Claims (10)
1. An intelligent rectifying still comprises a rectifying tower body (1), a packed tower (2), a condenser (3), a phase separator (4), a control cabinet (5), an adjustable supporting seat structure (6), a heating barrel structure (7) capable of being disassembled and maintained, a buffering shunt tube structure (8) capable of being observed, a discharge tank structure (9) capable of being observed, a first conveying pipe (10), a second conveying pipe (11), a third conveying pipe (12), a fourth conveying pipe (13), a front reserved tank (14), a finished product tank (15), a recovery tank (16) and a waste water tank (17), wherein the packed tower (2) is in bolted connection with the middle position of the upper end of the rectifying tower body (1) and is communicated with the upper end of the rectifying tower body; the lower end of the first conveying pipe (10) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper end of the packed tower (2); the upper end of the first conveying pipe (10) is connected to the upper part of the left side of the condenser (3) in a threaded manner; one end of the second conveying pipe (11) is connected to the lower part of the right side of the condenser (3) in a threaded manner; the other end of the second conveying pipe (11) is in threaded connection with the left side of the upper end of the phase splitter (4); the control cabinet (5) is respectively and electrically connected with the rectifying tower body (1), the packed tower (2), the condenser (3) and the phase splitter (4) through leads; one end of the third conveying pipe (12) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the right side of the packed tower (2); the other end of the third conveying pipe (12) is connected with an observable buffer shunt pipe structure (8); the right side of the fourth conveying pipe (13) is respectively communicated with the rectifying tower body (1) and the detachable maintenance heating barrel structure (7); the front reserving tank (14), the finished product tank (15), the recovery tank (16) and the waste water tank (17) are respectively arranged at the lower end of the observable buffer shunt pipe structure (8); the intelligent rectifying still is characterized in that the adjustable supporting seat structure (6) in the intelligent rectifying still is arranged on the outer wall of the rectifying tower body (1); the heating barrel structure (7) capable of being disassembled for maintenance is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the rectifying tower body (1); the observable buffer shunt tube structure (8) is arranged at the lower end of the phase splitter (4); the observable discharge tank structure (9) is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the fourth conveying pipe (13); the adjustable supporting seat structure (6) comprises a base (61), a supporting tube (62), an inserting rod (63), a supporting seat (64) and a sleeving hole (65), wherein the lower end of the supporting tube (62) is respectively connected to four corners of the upper end of the base (61) through bolts; the lower ends of the inserting rods (63) are respectively inserted in the middle position of the upper inner part of the supporting tube (62); the upper ends of the insertion rods (63) are respectively connected to the four corners of the lower end of the supporting seat (64) through bolts; the sleeving hole (65) is formed in the middle of the inner portion of the supporting seat (64).

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 1, wherein the detachable maintenance heating barrel structure (7) comprises a heater assembly (71), a heat-preserving barrel (72), a first connecting pipe (73), a second connecting pipe (74) and a rotary joint (75), wherein the heater assembly (71) is bolted to an inner middle position of the heat-preserving barrel (72); the first connecting pipe (73) is respectively in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper end and the middle position of the lower end of the heater assembly (71) and is communicated with the middle position of the upper end and the lower end of the heater assembly; the first connecting pipe (73) is connected with the second connecting pipe (74) through a rotary joint (75).

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 1, wherein the observable buffer flow-splitting pipe structure (8) comprises a third connecting pipe (81), a first guiding pipe (82), a buffer tank (83), a first observation sheet (84), a second guiding pipe (85) and a manual valve (86), wherein the upper end of the first guiding pipe (82) is sequentially screwed on the right side of the lower end of the third connecting pipe (81) from left to right; the lower ends of the first guide pipes (82) are respectively in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper end of the buffer tank (83); the first observation sheets (84) are respectively embedded in the middle position of the front surface of the cache box (83); the upper ends of the second guide pipes (85) are respectively in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower end of the buffer box (83); the manual valves (86) are respectively inserted in the middle positions of the front surfaces of the second guide pipes (85) in a threaded manner.

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 1, wherein the observable discharging tank structure (9) comprises a sludge tank (91), a diagonal bracing plate (92), a second observing plate (93), a discharging port (94) and a shielding cover (95), and the left end of the diagonal bracing plate (92) is bolted to the bottom end of the left inner wall of the sludge tank (91); the right end of the inclined supporting plate (92) is connected to the middle position of the lower part of the right inner wall of the sludge tank (91) through a bolt; the second observation sheet (93) is embedded in the middle position of the front surface of the sludge tank (91); the discharge port (94) is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the sludge tank (91); the shielding cover (95) is connected to the lower part of the left side of the sludge tank (91) through a bolt and is arranged on the left side of the discharge port (94).

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 1, wherein the packed towers (2) are respectively communicated with the condenser (3) through a first conveying pipe (10); the condenser (3) is communicated with the phase separator (4) through a second conveying pipe (11); the inner wall of the rectifying tower body (1) is respectively connected with an electronic sensor element through bolts.

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 1, wherein the sleeving hole (65) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the inserting rod (63); the upper part of the front surface of the supporting pipe (62) is in threaded connection with a bolt and is in contact with the insertion rod (63).

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 1, wherein the supporting seat (64) is installed at the middle position of the outer wall of the rectifying tower body (1) through a sleeve hole (65); the right end of the fourth conveying pipe (13) is arranged at the middle position of the upper end of the base (61) and is arranged between the supporting pipes (62).
8. The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 2, wherein an insulating layer is arranged between the heater assembly (71) and the inner wall of the insulating barrel (72); the first connecting pipe (73) and the second connecting pipe (74) are communicated.

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 2, wherein the heater assembly (71) is installed at the lower right side of the rectifying tower body (1) through a second connecting pipe (74); the second connecting pipe (74) is communicated with the rectifying tower body (1) through an external pipeline; the second connecting pipe (74) is communicated with the fourth conveying pipe (13).

The intelligent rectifying still according to claim 3, wherein the first observation sheet (84) is a transparent tempered glass sheet; the third connecting pipe (81) is a stainless steel pipe with the right end sealed and is respectively communicated with the buffer tank (83) through a first guide pipe (82).
