Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统,包括TPMS胎压监测接收机、四件胎压传感器和车载娱乐终端;所述胎压传感器安装在轮胎内,用于通过UWB无线通讯将轮胎位置信息和胎压数据传输给所述TPMS胎压监测接收机;所述TPMS胎压监测接收机设于车架上,用于接收所述胎压传感器发送的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,以及根据所述轮胎位置信息,确定所述胎压数据对应的轮胎,所述TPMS胎压监测接收机还用于通过本地网络模块将数据传输给所述车载娱乐终端。本发明通过UWB无线传输得到每个胎压传感器对应的安装位置和轮胎胎压,完成胎压监控,保障驾驶安全;降低了胎压传感器的生产种类的复杂性和安装操作的复杂性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎压力监测系统,尤其涉及一种基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统。
背景技术
轮胎压力监测系统(Tire Pressure Monitoring System,TPMS),是一种采用无线传输技术,利用固定于汽车轮胎内的压力传感器在行车或静止的状态下采集汽车轮胎压力、温度等数据,并将数据传送到驾驶室内的主机中,以数字化的形式实时显示汽车轮胎压力和温度等相关数据,并在轮胎胎压出现异常时以蜂鸣或语音等形式提醒驾驶者的汽车主动安全系统。该系统确保轮胎的压力和温度维持在标准范围内,进而减少爆胎、毁胎的概率,大大降低车辆事故率,同时减少油耗和车辆部件的损坏。自2020年1月1日起,所有在产乘用车开始实施强制安装TPMS。
现有的乘用车TPMS安装传感器时,需要对应每个轮胎,例如标识为左前TPMS胎压传感器1只能安装在左前轮胎,标识为左后TPMS胎压传感器2只能安装在左后轮胎,标识为右前TPMS胎压传感器3只能安装在右前轮胎,标识为右后TPMS胎压传感器4只能安装在右后轮胎。TPMS胎压监测接收机通过315MHz或433MHz无线通信接收到每个轮胎对应的TPMS胎压传感器1、2、3、4发送的胎压数据后,进行显示每个轮胎的胎压状态,提醒驾驶人员轮胎胎压是否正常,存在如下缺点:(a)TPMS所用的传感器生产种类繁多:一套TPMS传感器就有4种规格,外壳上有相应轮胎位置(左前、左后、右前、右后)的标识;(b)TPMS的传感器安装时工序复杂:需要将指定轮胎位置的TPMS胎压传感器安装到指定的轮胎上,才能正常显示每个轮胎的胎压。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种实现无线数据传输、定位胎压传感器具体位置的基于UWB的轮胎压力检测系统。
技术方案:本发明的轮胎压力监测系统,包括TPMS胎压监测接收机、四件胎压传感器和车载娱乐终端;所述胎压传感器安装在轮胎内,用于通过UWB无线通讯将轮胎位置信息和胎压数据传输给所述TPMS胎压监测接收机;所述TPMS胎压监测接收机设于车架上,用于接收所述胎压传感器发送的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,以及根据所述轮胎位置信息,确定所述胎压数据对应的轮胎,所述TPMS胎压监测接收机还用于通过本地网络模块将数据传输给所述车载娱乐终端。
所述TPMS胎压监测接收机包括第一UWB无线通信模块、UWB多天线模块、第一本地通信模块和第一供电模块;所述UWB多天线模块通过UWB无线通讯接收胎压传感器的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,并将数据传输给第一UWB无线通信模块;所述第一UWB无线通信模块将接收的数据传输给第一本地通信模块;所述第一供电模块对第一UWB无线通信模块、和第一本地通信模块进行供电。
所述胎压传感器包括胎压测量模块、第二UWB无线通信模块、UWB天线模块和第二供电模块;所述胎压测量模块监测轮胎位置信息和胎压数据;所述第二UWB无线通信模块接收胎压测量模块中的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,并传输给所述UWB天线模块,所述UWB天线模块通过UWB无线通讯将胎压测量模块的数据发送给TPMS胎压监测接收机;所述第二供电模块对胎压测量模块和第二UWB无线通信模块供电。
所述车载娱乐终端包括第二本地通讯模块和显示模块,所述第二本地通讯模块接收TPMS胎压监测接收机的传输数据,并将数据发送给显示模块。
所述第二本地通讯模块与所述TPMS胎压监测接收机之间的数据传输,选用CAN,或LIN,或车载以太网网络模块。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著效果如下:1、通过采用UWB技术的无线数据传输和UWB定位功能,使得在安装时不需区分前后左右轮胎的位置,随意安装每个TPMS胎压传感器到每个轮胎上;2、TPMS胎压监测接收机通过UWB定位功能,得知每个TPMS胎压传感器的位置,从而标定每个轮胎对应的胎压传感器;TPMS胎压监测接收机通过UWB无线传输得到每个胎压传感器对应的安装位置和轮胎胎压,从而完成胎压监控,提醒驾驶人员,保障驾驶安全;3、本发明通过UWB无线通讯降低了胎压传感器的生产种类的复杂性和安装操作的复杂性。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细描述。
如图1所示为本发明的系统总布置图,包括一个TPMS胎压监测接收机1、四件不用区分前后左右轮胎位置的胎压传感器和车载娱乐终端3。所述TPMS胎压监测接收机1设于车架上,四件相同的胎压传感器为第一胎压传感器7、第二胎压传感器8、第三胎压传感器9和第四胎压传感器10,分别安装在左前轮胎51、左后轮胎52、右后轮胎53和右前轮胎54内。
如图2所示为本系统的结构示意图,TPMS胎压监测接收机1包括第一UWB无线通信模块11、UWB多天线模块12、第一本地通信模块13和第一供电模块14,第一供电模块14给第一UWB无线通信模块11和第一本地通信模块13供电;每件不用区分前后左右轮胎位置的胎压传感器包括胎压测量模块21、第二UWB无线通信模块22、UWB天线模块23和第二供电模块24;车载娱乐终端3包括第二本地通讯模块31和显示模块32。TPMS胎压监测接收机1和胎压传感器通过UWB无线通讯进行数据传输,第一本地通信模块13可选用CAN、LIN、车载以太网网络模块与第二本地通讯模块31进行数据传输。
具体实现原理如下:
每件胎压传感器均能通过胎压测量模块21测量出轮胎的气压,将胎压数据传输给第二UWB无线通信模块22,第二UWB无线通信模块22再通过第二UWB天线模块23将胎压等相关数据无线传输给TPMS胎压监测接收机1。第二供电模块24负责给整个TPMS胎压传感器1的其他模块供电。
TPMS胎压监测接收机1的UWB多天线模块12通过UWB无线通信接收到胎压传感器的胎压等相关数据,发送给第一UWB无线通信模块11,第一UWB无线通信模块11通过于UWB的TOF(Time of Flight)飞行时间计算、AOA(Arrival of Angle)到达角的计算,实现对每个胎压传感器的定位和得到每个胎压传感器的胎压数据,再通过第一本地通信模块13和第二本地通讯模块31将胎压数据发送给车载娱乐终端3的显示模块32进行数据显示。
本发明使用UWB无线通讯通过发送和接收具有纳秒或微秒级以下的极窄脉冲来实现无线传输的。由于脉冲时间宽度极短,因此能实现频谱上的超宽带,使用的带宽在500MHz以上。由于UWB使用调制脉冲序列,持续时间为2ns,脉冲的时间宽度非常短,因此也能采用高精度定时来进行距离测算以到达定位的功能。
以左前轮胎51内安装的第一胎压传感器7为例,TPMS胎压监测接收机1的UWB多天线模块12通过UWB无线通信接收到第一胎压传感器7的自身标识数据和胎压等数据,发送给第一UWB无线通信模块12,第一UWB无线通信模块12通过UWB的TOF(Time of Flight)飞行时间计算、AOA(Arrival of Angle)到达角的计算,实现对胎压传感器2的定位,计算出第一胎压传感器7安装在左前轮胎51上,得出第一胎压传感器7和左前轮胎51的对应关系,结合第一胎压传感器7的胎压数据,再由第一本地通信模块13(CAN或者LIN)将第一胎压传感器和轮胎的对应关系、以及胎压数据,通过第二本地通讯模块31发送给车载娱乐终端3,车载娱乐终端3的显示模块32上显示左前轮胎51的胎压。对于其它三件胎压传感器以此类推。
Claims (5)
1.一种基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统,其特征在于,包括TPMS胎压监测接收机(1)、四件胎压传感器和车载娱乐终端(3);所述胎压传感器安装在轮胎内,用于通过UWB无线通讯将轮胎位置信息和胎压数据传输给所述TPMS胎压监测接收机(1);所述TPMS胎压监测接收机(1)设于车架上,用于接收所述胎压传感器发送的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,以及根据所述轮胎位置信息,确定所述胎压数据对应的轮胎,所述TPMS胎压监测接收机(1)还用于通过本地网络模块将数据传输给所述车载娱乐终端(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统,其特征在于,所述TPMS胎压监测接收机(1)包括第一UWB无线通信模块(11)、UWB多天线模块(12)、第一本地通信模块(13)和第一供电模块(14);所述UWB多天线模块(12)通过UWB无线通讯接收胎压传感器的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,并将数据传输给第一UWB无线通信模块(11);所述第一UWB无线通信模块(11)将接收的数据传输给第一本地通信模块(13);所述第一供电模块(14)对第一UWB无线通信模块(11)和第一本地通信模块(13)进行供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统,其特征在于,所述胎压传感器包括胎压测量模块(21)、第二UWB无线通信模块(22)、UWB天线模块(23)和第二供电模块(24);所述胎压测量模块(21)监测轮胎位置信息和胎压数据;所述第二UWB无线通信模块(22)接收胎压测量模块(21)中的轮胎位置信息和胎压数据,并传输给所述UWB天线模块(23),所述UWB天线模块(23)通过UWB无线通讯将胎压测量模块(21)的数据发送给TPMS胎压监测接收机(1);所述第二供电模块(24)对胎压测量模块(21)和第二UWB无线通信模块(22)供电。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统,其特征在于,所述车载娱乐终端(3)包括第二本地通讯模块(31)和显示模块(32),所述第二本地通讯模块(31)接收TPMS胎压监测接收机(1)的传输数据,并将数据发送给显示模块(32)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的基于UWB的轮胎压力监测系统,其特征在于,所述第二本地通讯模块(31)与所述TPMS胎压监测接收机(1)之间的数据传输,选用CAN,或LIN,或车载以太网网络模块。
