Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waste treatment, in particular to a waste harmless treatment system.
Background
With the development of social productivity, products in the whole society are more and more abundant, and especially the development of electric commerce and the prevalence of online shopping are more urging the unprecedented large amount of commodities to trade in the society. After the use value of the commercial product is over, a large amount of various wastes are inevitably generated. If there is no reasonable mechanism for harmless treatment of waste, the productivity is more advanced, and the more products in society, the more waste is naturally, and the living environment is seriously affected. In the world, whether waste can be effectively treated or not is an important issue which needs to be considered in all countries in the world for sustainable development or not in the long run.
In order to reduce the generation of wastes and accelerate logistics, a container operation system, an IFCO system, a tray circulation system, a binary recovery system, a Qingliu plan of the Kyoto, a shared express BOX system of the suning and a round and rich BOX circulation shared packaging BOX system of the Shunfeng appear at home and abroad, and waste classification, collection and treatment and the like are carried out in succession. The shared appliances and the operation systems adapted to the shared appliances reduce the generation of waste to a certain extent, and contribute to the reduction and recycling of the waste for human beings. The limitations of these different operating systems for the harmless disposal of waste are also evident.
The container handling system, by itself, has the function of protecting the transported items so that the transported items do not need to be further packaged to accommodate long-distance transport. The IFCO system is mainly suitable for the industries of fresh fruits and vegetables; the tray circulation system is mainly used for carrying goods by matching with larger transport tools such as a forklift and the like. These systems and logistics appliances are designed to reduce the generation of packaging waste, but are difficult to directly act on the harmless treatment of articles to be transported, transportation tools themselves, and packages carried by the articles to be transported after the articles are discarded.
The waste recycling System mainly comprises a binary recycling System (DSD), and a production enterprise participates in the treatment of waste packages generated in commodity use according to the principle of 'who produces garbage and who needs to pay cost for the garbage production', and pays treatment cost to a third-party treatment organization. But the link of harmless treatment of the waste generated after the product loses the utilization value and becomes waste and in the process of maintaining the product is not considered. And the method for treating the waste packing materials has higher dependence on strengthening national education and improving the moral level of the public.
Sharing express boxes and the like is not very suitable for the habit flow of users, and too much pressure is given to couriers. Particularly, the receiver signs the receipt in the same place, which causes the dirty disease of many receivers.
The classified collection and treatment of the wastes are realized by strengthening national education and improving the moral level of the public.
In China, various measures for reducing wastes are implemented more or less in China at present. But more commonly exist, except for simple disposal of waste of government public interest. Is spontaneous, and adopts a waste disposal mode of a fertilizer sorting type. This method is not intended to ensure harmless disposal, but is intended to actively classify the waste unless the collector feels profitable.
Because of the limitation of the current way of disposing of waste in society, the actual amount of waste in society is continuously increasing with the increase of product demand and the development of productivity.
