The vibration motor 511 and the cam 512 are connected through a spline, and the spline avoids the relative sliding between the vibration motor 511 and the cam 512.
The flapping mechanism 52 comprises a fixed sleeve 521, a sliding rod 522, a damping spring 523, a rotating rod 524, a reset spring 525, an installation frame 526 and a roller 527, wherein the lower end of a vibrating mechanism 51 is uniformly provided with the fixed sleeve 521 from front to back, the lower side of the fixed sleeve 521 is slidably provided with the sliding rod 522, the damping spring 523 is arranged between the sliding rod 522 and the fixed sleeve 521, the rotating rod 524 is bilaterally symmetrically installed at the lower end of the fixed sleeve 521, the upper end of the lower side of the rotating rod 524 is connected with the vibrating mechanism 51 through the reset spring 525, the installation frame 526 is installed at the lower ends of the sliding rod 522 and the rotating rod 524, the roller 527 is installed on the inner side of the installation frame 526 through a bearing, during specific work, the sliding rod 522 and the rotating rod 524 are driven to intermittently descend through the vibrating mechanism 51, so as to flap the sound-absorbing integrated wallboard, it is ensured that drill cuttings in, the damping of the sliding rod 522 and the rotating rod 524 is buffered through the damping spring 523 and the return spring 525 respectively, so that the damage of the sliding rod 522 and the rotating rod 524 to the sound-absorbing integrated wallboard and equipment is avoided.
The slider 522 downside bilateral symmetry is provided with the stopper, and the stopper is avoided freeing the condition that slider 522 leads to the column roll 527 to can not patting the sound absorption integrated wallboard along the gliding distance overlength of fixed cover 521.
The roller 527 outside is provided with soft rubber layer, and soft rubber layer avoids roller 527 to clap its surface of in-process fish tail to the sound absorption integrated wallboard.
The left side of the upper end of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a groove which inclines upwards from left to right, the front side and the rear side of the groove are provided with baffles, the grooves are convenient for collecting drilling cuttings after the drilling cuttings drop, and the baffles prevent the drilling cuttings from splashing in the dropping process.

s6, blanking collection: after the drilling cuttings in the drill hole are removed by beating, the board is manually taken down and collected, so that the sound-absorbing integrated wallboard is manufactured;
in the manufacturing process of the sound absorption integrated wallboard in the steps S1-S6, the sound absorption integrated wallboard is manufactured by adopting a specially designed device, the device specifically comprises a bottom plate (1), a side plate (2), a turnover device (3), a fixing device (4) and a beating device (5), the side plate (2) is installed at the upper end of the bottom plate (1), the turnover device (3) is arranged on the right side inside the side plate (2), the fixing device (4) is installed at the left end of the turnover device (3), the beating device (5) is arranged on the fixing device (4), and the beating device (5) is installed between the side plates (2); wherein:
the turnover device (3) comprises a turnover motor (31), a driving gear (32), a vertical plate (33), a rotating shaft (34), a tooth-missing gear (35) and a stop lever (36), the turnover motor (31) is installed on the right side of the upper end of the bottom plate (1), the driving gear (32) is installed at the output end of the turnover motor (31), the vertical plate (33) is arranged on the left side of the driving gear (32), the vertical plate (33) is installed on the upper end of the bottom plate (1), the rotating shaft (34) is installed in the middle of the vertical plate (33) through a bearing, the tooth-missing gear (35) is installed at the right end of the rotating shaft (34), the tooth-missing gear (35) is meshed with the driving gear (32;
the fixing device (4) comprises a mounting block (41), an adjusting mechanism (42) and a locking mechanism (43), the mounting block (41) is mounted at the left end of the rotating shaft (34), the adjusting mechanism (42) is symmetrically arranged at the front end and the rear end of the mounting block (41), and the locking mechanism (43) is slidably mounted on the left side of the adjusting mechanism (42);
