When cutting the slender workpiece, intermittent cutting or simultaneous bilateral cutting is adopted. Before ignition, the pressure reducers of oxygen and acetylene gas are adjusted to the pressure value required by work; when in ignition, a small amount of preheating oxygen (about a quarter of a circle) is started first and then the mixed gas is ignited; when fire is extinguished, the cutting oxygen is firstly closed, and then the acetylene gas and the preheating oxygen are closed. If the flame is suddenly extinguished due to tempering in the gas cutting process, the cutting oxygen is immediately closed, and then the acetylene gas and the preheating oxygen are sequentially closed to prevent the backfire of the non-pilot flame.
After the cutting torch is shut off when the cutting is finished or the cutting torch stops working for a long time, the gas supply valves of the oxygen cylinder and the acetylene cylinder are closed conveniently, and the pressure reducer adjusting screw is loosened. When the pressure of bottled oxygen is 0.1-0.2 MPa gauge pressure and acetylene gas is 0.1MPa gauge pressure, the bottled oxygen is immediately stopped, and the valve is closed to retain the rest gas.
The process of groove treatment is as follows: using an edge milling machine to prefabricate the groove, referring to fig. 6 (a), the 8mm plates are butted by adopting a single-V groove (namely, only the outer side of the steel plate 8 is provided with the groove), a single side is 30 degrees, and a 2mm blunt side is adopted; referring to fig. 6 (a), a transition section needs to be prefabricated for a butt joint groove of 8mm +16mm, the groove adopts a single V groove (namely, the groove is made only on the outer side of the steel plate 8), and the single side is 30 degrees and the 2mm truncated side is adopted; referring to fig. 6 (b), the 16mm plates are butted by using an X-shaped groove (i.e. grooves are formed on both the inner side and the outer side of the steel plate 8), and the single side is 30 degrees and the 2mm truncated side is adopted. The groove form, the groove angle and the truncated edge are in accordance with the regulations in the welding process.
Referring to fig. 5, a plurality of circular ring bodies 1 are uniformly arranged along the axis of the rounded steel plate 8, at least two tie rods 3 are arranged on each circular ring body 1 in a crossed manner, the tie rods 3 on different circular ring bodies 1 are distributed in a staggered manner, and the tie rods 3 on each circular ring body 1 are all connected to the same central column 2.
For example: the steel cylinder consists of a cylinder body, a seal head and support legs, wherein the cylinder body has the diameter of 6 meters and the length of 6.4 meters, and is formed by splicing and welding three sections of cylinders with the thicknesses of 2.2 meters, 2 meters, 2.2 meters and 16mm, the delivery is divided into two sections of 4.2 meters and 2.2 meters according to the transportation capacity, and one girth weld is spliced and welded on site.
Through a plurality of circular ring bodies 1 of different position installation on the steel drum axis, can guarantee that the different positions of steel drum all are in the support when the welding and load, even the axial of steel drum is longer, quality when also can guarantee the welding of steel drum optimizes size quality.
The following can be applied as an example of the steel plate rolling circle welding construction method: the invention relates to an outer steel pipe for a low-vacuum superconducting magnetic suspension steel pipe beam engineering project, which applies the method for rolling the pipeline into the cylinder. The diameter of the engineering pipeline is phi 6000 mm, the wall thickness is 20 mm, the material quality is Q3545D, and the length of the pipeline is about 6 m.
(1): according to the processing capability of the existing three-roller plate rolling machine, the maximum processing length of a single section of the cylinder is determined to be 2000 mm, the unfolding length of the cylinder with the phi 6000 mm and the wall thickness of 20 mm is calculated to be 18840 mm according to a neutral layer, and in consideration of the extension and interface clearance of the steel plate 8 after the round rolling processing, the steel plate 8 with the plate width of 2000 mm is selected for scribing and cutting to obtain the steel plate with the width of 2000 mm and the length of 18840 mm. And cutting the reserved round hole by using a full-automatic laser cutting machine according to the position of the reserved hole on the drawing.
(2) Groove opening: and flattening the lower steel plate 8, and performing groove cutting by using a full-automatic oxyacetylene sports car.
(3) Rounding: and (3) hanging the lower steel plate material on a roller way of a feeding port of the plate bending machine, aligning the lower steel plate material with an inlet, starting rounding processing, gradually lowering the upper roller, keeping the upper roller and the lower roller parallel all the time, checking by using an inner arc template at any time, stopping the plate bending processing until the radian of the end steel plate 8 meets the requirement and the gap between the two ends of the cylinder interface is 2-3 mm, hanging out the cylinder, and vertically storing.
(4) The round support supports the round: the steel drum after the rounding is finished is supported and rounded by a circular support rounding support, a central column 2, a pair of pull rods 3, a second arc plate 102 and a first arc plate 101 are sequentially installed in the steel drum (under the condition that the axis of the steel drum is vertical to the ground), ear plates 401 on tensioning assemblies 4 are respectively welded at two ends of a longitudinal groove of the steel drum, a double-head hydraulic cylinder 402 is tightened, the drawing assemblies of the rounding support, the pull rods 3, the central column 2 and other assemblies are adjusted to adjust the radius of the steel drum and the radian of an interface position, and the roundness of the steel drum is adjusted.
(5) Welding and leakage detection: and horizontally placing the adjusted cylinder crater upwards, installing a ceramic base plate on the inner side of the crater, closely adhering the ceramic base plate to the inner side crater, and carrying out flat welding on the crater by adopting a manual electric welding mode. And clearing the inner side ceramic base plate after welding is finished, installing a leakage detection tool at the inner side, vacuumizing in the tool to keep a negative pressure state, spraying helium on a welding surface after pressure is stable, automatically detecting helium leakage in the tool by a system, and detecting leakage after requirements are met.
(6) Welding a stiffened plate dismantling circle-protecting device: after the welding of the steel drum is completed, the annular reinforced rib plate is welded on the outer side of the steel drum to keep the rigidity and stability of the steel drum, and after the welding of the reinforced rib plate is completed, the circular framework circle protecting device is removed to complete the rolling work of the steel drum.

Claims (10)

the circular ring body comprises a plurality of first arc-shaped plates and a plurality of second arc-shaped plates, the first arc-shaped plates and the second arc-shaped plates are alternately arranged around the same axis, and are connected end to form the circular ring body in a surrounding manner, and the circular ring body is used for being attached to the inner side of the steel plate;
the central column is positioned inside the circular ring body and is coaxially arranged with the circular ring body; and
the opposite pull rods are connected between the central column and the first arc-shaped plate and between the central column and the second arc-shaped plate, the opposite pull rods are arranged along the radial direction of the circular ring body, and a plurality of opposite pull rods are radially distributed around the central shaft of the circular ring body.

The circular support circle-protecting bracket of claim 1, wherein the arc value of the inner arc surface of the first arc plate is equal to the arc value of the outer arc surface of the first arc plate, the arc value of the inner arc surface of the second arc plate is equal to the arc value of the outer arc surface of the second arc plate, and the arc value of the inner arc surface of the first arc plate is equal to the arc value of the inner arc surface of the second arc plate.

The circular support circle-protecting bracket of claim 1, wherein the arc value of the inner arc surface of the first arc plate is greater than the arc value of the outer arc surface of the first arc plate, the arc value of the inner arc surface of the second arc plate is less than the arc value of the outer arc surface of the second arc plate, and the arc value of the inner arc surface of the first arc plate is less than the arc value of the inner arc surface of the second arc plate.

s2: rounding the steel plate by a rounding machine;
s3: firstly, a first arc-shaped plate is arranged on the inner side of the butt joint of the rounded steel plates, then the installation of other first arc-shaped plates and second arc-shaped plates is completed one by one, and the adjacent first arc-shaped plates and the second arc-shaped plates are fixed through threaded connecting pieces;
s4: connecting one end of each counter pull rod with the first arc-shaped plate or the second arc-shaped plate, and fixing the other ends of the counter pull rods on a central column;
s5: and welding the butt joint of the steel plates to form a steel cylinder.
