The wedge-shaped guide section 22 creates a slope that facilitates the battery case 100 to smoothly enter the inside of the second groove 20, so that the outside of the battery case 100 does not need to be aligned, and the inside wall of the battery case 100 automatically centers the battery case 100 during the movement along the wedge-shaped guide section 22.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, in some embodiments, the battery case spraying tool further includes a hanger 5, a plurality of fixing posts 51 are disposed on the hanger 5, a plurality of through holes 14 are disposed on the fixing frame 1, and the fixing posts 51 are inserted into the through holes 14 to fix the fixing frame 1 on the hanger 5. Since the battery case 100 needs to be sprayed in all directions in the spraying operation, the hanger 5 is provided and the battery case 100 is suspended, so that the surface of the battery case 100 can be sprayed well.
Further, two protruding structures are arranged on the fixing frame 1, and the two protruding structures are symmetrically arranged about the center line of the through hole 14. By providing two protruding structures, two battery cases 100 can be mounted on the fixing frame 1 at the same time, thereby improving the efficiency of the painting operation. The protruding structure that the symmetry set up makes the weight of fixed frame 1 both sides be close, when fixed frame 1 sets up on hanger 5, can keep balance betterly, is difficult to take place to remove, the going on of the spraying operation of being convenient for.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, further, the fixing frame 1 is further provided with a plurality of blind holes 15, the magnets 4 are arranged in the blind holes 15, and both the fixing frame 1 and the hanging tool 5 are made of magnetic materials. The magnet 4 attracts the fixing frame 1 and the hanger 5 together by magnetic force, so that the battery case 100 is more stably hung on the hanger 5.
Preferably, the fixing frame 1 and the positioning pin 3 are both conductors. The sealing member 2 is usually made of rubber and other nonconductors, and in the electrostatic spraying process, the battery shell 100 needs to be kept grounded so as to enable charged paint particles to be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the battery shell 100, one end of the positioning pin 3 directly contacts with the inner side wall of the battery shell 100, the positioning pin 3 contacts with the fixed frame 1, the fixed frame 1 and the positioning pin 3 are made of conductive materials, and the battery shell 100 is electrically connected with the fixed frame 1. When the fixing frame 1 is hung on the hanger 5, the grounding of the battery case 100 is achieved by grounding the hanger 5.
As shown in fig. 6, it is preferable that the first protrusion 11 has a protrusion height greater than that of the second protrusion 12, so that when the sealing member 2 is installed in the first groove 110, the sealing member 2 is pushed into the first groove 110 only after the inner side of the sealing member 2 is fitted over the first protrusion 11, and the outer side of the sealing member 2 does not need to be aligned with the second protrusion 12 when the sealing member 2 is installed, thereby simplifying the operation.
