本发明涉及水晶织物技术领域,具体为一种新型乱麻水晶织物。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们在服装方面的要求越来越高,不仅仅追求保暖的功能,更加在意服装面料的颜色,对纺织面料花色品种的要求更加个性化、差别化,求新求变求快,强调技术与艺术的完美结合,更加讲究面料的外观表现,因此出现了一种乱麻面料,乱麻是面料肌理纹路的一种风格,成分规格比较多,一般是棉加涤混纺的面料,表面类似麻沙料,面料中涤的成份占据比较多,面料垂顺,不易皱,弹性小,不透气,为了进一步提高乱麻面料的表面光泽度,在涤棉混纺使在纺线中加入水晶纤维织物,再其原本的肌理纹路上增添水晶般的光泽,从而制成乱麻水晶织物,而现有的乱麻水晶织物中涤纶成分占比大,涤纶本身弹性差,透气性差,导致乱麻水晶织物拉伸性能差,透气效果差,容易产生静电,影响该乱麻水晶织物衣服的舒适度。
所以我们提出了一种新型乱麻水晶织物,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型乱麻水晶织物,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上乱麻水晶织物中涤纶成分占比大,涤纶本身弹性差,透气性差,导致乱麻水晶织物拉伸性能差,透气效果差,容易产生静电,影响该乱麻水晶织物衣服的舒适度的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型乱麻水晶织物,包括乱麻层、改善层、功能层、竹纤维和金属材料颗粒,所述乱麻层上连接有改善层,所述改善层上连接有功能层,所述功能层上连接有亲肤层,所述乱麻层的内部有涤纶纤维和水晶棉纤维,所述改善层上层设置有透气层,且改善层下层设置有弹力层,所述功能层内部交错编织有金属纤维和竹纤维,所述金属纤维上镶嵌有金属材料颗粒。
优选的,所述乱麻层由涤纶纤维和水晶棉纤维混纺而成,且乱麻层中的涤纶纤维的占比为70%-80%,并且乱麻层中的水晶棉纤维的占比为20%-30%。
优选的,所述亲肤层采用纯棉天然纤维制成。
优选的,所述透气层采用莫代尔纤维针织而成。
优选的,所述弹力层采用氨纶加捻纺制而成,且弹力层的氨纶纤维自身交错编织。
优选的,所述金属纤维由有机纤维表面镀有铜之类的金属物制成,且金属纤维竹纤维交错编织。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该新型乱麻水晶织物,
(1)设置有水晶棉纤维,水晶棉纤维是一种天然的中空纤维,纤维的中空度高,进而透气性能优异,能良好的改善涤纶的透气性,且水晶棉纤维光泽好,其表呈现出水晶的光泽,光泽更加自然,提升该新型乱麻水晶织物的光泽效果,水晶棉纤维质地轻盈,提升该新型乱麻水晶织物的轻盈效果;
(2)设置有功能层,功能层内含有金属纤维和竹纤维,金属纤维上含有大量的金属材料颗粒,金属材料颗粒使金属纤维具有一定的导电性能,能够有效减少该新型乱麻水晶织物上电荷的积累,防止静电现象的发生,竹纤维为天然纤维,具有良好的透气性、吸水性和耐磨性,同时竹纤维具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,能够有效防止该织物上细菌的滋生,防止异味。

乱麻层1由涤纶纤维5和水晶棉纤维6混纺而成,且乱麻层1中的涤纶纤维5的占比为70%-80%,并且乱麻层1中的水晶棉纤维6的占比为20%-30%,使该新型乱麻水晶织物表面具有类似麻沙料的触感和视觉效果,并通过水晶棉纤维6使该织物表面呈现出水晶的光泽。
亲肤层4采用纯棉天然纤维制成,防止该织物上其他不舒适面料刺激皮肤,提高该织物的舒适度。
透气层7采用莫代尔纤维针织而成,莫代尔纤维能够有效改善该织物的透气性能,且针织工艺使莫代尔纤维之间空隙更大,进一步提高透气性。
弹力层8采用氨纶加捻纺制而成,且弹力层8的氨纶纤维自身交错编织,氨纶能有效改善涤纶纤维5弹力差的缺点,提高该织物的拉伸性能。
金属纤维9由有机纤维表面镀有铜之类的金属物制成,且金属纤维9竹纤维10交错编织,金属纤维9具有一定的导电性,能提高该织物的抗静电性能,且竹纤维10具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。
工作原理:在使用该新型乱麻水晶织物时,首先在使用时乱麻层1位于最外侧,乱麻层1由涤纶纤维5和水晶棉纤维6混纺而成,使乱麻层1表面具有类似麻沙料的触感和视觉效果,并通过水晶棉纤维6使该织物表面呈现出水晶的光泽,提升该新型乱麻水晶织物的视觉效果和触感,乱麻层1中的涤纶纤维5为该新型乱麻水晶织物的主要成分,组成该新型乱麻水晶织物的主框架,承担该新型乱麻水晶织物的主要拉伸力,并且通过改善层2、功能层3、亲肤层4来增强该新型乱麻水晶织物的其他性能。
改善层2包含透气层7和弹力层8,透气层7采用莫代尔纤维针织而成,莫代尔纤维能够有效改善该织物的透气性能,且针织工艺使莫代尔纤维之间空隙更大,进一步提高透气性,弹力层8采用氨纶加捻纺制而成,且弹力层8的氨纶纤维自身交错编织,氨纶能有效改善涤纶纤维5弹力差的缺点,提高该织物的拉伸性能,功能层3包含金属纤维9和竹纤维10,金属纤维9与竹纤维10交错编织,金属纤维9具有一定的导电性,能提高该织物的抗静电性能,竹纤维10具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,亲肤层4采用纯棉天然纤维制成,防止该织物上其他不舒适面料刺激皮肤,提高该织物的舒适度,改善层2、功能层3、亲肤层4使该新型乱麻水晶织物具有透气性好、弹性好、抗静电性能好、抗菌的额外性能,且本说明书中未作详细描述的内容均属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (6)
1.一种新型乱麻水晶织物,包括乱麻层(1)、改善层(2)、功能层(3)、竹纤维(10)和金属材料颗粒(11),其特征在于:所述乱麻层(1)上连接有改善层(2),所述改善层(2)上连接有功能层(3),所述功能层(3)上连接有亲肤层(4),所述乱麻层(1)的内部有涤纶纤维(5)和水晶棉纤维(6),所述改善层(2)上层设置有透气层(7),且改善层(2)下层设置有弹力层(8),所述功能层(3)内部交错编织有金属纤维(9)和竹纤维(10),所述金属纤维(9)上镶嵌有金属材料颗粒(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乱麻水晶织物,其特征在于:所述乱麻层(1)由涤纶纤维(5)和水晶棉纤维(6)混纺而成,且乱麻层(1)中的涤纶纤维(5)的占比为70%-80%,并且乱麻层(1)中的水晶棉纤维(6)的占比为20%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乱麻水晶织物,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(4)采用纯棉天然纤维制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乱麻水晶织物,其特征在于:所述透气层(7)采用莫代尔纤维针织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乱麻水晶织物,其特征在于:所述弹力层(8)采用氨纶加捻纺制而成,且弹力层(8)的氨纶纤维自身交错编织。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型乱麻水晶织物,其特征在于:所述金属纤维(9)由有机纤维表面镀有铜之类的金属物制成,且金属纤维(9)竹纤维(10)交错编织。
