Abstract

本发明止痛中药属于疼痛治疗药，对顽固性疼痛具有止痛和治疗原发病的功能。以往治疗顽固性疼痛的药物多属化学合成，远期疗效不满意，久用副作用多。本发明止痛中药由川芎、当归、白芷、蜈蚣等纯中药组方，经与当前疗效较好的止痛药对照的临床观察和循证医学证明，本发明止痛中药经超微势能信息化制作成临床应用所需的口喷剂和外用剂，经舌下静脉和皮肤快速吸收，内外双调，标本兼治，止痛起效快，不易复发，安全性高，无毒副作用，久用无虑。

Description

一种止痛中药及其制作工艺
本发明属于纯中药治疗疼痛的药物并涉及其组方和制作工艺。
迄今为止，在医学临床上治疗顽固性疼痛的药物多属化学合成，远期疗效均不满意，长期应用副作用较多，甚则导致造血系统和肝、肾功能损害。其中三叉神经痛采用手术治疗的复发率高，治标不治本。近年来虽然有中药止痛药问世，但是对上述顽固性疼痛的疗效不确切。
本发明的目的在于克服现有止痛药物的不足，提供一种治疗顽固性疼痛持续有效、无副作用、复发率低的纯天然止痛中药。
为实现上述目的，本发明止痛中药的特征是：它的配方采用中医药学中有药理根据和临床验证有效的中草药，组方有：川芎、白芷、白附子(或天南星)、白僵蚕、当归、细辛、蜈蚣(或全虫、白花蛇)、地龙(或水蛭)、鸡血藤(或云三七)、黄芪、芍药、甘草、元胡(或夏天无)，按中药炮制方法和《美国顺势医学药典》(1994年版)规范制作成临床应用所需的超微势能信息化口喷剂、外用喷剂、乳膏剂、凝胶剂。
组方中各味药物的作用是：
川芎辛温升散，上行头目，旁达四肢，下行血海，行血中之气，祛血中之风，辅以当归辛温行散，善化瘀血，助川芎活血之力。元胡活血利气，专治一身上下诸痛。现代药理研究，此三药能解除血管痉挛，增加脑、冠状动脉、肢体血流量，改善微循环，抑制血小板聚集，提高机体耐缺氧能力。在本方中可改善病变部位的缺血、缺氧，以减少致痛性物质的分泌、释放。此外，川芎的中枢镇静、降压、抗组织胺和抗病毒的作用，以及当归抗炎、镇痛、保肝和促进淋巴母细胞转化等免疫调节功能，有助于缓解疼痛，治疗原发病和减少副作用。
白僵蚕化痰散结，祛风止痛。白附子镇痉止痛、祛风痰。白芷、细辛疏风止痛。白芷尚能扩张冠状动脉，通窍“破宿血”；细辛又主“血不行”，善于入肾经发散少阴经之风寒而通络，并具有镇静、镇痛、局部麻醉、抗炎、抗变态反应、强心、扩张脑血管等药理作用。蜈蚣(或全虫、白花蛇)、地龙(或水蛭)性善入络搜风而通络止痛，同时镇静、抗惊厥、降压，后者还具有溶血栓、纤溶、抗凝血等药理作用，与白芷协同祛瘀生新。六药并用，风、痰、瘀兼治，正合祖国医学关于痼痛多属风、痰、瘀血交凝脉络作痛之病机。
黄芪补气升阳助通络，兼防活血太过伤阳耗气，并能保肝护肾，增加病毒诱生干扰素的能力，双向调节免疫反应。以之与当归的免疫促进功能协同，颇有助于疱疹后遗神经痛等与免疫功能相关的痼痛缩短疗程。
芍药养血柔肝、缓急止痛，凉血祛瘀。取其酸苦微寒之性与咸寒清热之地龙共同制约全方辛温之过；并与川芎相合，平肝气、生肝血，防止肝旺脾虚；又与黄芪、当归酸甘合化为阴，加之鸡血藤(或云三七)补血舒筋活络之功，可使气足血旺，久服不伤正，亦可为年老体衰、血不养筋而经络不通者荣筋通络而止痛。
甘草调和川芎滞气，并与芍药相须以加强缓急止痛之功，又兼补脾益气护脾胃之用。
全方动静结合，血气兼顾，风痰瘀并治，内外风两疏，共奏活血祛风、化痰逐瘀、通络止痛之功，故而顽痛可愈。方中寒温相佐，行补兼施，肝脾肾同护，抗炎、抗病毒和免疫调节并存，所以安全性高。
本发明根据以上各药物的药理、药性，按照中药炮制方法分别炮制后，研磨成很细的粉末，然后“洋为中用”，与顺势医学优势互补，按照《美国顺势医学药典》(1994年版)规范，将中药制作成临床应用所需的超微势能信息化口喷剂、外用喷剂、乳膏剂或凝胶剂。
使用本方能体现如下优越性：(1)通过与当前疗效较好的止痛药对照进行的数百例临床观察，该药对原发性三叉神经痛(包括手术后复发者)、周围神经痛、疱疹后遗神经痛、慢性头痛(顽固性头部抽掣疼痛、血管神经性头痛、偏头痛等)、风湿痹痛疗效满意，止痛起效快，维持时间长，按疗程应用不易复发。经临床初步分析，有效率达到97％以上。(2)本发明为纯天然制剂，依中医理、法、方、药组方，为克服中药分子量大吸收受限，药效不能充分发挥，只能“隔靴搔痒”的弊端，制作工艺率先采用顺势医学(又称能量医学、量子医学)稀释加电磁振荡的物理方法，将中药的化学分子性能转变成物理的量子性能，电磁振荡是信息的载运工具，从而达到中药超微势能信息化，既大大降低了其中有毒药物的毒性，又可以使药力深透细胞内，药力波与病变波共振，可将细胞内长期存在的深层毒物清除；药力波与组织和器官共振，加强了组织和器官的功能，促其自我修复。从细胞水平实现“标本兼治”(1986年世界遗传学大会共识“所有疾病，除了外伤，都源于细胞内基因的损伤”)，所以安全性高、副作用少、治愈者多。(3)配方采用中药，原料来源广泛。

1.本发明所述的止痛中药是一种疼痛治疗药，其特征在于它是由纯中药加工而成，组方有：川芎、当归、白芷、白附子(或天南星)、白僵蚕、细辛、蜈蚣(或全虫、白花蛇)、地龙(或水蛭)、元胡(或夏天无)、黄芪、芍药、鸡血藤(或云三七)、甘草。
2.按照权利要求1所述的止痛中药，其特征是按照中药炮制方法和《美国顺势医学药典》(1994年版)规范制作成临床应用所需的超微势能信息化口喷剂、外用喷剂、乳膏剂或凝胶剂。
3.按照权利要求1-2所述的止痛中药，其特征包括该药说明书全部内容。
