchronous belt with the push plate after arranging the cigarette packets according to a set number, and the rear end of the synchronous belt with the push plate is connected with a cigarette packet appearance detection process.

The cigarette pack filling production line according to claim 2, wherein the draw tape detection device is arranged below the cigarette pack detection conveyer belt, and the upper surface detection device and the side surface detection device are respectively arranged on two sides and above the cigarette pack detection conveyer belt and are used for detecting five surfaces of passing cigarette packs except for a bottom surface;
the blowing removing device is arranged on one side of the cigarette packet detection conveying belt on the downstream of the detection device.
4. The cigarette pack boxing production line of claim 3, wherein the bottom surface detection device, the upper surface detection device, the pull belt detection device and the side surface detection device are all imaging detection devices with the same structure.

The cigarette packet carton filling production line according to claim 3, wherein the cigarette packet carton filling first process comprises a two-station conveyor belt push rod, a single five-cigarette packet conveyor belt, a first push plate, a double synchronous belt, a first carton opening mechanism, a first parchment paper opening mechanism, a first ribbon pulling mechanism, a first cigarette packet single-layer carton filling mechanism and a carton input mechanism;
the two-station conveying belt push rods are respectively matched with the cigarette packet detection conveying belt and the single five-cigarette packet conveying belt, and the formed single five-cigarette packet is arranged and pushed onto the single five-cigarette packet conveying belt;
the first pushing plate is arranged on one side of the upstream of the downstream single-five cigarette packet conveying belt of the two-station conveying belt push rod and is matched with the first cigarette packet single-layer carton feeding mechanism;
one end of the double synchronous belts is matched with the carton input mechanism, the carton moves on the double synchronous belts, and a first carton opening mechanism, a first parchment paper opening mechanism, a first ribbon pulling mechanism, a certificate releasing mechanism, a first cigarette pack single-layer carton entering mechanism, a first parchment paper closing mechanism and a first ribbon bending mechanism are sequentially arranged at the downstream of the carton input mechanism.

The cigarette packet carton-entering production line according to claim 5, wherein the second cigarette packet carton-entering sequence comprises a second carton opening mechanism, a second kraft paper opening mechanism, a second flap pulling mechanism, a second pushing plate, a second cigarette packet single-layer carton-entering mechanism, a second kraft paper closing mechanism, a second flap bending mechanism and a carton cover closing mechanism;
the second carton opening mechanism is arranged at the downstream of the first parchment paper closing mechanism, and a second kraft paper opening mechanism, a second ribbon pulling mechanism, a second pushing plate, a second cigarette packet single-layer carton feeding mechanism, a second kraft paper closing mechanism, a second ribbon bending mechanism and a carton cover closing mechanism are sequentially arranged at the downstream of the second carton opening mechanism;
the second pushing plate is arranged on one side, opposite to the double synchronous belts, of the single five cigarette packet conveying belt and matched with the second cigarette packet single-layer carton feeding mechanism.

The cigarette carton filling line according to claim 6, wherein the first push plate and the second push plate are identical in structure; the first carton opening mechanism and the second carton opening mechanism have the same structure; the first parchment paper turning mechanism and the second parchment paper turning mechanism have the same structure; the first ribbon pulling mechanism and the second ribbon pulling mechanism have the same structure; the structure of the first cigarette packet single-layer carton feeding mechanism is the same as that of the second cigarette packet single-layer carton feeding mechanism.
8. The cigarette carton filling production line as claimed in claim 5, wherein the single five cigarette carton conveying belt and the double synchronous belts move in a clearance mode.
9. The cigarette carton filling production line of claim 6, wherein the carton lid closing mechanism is a lid closing guide.
10. The cigarette carton filling production line of claim 5, wherein the double synchronous belts are provided with inter-belt push plates, and the distance between two adjacent inter-belt push plates is at least 2mm greater than the length of the carton.
