5. The printing parameter automatic adjustment method according to claim 4,
if the first judgment result is that the motor is not located at the initial position of the motor, controlling the motor to move in the reverse direction, and acquiring a third trigger signal sent by the medium detection sensor;
and judging whether the rising edge of the third trigger signal is triggered, if so, acquiring the current mechanical position of the structural device, and setting the mechanical position as the initial device position of the structural device.
6. The automatic printing parameter adjustment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the distance moved by the motor based on the device initial position and the trigger signal comprises:
acquiring a motion position of the structural device according to the trigger signal, wherein the motion position is the position of the structural device when the medium detection sensor is triggered;
and acquiring the movement distance of the motor according to the movement position and the initial position of the device.
7. The automatic printing parameter adjustment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a position adjustment value of the structural device according to a distance moved by the motor includes:
and setting the moving distance of the motor as a position adjusting value of the structural device corresponding to the motor.
8. The automatic printing parameter adjustment method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing automatic printing parameter adjustment according to the first correspondence includes:
acquiring printing medium information;
and acquiring a position adjusting value of the structural device according to the printing medium information and the first corresponding relation, and further automatically adjusting the printing parameters.
9. The automatic printing parameter adjustment method according to claim 1, further comprising:
presetting a second corresponding relation between printing related parameters and the printing medium information, wherein the printing related parameters at least comprise one of the following parameters: printing concentration, printing offset and heating parameters;
and automatically adjusting the printing parameters according to the second corresponding relation.
10. An automatic printing parameter adjustment system, comprising:
the system comprises a preprocessing module, a media detection sensor and a control module, wherein the preprocessing module is used for detecting the initial position of a device of a structural device of the printer, and the initial position of the device is the position of the corresponding structural device when the media detection sensor is triggered;
the processing module is used for acquiring printing medium information; controlling the motor to move and detecting a trigger signal sent by the medium detection sensor; acquiring the movement distance of the motor according to the initial position of the device and the trigger signal; acquiring a position adjusting value of the structural device according to the movement distance of the motor, and acquiring a first corresponding relation between the position adjusting value and the printing medium information;
the parameter adjusting module is used for automatically adjusting the printing parameters according to the first corresponding relation;
the preprocessing module, the processing module and the parameter adjusting module are connected.
